Oshkosh Corporation [OSHKOSH, WI] (NYSE: OSK) announced that David M. Sagehorn, who has served the Company for two decades, including 12 years as Chief Financial Officer, has decided to retire effective April 3, 2020. Sagehorn will serve as an external advisor for a year after his retirement date to ensure a smooth transition. Michael E. Pack, Vice President of Finance in the Fire & Emergency segment at Oshkosh, will succeed Sagehorn as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer. Pack has served as Vice President of Finance in Oshkosh’s Fire & Emergency segment since 2012. Pack has been with the Company since 2006 and has held finance roles of increasing responsibility with the Fire & Emergency, Access Equipment, Commercial and Corporate teams. Prior to joining Oshkosh, he was a Senior Audit Manager at Grant Thornton.
Guidewire Software, Inc. [SAN MATEO, CA] (NYSE: GWRE) announced that Chief Financial Officer, Curtis Smith is resigning for personal reasons. Smith is transitioning into a consulting role with the company effective in March 2020.
Impinj, Inc. [SEATTLE] (NASDAQ: PI) announced that Cary Baker will join the company as Chief Financial Officer effective February 17, 2020. Baker comes to Impinj from RealNetworks, where he had been Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer since 2017. Prior to RealNetworks Baker served as CFO of HEAT Software, as CFO of NetMotion Software, and as VP of Finance with Clearwire Corporation. Baker’s earlier experience includes financial leadership roles at Boost Mobile and Sprint Corporation.

Chris Dunne
Atrium Hospitality [ALPHARETTA, GA] announced the appointment of Chris Dunne to chief financial officer (CFO). Dunne worked for InterContinental Hotels Group (IHG) for more than 18 years with his most recent role being the vice president operations finance, Americas for IHG in Atlanta, Georgia. Prior to joining IHG in 2000, Chris started his career with Bristol Hotels & Resorts working in a variety of positions.

Amy B. Schwetz
Flowserve Corporation [DALLAS] (NYSE: FLS) announced that Amy B. Schwetz has been appointed senior vice president and chief financial officer, effective February 24, 2020. Schwetz joins Flowserve having been the executive vice president and chief financial officer at Peabody. Throughout her 14-year career at Peabody, she served in roles of increasing responsibility including vice president, capital and financial planning; vice president, investor relations; senior vice president finance – Australia; and for the past four years, chief financial officer. Prior to her tenure at Peabody, Schwetz spent eight years in various roles at Ernst & Young. Schwetz serves on the Board of Directors for Dril-Quip, Inc.
VirtualHealth [NEW YORK] announced the promotion of Tomer Benami to Chief Financial Officer (CFO). Benami was hired as VirtualHealth’s Vice President of Finance in 2016 and was subsequently promoted to Senior Vice President of Finance. Previously, Benami was employed by Apploi. Before that, he spent several years within the accounting practice at KPMG.

Tony Spagnola
ASRC Industrial (AIS) [CONCORD, CA] announced the addition of Tony Spagnola as Senior Vice President – Chief Financial Officer. Spagnola joins AIS from RGP where he served as a business consultant. Prior to RGP, Spagnola held senior operational and financial leadership roles with Mastec Utility Services, Quanta Power and SelectBuild Mid-Atlantic. Previous Spagnola worked in the consulting practices of both Deloitte and PwC.
Paxxal Inc. [NOBLESVILLE, IN] announced the appointment of Jeffrey M. Barlow as Chief Financial Officer. Barlow most recently served as a Founding Partner at Brigadier Consulting Group. Previously, Barlow was a Principal at Norbridge Inc., and also worked for The Avicon Group and PricewaterhouseCoopers.
ivWatch [NEWPORT NEWS, VA] announced the appointment of Teresa (Terry) Blevins as Chief Financial Officer. Blevins most recently served as the Interim CFO at Psionic Lidar. Prior to that, she served as CFO of Landmark Media Enterprises. She has held additional leadership roles in manufacturing with several Fortune 500 companies such as General Electric and Borg Warner.
Ironshore Pharmaceuticals Inc. [RESEARCH TRIANGLE PARK, NC], a wholly owned subsidiary of Highland Therapeutics Inc., announced the appointment of Dave Lemus as Chief Financial Officer. Lemus has held several Executive Management roles including Chief Executive Officer, Chief Operating Officer and Chief Financial Officer. Lemus has also held Non-Executive Board roles in private and publicly traded companies in both Europe and North America.

Tom Ondrof
Aramark [PHILADELPHIA] (NYSE: ARMK) announced that Thomas Ondrof joined the Company as Executive Vice President, Chief Financial Officer, succeeding Steve Bramlage who will remain with the Company until April 3, 2020 in the role of Executive Advisor to assist in this transition. Ondrof previously served as Chief Financial Officer with Performance Food Group. Prior to PFG, Ondrof spent 24 years at Compass Group North America, where he served in a variety of financial and business development leadership roles, including Chief Development Officer, Chief Strategy Officer and Chief Financial Officer. Prior to his time at Compass, Ondrof worked in planning and development at ITT Rayonier. He began his career as an auditor with PricewaterhouseCoopers.
AVEO Oncology [CAMBRIDGE, MA] (NASDAQ: AVEO) announced the appointment of Erick Lucera as chief financial officer. He most recently served as chief financial officer of Valeritas. Prior to Valeritas, Lucera served as the chief financial officer, treasurer, and secretary of Viventia Bio (acquired by Eleven Biotherapeutics, Inc., now Sesen Bio). He also previously served as vice president, corporate development at Aratana Therapeutics. Previously, Lucera was vice president, corporate development at Sunshine Heart (now CHF Solution). Prior to Sunshine Heart, Lucera spent over 15 years in investment management as a healthcare analyst at Eaton Vance, the portfolio manager of the Triathlon Life Sciences Fund at Intrepid Capital, and as head of the healthcare research team at Independence Investments. He began his career as a staff auditor and accountant at Price Waterhouse & Co. (now PwC).
Gannett Co., Inc. [MCLEAN, VA] (NYSE: GCI) announced that Alison (Ali) K. Engel, Chief Financial Officer, will depart the Company at the end of the first quarter to pursue other opportunities. Mark Maring, current Treasurer of Gannett, is expected to lead the finance function on an interim basis after Ms. Engel’s departure. Maring had most recently served as the Treasurer of GateHouse Media for 10 years prior to the merger.
ECC [BURLINGAME, CA] announced that Bradley Graham joined our company as Chief Financial Officer (CFO). Graham held positions as Vice President of Controller and Vice President of Financial Operations at DynCorp International; and as Vice President of Operational Finance and Corporate Controller at Granite Construction. He also served as an Auditor at Deloitte & Touche and Arthur Anderson.
Examity [NEWTON, MA] announced the appointment of Nicholas Malone as Chief Financial Officer. Malone served as CFO of Wayfair, since 2005. Malone served in leadership roles at high-growth startups and tech companies, including Siemens and Zagster.
The Columbus Organization [WAYNE, PA] appointed Mike Celano as CFO. Celano spent the first 20 years of his career in public audit and accounting, and the last 15 years since that time in the CFO role for various healthcare organizations. Additionally, Celano has served on various Boards and is currently Chairman of the Board for a medical diagnostic device company.

Dallas J. Zulli
Smith Land & Improvement Corporation [CAMP HILL, PA] appointed Dallas J. Zulli to Chief Operating Officer/Chief Financial Officer. Zulli most recently was vice president, senior commercial relationship manager with F&M Trust in the Capital Region.
Relmada Therapeutics, Inc. [NEW YORK] (NASDAQ: RLMD) announced that Maged Shenouda has been appointed the Company’s new Chief Financial Officer (CFO). Relmada’s current CFO, Charles Ence, will assume a new role in the expanded financial team as the Company’s Chief Accounting and Compliance Officer. Most recently, Shenouda served as CFO and Executive Vice President of Corporate Development for AzurRx BioPharma. Prior to his tenure at AzurRx, Shenouda was Senior Vice President and Head of Business Development and Licensing at Retrophin, Inc. Previous to this, Shenouda spent the bulk of his career on Wall Street as an equity research analyst. He held senior level positions at UBS, JP Morgan and Stifel Nicolaus. Shenouda started his sell-side equity research career at Citigroup and Bear Stearns. Before entering Wall Street, he was a management consultant with PricewaterhouseCoopers Pharmaceutical Consulting practice and also spent time in pharmaceutical sales, having worked as a hospital representative and managed care specialist for Abbott Laboratories Pharmaceutical Products Division.
Varsity Brands [DALLAS] announced that John Hutchinson has joined the Company as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer. Hutchinson joins Varsity Brands from Apple Leisure Group (“ALG”), where he served most recently as President with responsibility for ALG’s resort management, vacation club, and tour operator businesses. Hutchinson joined Apple Leisure Group as Chief Financial Officer in 2013. Prior to his tenure at ALG, Hutchinson served with American Airlines for 24 years, progressing through several finance and planning roles including Senior-Vice President of Planning and Chief Financial Officer of American Eagle, Managing Director of Corporate Development, and Managing Director of International Planning at American Airlines.
Peabody [ST. LOUIS] (NYSE: BTU) announced that the company has named Mark Spurbeck as Interim Chief Financial Officer replacing Amy Schwetz. Spurbeck most recently served as Chief Accounting Officer. Prior to joining Peabody in early 2018, Mark was Vice President of Finance and Chief Accounting Officer at Coeur Mining, Inc. He also previously held multiple positions at Newmont Mining Corporation over an eight-year period, including Group Executive, Assistant Controller. Mark served in several financial positions at First Data Corporation and Deloitte LLP.
COMSovereign Holding Corp. [DALLAS] (OTCQB: DRNE) (formerly Drone Aviation Holding Corp.) announced that it has appointed Brian T. Mihelich as Chief Financial Officer. Kendall W. Carpenter, the Company’s prior Chief Financial Officer, will remain with the Company and retain responsibility for the financial matters relating to its Drone Aviation business operations. Mihelich most recently served as Vice President, Managed Services, and as Head of Operations of the Vodafone account at Ericsson. His experience in the telecom sector includes senior management responsibilities for numerous business relationships including AT&T, Sprint, Vodafone, Napster, Google and Facebook. In addition, he has served with distinction in the U.S. Air Force and has also worked for the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission.
Chico’s FAS, Inc. [FORT MYERS, FL] (NYSE: CHS) announced that Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer Todd E. Vogensen has resigned, effective January 17, 2020, to accept a CFO position with another company. Jennifer Ellis, Senior Vice President, Finance, has been appointed Interim Chief Financial Officer, effective February 3, 2020. Ellis has served as the Company’s Senior Vice President, Finance since July 2018 and prior to that served in various finance roles at the Company, including Vice President, Financial Planning & Analysis from April 2016 to July 2018 and Senior Director, Finance from October 2015 to April 2016. Prior to joining the Company, Ellis served as Vice President, Finance of Tailored Brands, Inc. from March 2013 to October 2015.
Alaska Air Group [SEATTLE] announced that Brandon Pedersen, Chief Financial Officer since 2010, plans to retire on March 2. Shane Tackett, currently Alaska’s executive vice president of planning and strategy will succeed Pedersen. Tackett joined Alaska in 2000 and has led in many capacities across the company. In 2010, Tackett became vice president of labor relations at Alaska Airlines. In 2015, he became responsible for the revenue management and e-commerce functions for Alaska and managed relationships with key commercial technology partners. He was promoted to executive vice president of planning and strategy in 2018.

Ron Hundzinski
TI Fluid Systems [AUBURN HILLS, MI] announced that Ron Hundzinski has been appointed Chief Financial Officer and an Executive Director of the Company. Hundzinski is joining the Company from Tenneco, Inc. where he was Executive Vice President ‑ Finance. During the prior thirty-five years, he has held a variety of leadership positions in finance at Emerson Electric, GKN, Meridian Automotive and BorgWarner. He served as Chief Financial Officer and Executive Vice President of BorgWarner from 2012 through 2018. Ron is also a Non-Executive Director of Gentherm. Ron succeeds Tim Knutson, who has elected to step down from the position to pursue other interests outside of the Company.
Maxeon Solar Technologies [SAN JOSE, CA] announced that Joanne Solomon has been named Chief Financial Officer (CFO) of the company, a planned spin off of SunPower Corporation (NASDAQ: SPWR). Solomon most recently served since 2017 as CFO for Katerra Inc. Prior to this, she worked for 16 years at Amkor Technology, Inc., in various roles including CFO. Solomon began her career at Price Waterhouse.
Cumulus Media Inc. [ATLANTA] (NASDAQ: CMLS) announced that John Abbot, Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer, will leave the Company at the beginning of March after it reports its full-year 2019 financial results.
BBQ Holdings, Inc. [MINNEAPOLIS] (NASDAQ: BBQ) announced the appointment of Jim Gilbertson as the new Chief Financial Officer of the Company. Over the past 20 years Gilbertson has been the Chief Financial Officer of a number of public companies including Children’s Broadcasting Corporation (Radio AAHS), Navarre Corporation, and Granite City Food & Brewery. He also served as Vice President of Business Development and Cable Distribution at iMedia Brands, Inc. and Executive Business Advisor and Board Member of rareEARTH. He most recently served as the CFO of Bluespire, Inc.
Party City Holdco Inc. [ELMSFORD, NY] (NYSE: PRTY) announced that Todd Vogensen has been appointed as Chief Financial Officer of Party City Holdco Inc. (“PCHI”), effective February 3, 2020. From June 2014 to January 2020, Vogensen served as the Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Chico’s FAS. Prior to joining Chico’s, Todd spent over four years with Michaels Stores from 2005 to 2009 as Corporate Controller, Vice President of FP&A, and Vice President of Merchandising Finance. He previously held finance management positions at Gap, Inc. and Hewlett Packard Company.
NexImmune, Inc. [GAITHERSBURG, MD] announced that John Trainer has been appointed as the Company’s Chief Financial Officer. Trainer most recently served as Vice President and Head of Partnering & Strategy for MedImmune, the biologics-focused R&D unit of AstraZeneca. Previous to that role, Trainer was Vice President, Corporate Development for AstraZeneca and the commercial leader for AstraZeneca’s Infection, Neuroscience and Gastrointestinal group globally.
Prime Capital Investment Advisors [OVERLAND PARK, KS] hired Brian Dillbeck as its first chief financial officer. Most recently, he was the chief financial officer at Lockpath. Prior to Lockpath, Dillbeck held senior financial positions with American Italian Pasta Company and started his financial career with J.P. Morgan Retirement Plan Services in 2001.
ZAGENO [CAMBRIDGE, MA and BERLIN] announced that Robert Cruickshank joined the company as chief financial officer. Most recently Cruickshank has spent more than four years at ezCater, where he held roles as chief administrative officer and CFO. Prior to this, Cruickshank spent almost four years at Amazon Robotics (formerly Kiva Systems) as its CFO and corporate controller. Over nearly a decade, Cruickshank was VP of finance for Aspen Technology.
Sprouts Farmers Market [PHOENIX] (NASDAQ: SFM) announced that Denise Paulonis will join the company as chief financial officer, effective February 21, 2020. Paulonis most recently served as executive vice president and chief financial officer of The Michaels Companies. Paulonis joined Michaels in 2014 and prior to her service as executive vice president and chief financial officer from 2016 to 2019, served in various finance roles within the organization, including senior vice president of finance and treasurer, and vice president of corporate finance, investor relations and treasury. Prior to joining Michaels, Paulonis held various senior level positions with PepsiCo from 2009 to 2014, including vice president of financial planning and analysis of the Frito Lay division, vice president of finance and strategy of PepsiCo U.S. Sales, and vice president of corporate strategy and development. Prior to joining PepsiCo, Paulonis held various senior positions with McKinsey & Company and Bank of America. Paulonis currently serves on the board of directors of Sally Beauty Holdings, Inc.
Saia, Inc. [JOHNS CREEK, GA] (NASDAQ: SAIA) announced that Douglas Col has been promoted to Vice President and Chief Financial Officer. Col replaces Robert Chambers who returned to his prior employer in a senior executive position after eight months with Saia. Col joined Saia in 2014 as Vice President and Treasurer. Prior to joining Saia, Col spent over twenty years working with transportation-related businesses as an investment analyst, equity fund manager and investment banker.
Perceptron, Inc. [PLYMOUTH, MI] (NASDAQ: PRCP) announced that Bill Roeschlein has been named Interim Vice President, Finance and Chief Financial Officer. Previously, he served as Chief Financial Officer for Intermolecular until its recent acquisition by Merck KGaA, Darmstadt, Germany. Earlier, he served as Chief Financial Officer for Power Integrations and Selectica, Inc. He has also served in multiple finance leadership roles with other global companies. He started his career at Coopers & Lybrand.
Vyome Therapeutics Inc. [PRINCETON, NJ] announced the appointment of Craig Tooman as the Chief Operating Officer (COO) and Chief Financial Officer (CFO). Prior to his position at Vyome, Tooman served as Chief Executive Officer of Aratana Therapeutics. He also spent six years as the Chief Financial Officer and treasurer of Aratana. Previous to Aratana, Tooman served as founder and Chief Executive Officer of Avanzar Medical, Inc. Prior to his time at Avanzar, Tooman served as Chief Financial Officer at Ikaria Inc. and Enzon Pharmaceuticals. Tooman has served on several company boards, including Insite Vision, Xanodyne Pharmaceuticals, and Aratana Therapeutics, and currently serves on the Board of CureVac.
Blucora, Inc. [IRVING, TX] (NASDAQ: BCOR) announced that Davinder Athwal, Chief Financial Officer, will be stepping down from his role at the company, effective January 31, 2020, and will then be available in an advisory capacity through 2020.

Brett M. Carroll
Mercy College [DOBBS FERRY, NY] appointed Brett M. Carroll as Vice President for Finance and Chief Financial Officer. He will join the College on February 1. Carroll currently serves as the Associate Vice President and Treasurer at the University of Hartford. Previously, Carroll spent several years in the financial services industry where he served as Director at UBS Global Asset Management in Hartford, CT, as well as Manager at Landmark Partners in Simsbury, CT. Carroll began his career at Coopers and Lybrand.
HealthcareSource [WOBURN, MA] announced the appointment of Sean Bridgeo as Chief Financial Officer. Bridgeo joins HealthcareSource from TimeTrade, where he served as Chief Financial Officer and Senior Vice President of Operations. Prior to TimeTrade, he was CFO of Cure Forward. Previously, Bridgeo was CFO of NaviNet. Earlier, he held financial management positions with Coventry Healthcare and TJX Corporation.

Todd Taylor
LRES Corporation [ORANGE, CA] announced the addition of Todd Taylor as CFO. Taylor previously served as CFO of a publicly traded financial services firm.
Abott Laboratories [Abbott Park, IL] announced that Brian B. Yoor, Executive Vice President, Finance and Chief Financial Officer, informed Abbott that he will retire as an officer of the company, effective February 29, 2020. The company has appointed Robert E. Funck, Jr. as Executive Vice President, Finance and Chief Financial Officer, effective March 1, 2020. Funck has served as Abbott’s Senior Vice President, Finance and Controller since 2018 and served as Vice President, Controller from 2013 to 2018, as Vice President, Chief Ethics and Compliance Officer from 2009 to 2013, as Vice President, Internal Audit from 2007 to 2009, and as Vice President and Treasurer from 2005 to 2007. He joined Abbott in 1987 and became a corporate officer in 2005.
ALX Oncology [DUBLIN, Ireland and BURLINGAME, CA] announced the appointment of Peter S. García as Chief Financial Officer. García most recently served as Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of PDL BioPharma.
Diversey [FORT MILL, SC] announced that Philip R. Wieland has become interim Chief Executive Officer. Wieland most recently served as the Company’s Chief Financial Officer. Wieland is succeeded in the CFO role by Todd Herndon, who is returning to the Company after holding a series of positions of increasing responsibility over eight years at Diversey Care, including general manager of the Building Care core business, and Vice President of Finance at the time of its acquisition by Sealed Air Corporation. He has since held the CFO role at Gardner Denver. Herndon also served as CFO at Capital Safety.

David Schlett
Prime Therapeutics LLC [EAGAN, MN] welcomed David Schlett as its new chief financial officer (CFO). Schlett held finance leadership positions at Medco and served as Express Scripts’ senior vice president of finance. Most recently Schlett worked for Cambridge Advisory Group, and operated his own independent consultancy.
Barings [CHARLOTTE, NC] appointed Patrick Hoefling to a new role as Chief Financial Officer. Patrick brings over 20 years of experience in the financial services industry and has held a number of senior leadership roles at Barings, including: Treasurer; Head of the Financial Planning and Analysis Group; and a member of Barings’ Global Investment Services Group. Prior to Barings, he worked at Mangan & McColl Partners, and was a consultant in Deloitte’s Private Client Advisory Tax Group.

Mark Massaro
ArcherDX, Inc. [BOULDER, CO] announced Mark Massaro has been appointed Chief Financial Officer. Mark served as Managing Director and Senior Research Analyst covering the Diagnostics and Life Sciences Tools sector at Canaccord Genuity.

Andy Reinland
WatchGuard Technologies, Inc. [SEATTLE] announced that Andy Reinland has been appointed as the chief financial officer (CFO) of WatchGuard. Reinland spent the last 20 years of his career with F5 Networks, where he eventually became CFO. Reinland replaces Rich Barber, who has served as WatchGuard’s CFO for nearly 10 years.
Kubient [NEW YORK] announced the appointment of Josh Weiss as Chief Financial Officer. Prior to Kubient, Weiss served as VP Finance for a privately-held global investment firm focusing on information services, education and technology. Previously, he was Senior Audit Manager – SEC & Transaction Services Practice Group, Assurance Services at Marcum, LLP.
Bright Health [MINNEAPOLIS] announced that Cathy R. Smith is joining as its new chief financial officer. Smith served most recently as CFO of Target Corporation. Prior to joining Target, she was the executive vice president and CFO at Express Scripts. She has also held CFO positions in several other companies, including Walmart International and GameStop.
RealNetworks, Inc. [SEATTLE] (NASDAQ: RNWK) announced that Cary Baker informed the Company of his decision to step down as CFO to pursue a new opportunity. In addition, the Company announced the hiring of Mike Ensing to replace Baker on an interim basis. Ensing most recently served as Chief Financial Officer from 2014 to 2019 of Savers/Value Village. Previously, Mr. Ensing served in Chief Operating Officer and Chief Financial Officer roles at Knowledge Universe, from 2012 to 2014, and in several financial leadership positions at Microsoft Corporation, from 2004 to 2012. Earlier in his career, Mr. Ensing served in various roles at consulting companies, including McKinsey & Co. and Deloitte Consulting.
NetSTREIT [DALLAS] announced the appointment of Andrew P. Blocher as its Chief Financial Officer. Blocher was previously with First Potomac Realty Trust where he served as Executive Vice President, Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer. Prior to his tenure at First Potomac, Blocher served as Senior Vice President, Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer at Federal Realty Investment Trust.
