TriplePoint Venture Growth BDC Corp. [MENLO PARK, CA] (NYSE: TPVG) announced the appointment of Christopher M. Mathieu as Chief Financial Officer, effective as of August 26, 2019. Mathieu also serves as Chief Financial Officer of TriplePoint Capital LLC, TPVG’s sponsor. Prior to joining the Company and TriplePoint Capital, Mathieu was a Special Advisor at iCapital Network, Inc. From 2016 to 2018, Mr. Mathieu served as Chief Financial Officer, Treasurer and Secretary of a public-reporting business development company and a closed-end interval fund, and as Managing Director of the alternative asset management firm sponsoring those companies. Prior to that, Mathieu served as Senior Vice President, Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer of a publicly traded business development company in the venture lending industry and its predecessor funds for more than 10 years. Mathieu has also served as an Audit Manager with KPMG Peat Marwick.
Mobileum Inc. [CUPERTINO, CA] announced the appointment of Ilya Cantor as its new Chief Financial Officer. Prior to joining Mobileum, Ilya served as CFO of Aricent. Prior to his role at Aricent, Cantor served as CFO of EPAM. Ilya also held leadership positions at Dow Jones, serving as the CFO of the Global Wall Street Journal, and later Executive Director of Operations. In addition, he served for three years as a Board Member of CNBC International, a joint partnership between Dow Jones and NBC. Cantor originally began his career as an Audit Manager with Coopers & Lybrand.

Frank Perier, Jr.
SpringWorks Therapeutics, Inc. [STAMFORD, CT] announced the appointment of Frank Perier, Jr. as Chief Financial Officer (CFO). Perier previously served as the CFO of Forest Laboratories, Inc. for ten years, prior to its acquisition by Actavis in 2014. Prior to joining Forest, Perier was with Bristol-Myers Squibb Company for approximately nine years, where he worked in corporate and operations finance capacities of increasing responsibilities, including Vice President of Finance and Operations Planning – Americas Medicines Group. Before joining Bristol-Myers Squibb, he was an accounting and auditing partner at Deloitte, where he worked for about 15 years. Perier was a member of the Board of Directors of Concordia International, Inc., until September 2018 where he served on the Audit and the Human Resources and Compensation Committees of the Company.
Keener Investments [HOUSTON] announced the recent promotion of Eric Barnes to Chief Financial Officer. Barnes joined Keener Investments in 2017 and has served as the company’s Corporate Controller since his date of hire. Mr. Barnes has over 20 years of public accounting experience in audit, tax and transactional assistance, serving US public registrants, international reporting entities and privately held companies. His experience in finance and accounting includes mergers and acquisitions, SEC filings, IPO’s, and business development.
Dynasty Financial Partners [ST. PETERSBURG, FL] announced that Justin Weinkle has been named Chief Financial Officer. Prior roles for Mr. Weinkle at Dynasty include Director of M&A, SVP of Finance and Head of Strategic Analysis, and Chief of Staff supporting Dynasty’s CEO. Prior to Dynasty, Mr. Weinkle was an Analyst in KKR’s Client & Partner Group.
Root Insurance [COLUMBUS, OH] announced that Daniel Rosenthal will join as the company’s new Chief Financial Officer, effective November 11, 2019. Cindy Powell will continue to serve as CFO until that time and then transition to a new role as Senior Executive Vice President of External Affairs. Rosenthal has been a member of the Board of Directors of the company. Rosenthal has spent most of his career in leadership positions at innovative firms in the aviation industry. In 2009, he co-founded Milestone Aviation Group, till its acquisition by GE Capital in 2015. Subsequently, Rosenthal served as Chairman, President and Chief Executive Officer of Milestone, as well as EVP of Financing and Products for GE Capital Aviation Services (GECAS). Prior to Milestone, Rosenthal spent four years at NetJets, where he held various leadership roles, and worked as an attorney at Williams & Connolly LLP.
Volt Information Sciences, Inc. [NEW YORK] (NYSE AMERICAN: VISI) announced that Herb Mueller has been appointed Senior Vice President & Chief Financial Officer of the Company, effective August 24, 2019. After four years, Paul Tomkins will be stepping down from his role as CFO on August 23, 2019, to pursue other opportunities. Most recently, Mueller served as the Chief Financial Officer and Executive Vice President at Resources Global Professionals, the operating subsidiary of Resources Connection, Inc. He was promoted to CFO of RGP in August 2016, after successfully leading a regional practice as a Managing Director. Prior to his roles at RGP, Mr. Mueller was the Chief Financial Officer, Vice President, Accounting & Administration, and Treasurer of Delta Apparel, Inc. He has also served as a Senior Vice President & Chief Financial Officer of TTA Partners, Inc.
Target Hospitality Corp. [THE WOODLANDS, TX] (NASDAQ: TH) announced that Eric T. Kalamaras has been named Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer, effective September 3, 2019. Kalamaras will succeed Andrew A. Aberdale. Aberdale has agreed to serve as an advisor to the Company for the next year. Kalamaras joins Target Hospitality from American Midstream Partners, L.P., where he served as Executive Vice President and CFO. Kalamaras has held senior finance positions at including Azure Midstream Holdings, AXIP Energy Holdings, Delphi Midstream Partners and Atlas Pipeline Holdings.
SugarCRM Inc. [CUPERTINO, CA] announced the addition of John Donaldson as Chief Financial Officer. Donaldson most recently held the role of CFO at Togetherwork Holdings. Prior to his role at Togetherwork, Donaldson was CFO of Community Investors. He has also held CFO roles at ALPS Holdings and Northstar Exchange Corporation.
AccessOne [CHARLOTTE, NC] announced it has hired Craig Rosato as chief financial officer (CFO) and promoted Tammy Geis to chief operating officer (COO). Rosato has over 30 years of experience in financial services, including 10 years with Ernst & Young and 17 years at Bank of America where he held the roles of corporate chief accounting officer and chief risk officer for the consumer bank, among other upper management roles. Geis is a 20-year healthcare veteran and has been with AccessOne for more than 15 years as its chief financial officer. Prior to joining AccessOne in 2003, Geis worked for Novant Health as a vice president of finance. Additionally, Geis has held positions at Ernst & Young and worked with hospitals, physicians, nursing homes, home health and other healthcare-related entities.
Sea-Land Chemical Company [WESTLAKE, OH] announced the appointment of Ryan Keating as Chief Financial Officer. Keating served as Chief Financial Officer of State Industrial Products since 2015. Prior to joining State Industrial Products, Keating served as the CFO of Matrix Automation.
C.H. Robinson [MINNEAPOLIS] (NASDAQ: CHRW) announced that Mike Zechmeister will be joining the company as Chief Financial Officer, effective September 3, 2019. Scott Hagen, who served as Interim CFO, will continue serving in his capacity as Controller. Zechmeister most recently served as Chief Financial Officer of United Natural Foods, Inc. Prior to joining UNFI, Zechmeister spent 25 years at General Mills, where he held a variety of finance leadership roles including Vice President of Finance for the Pillsbury Division, Vice President of Finance for U.S. Retail Sales, and Treasurer.

Joel Armijo
Comcast Advertising [NEW YORK] the advertising arm of Comcast Cable, a division of Comcast Corporation announced the appointment of Joel Armijo as senior vice president and chief financial officer. Armijo joins Comcast Advertising from fuboTV. Prior to fuboTV, Armijo was the CFO of AT&T’s AdWorks (now part of Xandr). Armijo moved over from the DirecTV side, where he was vp, revenue, strategy and planning, responsible for special projects. Armijo joined DirecTV from Merrill Lynch, where he was an equity research analyst. He made the transition to Wall Street from Cablevision, where he was head of financial planning for the company’s cable entertainment and regional sports networks and professional sports teams.
GumGum, Inc. [SANTA MONICA, CA] announced both that it has named Patrick Gildea as Chief Financial Officer. Gildea, who fills the CFO position previously held by CEO Phil Schraeder, joins GumGum with extensive experience at a number of retail, e-commerce and media businesses, including Incentium, M-GO/Technicolor, Gracenote and, most recently, Joybird.
Sinclair Research [COLUMBIA, MO] named Gary Jacobson as President and Chief Financial Officer. Prior to Sinclair, Gary was President, Chief Executive Officer and Chief Financial Officer of SNBL USA, Ltd. He was principal and director of General Biotechnology, LLC, and previously served as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer at Ricerca Biosciences, Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Harlan Sprague Dawley, Inc. and Chief Operating Officer of Harlan Europe. Gary began his career in the banking industry serving as Senior Vice President and Division Manager of LaSalle National Bank and Senior Vice President of American National Bank.

Conger Construction Group [LEBANON, OH] announced the promotion of Jeremy Bolling to CFO. Bolling joined Conger Construction Group in 2015 as corporate controller.
SAExploration Holdings, Inc. [HOUSTON] (NASDAQ: SAEX, OTCQB: SXPLW) announced that Kevin Hubbard, Partner at Ham, Langston & Brezina, has been named Interim Chief Financial Officer, replacing Brent Whiteley, who has been terminated.
Riot Blockchain, Inc. [CASTLE ROCK, CO] (NASDAQ: RIOT) announced that Jeffrey G. McGonegal is being named as Chief Financial Officer of the Company on an interim basis. McGonegal replaces the departing Robby Chang, who joined Riot in February 2018 as its Chief Financial Officer. McGonegal had previously served as Riot’s Chief Financial Officer and he will continue to serve as Riot’s Chief Executive Officer following his appointment as Chief Financial Officer on an interim basis.
United Natural Foods, Inc. [PROVIDENCE, RI] (NYSE: UNFI) announced changes to its senior management team. Mike Zechmeister will resign his position as Chief Financial Officer, effective August 23, 2019, to pursue an opportunity outside the Company. John W. Howard has been appointed Interim Chief Financial Officer. Howard joined UNFI in July as Senior Vice President, Finance and Accounting. Howard brings more than 20 years of experience leading finance teams, most recently as Interim Chief Financial Officer for Prime Therapeutics. Before joining Prime, Mr. Howard served as Vice President, Corporate Finance at Valspar Corporation.
Globe Photos, Inc. [LAS VEGAS] (OTCQB: GBPT) appointed Max Scheder-Bieschin as chief financial officer. Scheder-Bieschin succeeds Shamar Tobias, who has been serving as interim CFO and will continue as company controller. Prior to his involvement with technology companies, Scheder-Bieschin spent more than 17 years in the capital markets.
SITO Mobile, Ltd. [JERSEY CITY, NJ] (NASDAQ: SITO) announced the appointment of Gregg Saunders as the Company’s new Chief Financial Officer. Prior to joining SITO Mobile, Saunders was involved an integral member of the XBRL U.S., Inc. team. He was also a partner of KPMG LLP. Saunders replaces Terry Lynn, who resigned from SITO for personal reasons.
Cellectar Biosciences [FLORHAM PARK, NJ] (NASDAQ: CLRB) announced the appointment of Dov Elefant, as its Chief Financial Officer effective as of September 10, 2019. Elefant joins Cellectar after having served as Chief Financial Officer at several companies, most recently at Akari Therapeutics. Prior to Akari, he served as Chief Financial Officer at Celsus Therapeutics until its merger in September 2015, and at Althera Medical Ltd. Elefant has also been a consultant for a number of companies and was the Corporate Controller at Lev Pharmaceuticals through its acquisition by ViroPharma.
Halcón Resources Corporation [HOUSTON] (OTC PINK: HKRS) announced that Ragan T. Altizer has been appointed Executive Vice President, Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer of the Company. Altizer replaces Quentin Hicks, who resigned as Executive Vice President, Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer. Altizer most recently served as the Chief Financial Officer of Ajax Resources, LLC from October 2015, until it sold substantially all of its assets to Diamondback Energy, Inc. in October 2018. Prior to his tenure at Ajax, he served as US Regional Chief Financial Officer and Global Controller for Hill+Knowlton Strategies. Altizer’s career began with 15 years focused in oil and gas in Houston, first with Coopers & Lybrand’s audit practice serving a number of E&P and oilfield services clients and later serving as Corporate Controller and Treasurer for Brooklyn Union Gas Company’s upstream operations.
Kuebix, LLC [MAYNARD, Mass.] announced the addition of John Rogers to the position of Chief Financial Officer. Prior to joining Kuebix, Rogers was the Chief Financial Officer of ZoomInfo (acquired by DiscoverOrg), and before that ikaSystems (sold to Blue Cross Blue Shield of Michigan) and Arcadia Systems. Rogers has also held the Chief Financial Officer position in public technology companies Cognex and Nuance Communications. He was also the Chief Financial Officer for the venture backed SaaS company, CashEdge (acquired by Fiserv).
EMCORE Corporation [ALHAMBRA, CA] (NASDAQ: EMKR) announced that it has appointed Tom Minichiello as Chief Financial Officer, effective August 26, 2019. Mark Gordon will continue in his current position as the Company’s Interim Principal Financial and Accounting Officer until Minichiello joins the Company, at which time Gordon will serve as the Company’s Director of Accounting. Minichiello most recently served as Senior Vice President, CFO, Treasurer, and Secretary for Westell Technologies. Before that, Minichiello enjoyed a twelve year career for optical networking equipment provider Tellabs. Previously, he held financial leadership positions for Andrew Corporation, Phelps Dodge, and United Technologies.
Danforth Advisors, LLC [WALTHAM, MA] announced the appointment of Warren Steinberg as Chief Financial Officer. He most recently served as CFO of BioBridges, LLC. Previously, Warren served as Director of Finance and Accounting at Medical Device Consulting, Inc.
Bonchon [NEW YORK] announced the appointment of Bryan Shin as Chief Financial Officer. Shin’s prior experience includes senior executive positions and strategic roles at Goose Island Brewing Company, CJ Foodville and YUM! Brands.
Data Age Business Systems [CLEARWATER, FL] announced the appointment of Vanessa Gray to Chief Financial Officer (CFO). Gray was previously Director of Finance.

Brian Lindstrom
Cielo [BROOKFIELD, Wisconsin] announced it has welcomed Brian Lindstrom as its new Chief Financial & Administrative Officer. Prior to Cielo, Brian served in high-level roles at several healthcare software organizations, including Connecture and Epic, as well as time spent in the other technology companies. He succeeds Joy Krausert, who retired this year.
Gulfport Energy Corporation [OKLAHOMA CITY] (NASDAQ: GPOR) announced that Quentin R. Hicks will join the Company as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer. Hicks joins Gulfport from Halcón Resources Corporation where he most recently served as Executive Vice President, Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer. Prior to that, he held various leadership roles of increasing responsibility including Executive Vice President of Finance, Capital Markets and Investor Relations. Hicks joined Halcón in August 2012 following the merger of GeoResources with Halcón, where he served as Director of Acquisitions and Financial Planning at GeoResources from 2011 to 2012. From 2004 to 2011, Hicks worked in investment banking with Bear Stearns, Sanders Morris Harris and most recently Madison Williams, where he was a Director in the energy investment banking practice. Prior to that, Hicks worked as Manager of Financial Reporting for Continental Airlines. Mr. Hicks began his career in 1998 as an auditor for Ernst and Young LLP. Hicks succeeds Keri L. Crowell, who is stepping down after a 14-year career with Gulfport.
UPS [ATLANTA] (NYSE: UPS) announced Richard Peretz, UPS Chief Financial Officer, plans to retire. Brian Newman, currently Executive Vice President, Finance and Operations, Latin America for PepsiCo, is appointed UPS Chief Financial Officer, effective September 16, 2019. Newman served in positions of increasing responsibility at PepsiCo over 26 years and has worked in Asia, Europe, Russia and the U.S. in various corporate, regional and sector assignments. He began his career in investment banking prior to joining PepsiCo.
