Sealed Air Corporation [CHARLOTTE, N.C.] (NYSE: SEE) announced it has appointed James M. Sullivan as Chief Financial Officer. Sullivan most recently served as the Executive Vice President and CFO of Joy Global from 2012 to 2017. He previously served as the CFO of Solutia from 2004 until its acquisition by Eastman Chemical Company in 2012. Prior to that, Sullivan spent five years as Solutia’s Vice President and Controller. He currently serves on the Board of Directors of Jason Industries. The Company also announced that its Board of Directors has terminated the employment of William G. Stiehl as Chief Financial Officer for cause.

Marathon Petroleum Corp. [FINDLAY, Ohio] (NYSE: MPC) announced that Donald C. Templin, currently MPC’s president of Refining, Marketing and Supply, has been appointed executive vice president and chief financial officer, effective July 1. Templin replaces Timothy T. Griffith as chief financial officer, after Griffith was appointed president of MPC subsidiary Speedway LLC. Templin joined the company as senior vice president and chief financial officer in 2011, and also became chief financial officer of MPLX GP LLC in 2012. Since 2015, he has led segments of MPC’s commercial business, most recently serving as president of Refining, Marketing and Supply since 2018, and as President of MPLX GP LLC from 2016 to 2017.

Matthew DeNezza

Meritage Midstream [DENVER] announced that Matthew DeNezza has joined the company as chief financial officer. DeNezza joined Meritage after serving approximately six years as chief financial officer at Eclipse Resources Corporation. Prior to Eclipse, he served in the Global Natural Resources Group at Deutsche Bank Securities.

Anthony Tramontana

Baretz+Brunelle [NEW YORK] announced the hiring of Anthony Tramontana as its chief financial officer. Tramontana most recently was worldwide controller at WPP Coretech, a business unit of the publicly owned agency holding company WPP. Tramontana began his career at the international accounting and consulting firm BDO (Seidman) and later became executive vice president at Havas Health.

Zimmer Biomet Holdings, Inc. [WARSAW, Ind.] (NYSE: ZBH) announced that Daniel P. Florin will be retiring as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of the Company, effective July 1, 2019. Suketu (Suky) Upadhyay has been appointed to succeed Mr. Florin. Upadhyay currently serves as Senior Vice President, Global Financial Operations of Bristol-Myers Squibb. Prior to that, he served as Executive Vice President, Chief Financial Officer at Endo International. In addition, Mr. Upadhyay previously held leadership positions at Becton Dickinson & Company as Controller and Chief Accounting Officer and as Interim Chief Financial Officer. He has also held leadership roles with Johnson & Johnson and AstraZeneca.

Distribution Realty Group (DRG) [NASHVILLE, TENN.] announced that Nichole Ocepek has joined the firm as Chief Financial Officer. Prior to joining DRG, Ms. Ocepek began her career in public accounting with RSM McGladrey before moving on to become the CFO of the Arena Football League. Most recently, Nichole was the CFO/Co-Founder of Loom Decor, which was sold in 2018.

Kevin J. Deardorff

Waldrop Engineering [BONITA SPRINGS, FLA.] announced the addition of Kevin J. Deardorff as Chief Financial Officer to the team. Kevin has more than 17 years of professional experience working with developers, contractors, and professional consultants throughout the state of Florida.

Digital Guardian [WALTHAM, Mass.] announced the appointment of Susan Walker as Chief Financial Officer (CFO). Walker joins from Telestream, where she held dual roles as CFO and chief operating officer. Before that, she served CFO/finance roles at Avention, Aspen Aerogels and Novell.

Joanne C. Crevoiserat

Tapestry, Inc. [NEW YORK] (NYSE: TPR) announced the appointment of Joanne C. Crevoiserat, as Chief Financial Officer, effective August 1, 2019. Crevoiserat joins from Abercrombie & Fitch Co., where she served as Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer from February 2017 to June 2019. She joined Abercrombie & Fitch in May 2014 as Chief Financial Officer. Prior to joining Abercrombie & Fitch, she served in a number of senior management roles at Kohl’s Inc. including Executive Vice President of Finance and Executive Vice President of Merchandise Planning and Allocation. Prior to her time with Kohl’s, Ms. Crevoiserat held senior finance positions with Wal-Mart Stores and May Department Stores, including Chief Financial Officer of the Filene’s, Foley’s and Famous-Barr Brands. Ms. Crevoiserat replaces Kevin Wills, who departed from Tapestry in February 2019. Andrea Shaw Resnick, who has held the position of Interim CFO since that time, will continue as Global Head of Investor Relations and Corporate Communications.

EXUMA Biotechnology [SHANGHAI & WEST PALM BEACH, Fla.] announced the expansion of its leadership team with the appointment of James Samuels as Chief Financial Officer. Most recently, he served as the CFO of Vetsource. Previously, he served as the CFO of Fusheng Industrial. Additionally, he has held various CFO roles at Johnson & Johnson operating companies in Asia-Pacific in the areas of medical devices, diagnostics and pharmaceuticals. Prior to leaving Johnson & Johnson, Samuels served as CFO of Xian-Janssen, Johnson & Johnson’s pharmaceutical joint-venture in China.

Williams Lea [NEW YORK] announced the appointment of Dan O’Brien as Chief Financial Officer. O’Brien most recently served as Global CFO for Sterling Talent Solutions.  Prior to Sterling, he held CFO roles with Jackson Hewett, Hawaiian Telecom, Global Crossing, Genuity Corporation and GTE.

Favor [AUSTIN, Texas] announced the promotion of Steven Pho to president from chief financial officer and chief operating officer.

Neato Robotics [NEWARK, Calif.] announced the appointment of Bruce McAllister as the new CFO. Previously, McAllister held leadership positions at Zepp International (acquired by Huami), Evergreen Data Systems, Parts Distribution Services (acquired by GPC) and Sensiba San Filippo, LLP as a CPA and consultant.  McAllister has been acting Interim Chief Financial Officer at Neato since March 2019.

Falcon Minerals Corporation [NEW YORK] (NASDAQ: FLMN, FLMNW) announced that the Company has appointed Bryan C. Gunderson as its Chief Financial Officer. Mr. Gunderson most recently served as Executive Vice President – Finance of Nine Point Energy. Prior to Nine Point Energy, Mr. Gunderson served as Vice President of the Office of the CEO of Triangle Petroleum. Gunderson also previously served as an Associate in the Energy Financial Services division of General Electric and as a Financial Analyst in the Global Upstream division of Chevron. Jeffrey F. Brotman, the Company’s current Chief Financial Officer, Chief Legal Officer and Secretary, has stepped down as Chief Financial Officer and will continue to serve as the Company’s Chief Legal Officer and Secretary.

F-star Therapeutics Ltd. [CAMBRIDGE, England & CAMBRIDGE, Mass.] announced the appointment of Darlene Deptula-Hicks as Chief Financial Officer (CFO), succeeding Tolga Hassan, who is appointed to serve as F-star’s Chief Operating Officer. Deptula-Hicks joins F-star from Northern Biologics, Inc. Previously, Darlene held CFO positions across both private and publicly listed US companies, including Pieris Pharmaceuticals Inc., Microline Surgical Inc. and T2 Biosystems Inc.

NEO Tech [CHATSWORTH, Calif.] announced the appointment of David Martin joins the NEO Tech organization as its new Chief Financial Officer. Martin previously served as CFO for Dimensional Fund Advisors, Janus Capital Group, and several additional banking roles and brings over 30 years of experience to the position.

HBC [TORONTO & NEW YORK] (TSX: HBC) announced that its Chief Financial Officer Ed Record will be taking a medical leave of absence. In his absence, the company has appointed Becky Roof as Interim CFO. Roof is currently a managing director at the global consulting firm AlixPartners, LLP.

TTN Fleet Solutions [ARGYLE, Texas] , announced the hiring of Todd Neiberger as Chief Financial Officer. Prior to joining TTN, Neiberger served for seven years as Chief Financial Officer of Magpul Industries. Prior to Magpul Industries, Todd was the Chief Financial Officer of Kroll Factual Data for 16 years.

Debbie Freeman

Navy Federal Credit Union [VIENNA, Va.] announced that Debbie Freeman has been named chief financial officer. Freeman started her career at Navy Federal nearly 20 years ago. Most recently, Freeman served as senior VP for financial operations, and before that she served in a variety of positions including senior financial accountant, assistant vice president of credit card lending and vice president of corporate accounting.

Arthur J. Long

WASH Multifamily Laundry Systems [EL SEGUNDO, Calif.] announced the appointment of Arthur J. (AJ) Long as chief financial officer (CFO). Prior to joining WASH, Long held several executive leadership roles with companies such as Pricewaterhouse Coopers, Mitchell International, Qualcomm Incorporated, Sprint Corporation and General Dynamics. Most recently, he was Chief Financial Officer at Kellermeyer Bergensons Services.

Modernize [AUSTIN, Texas] appointed Bob Bearden as Chief Financial Officer.

Monotype Imaging Holdings Inc. [WOBURN, Mass.] (NASDAQ: TYPE) announced that Anthony Callini will step down effective July 1, 2019, as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer to serve as Chief Financial Officer at a private company. Christopher Brooks, Monotype’s Senior Vice President, Finance will assume the role of Chief Financial Officer on an interim basis. Brooks, Senior Vice President, has served as the Company’s Vice President, Finance and Investor Relations since 2016, as the Company’s Senior Director, Financial Planning and Analysis and Investor Relations from 2015 to 2016, as the Company’s Director, Financial Planning and Analysis from 2008 to 2014, and as the Company’s Financial Planning and Analysis Manager from 2005 to 2008.

NovaBay® Pharmaceuticals, Inc. [EMERYVILLE, Calif.] (NYSE American: NBY) announced the appointment of Jason Raleigh as Chief Financial Officer. Raleigh has served as interim CFO since March 2019. Raleigh has been with NovaBay for more than three years and has nearly 20 years of financial experience.

Air T, Inc. [MINNEAPOLIS and DENVER] (NASDAQ: AIRT) announced that it has appointed Brian Ochocki as Chief Financial Officer and Principal Financial Officer, effective July 8, 2019. Ochocki previously served for seven years in various finance positions at Northwest Airlines, Inc. before working with Holiday Companies for 13 years in both finance and operational roles.  Prior to these positions, Mr. Ochocki was at Goldman, Sachs & Co. and KPMG.

Berry Companies, Inc. [WICHITA, Kan.] announced the addition of Greg Joerg to the position of Chief Financial Officer. Joerg most recently owned his own consulting firm. Prior to consulting, Joerg served a combined total of 20 years at Koch Industries, Koch Business Solutions, Flint Hills Resources, and Koch Materials.
