Anthony & Sylvan Pools [DOYLESTOWN, PA] announced that it has appointed Bonnie Chong as its Chief Financial Officer and Corporate General Counsel. Since 2018, Chong has served as the company’s Corporate General Counsel and Secretary. Chong practiced at several law firms in Philadelphia before holding the positions of Senior Attorney at Sunoco, Inc. (R&M) and the Assistant General Counsel at Draeger Medical Systems, Inc.

UJET Inc. [SAN FRANCISCO] announced Jeff Nichols as its new Chief Financial Officer (CFO). Nichols previously served as Senior Vice President and Head of Finance at Glassdoor. Prior to Glassdoor, Nichols held key roles at RPX Corporation, The Walt Disney Corporation, and KPMG.
Veritone, Inc. [COSTA MESA, CA] (NASDAQ: VERI) announced that as part of a planned transition, the Company appointed Michael L. Zemetra as Executive Vice President, Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer. Zemetra succeeds Peter F. Collins, who will continue to serve in an advisory capacity during a transition period. Zemetra most recently served as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of LiveXLive Media. Zemetra began his career in the technology and entertainment groups of PricewaterhouseCoopers.
CyrusOne Inc. [DALLAS] (NASDAQ: CONE) announced the appointment of Katherine Motlagh as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer. Effective October 30, 2020, Motlagh will succeed Diane Morefield, who announced her retirement earlier this year. Motlagh is currently Chief Financial Officer for the Europe, Africa and Latin America regions at American Tower Corporation. Before joining American Tower in 2015, Motlagh served as Customer Unit CFO at Ericsson, Inc. and as Divisional CFO/Senior Business Controller at Nokia, Inc. Motlagh has also held a variety of finance and accounting leadership roles at Nextel Communications, Inc., AmerisourceBergen Corporation and Coopers & Lybrand, L.L.P. (now PricewaterhouseCoopers, LLP).

Michelle Sanft
Ruby Ribbon, Inc. [LOS ANGELES] announced the appointment of Michelle Sanft as the company’s new Chief Operating Officer & Chief Financial Officer. Most recently, Sanft was VP of Finance for Careismatic Brands. Previously she served in executive, finance, operations, and strategic planning roles for Jafra Cosmetics and Guitar Center.
Tillman Digital Cities [NEW YORK] announced that SherAfgan Mehboob has been appointed Chief Financial Officer and Head of Corporate Development of the company. Mehboob was most recently Managing Director at Guggenheim Securities. Mehboob started his investment banking career at Deutsche Bank within its TMT practice, and previously was with Deloitte Consulting with a focus on technology.
Union Institute & University [CINCINNATI] named Sandra Mills its new chief financial officer and vice president of finance. Mills most recently served as foundation finance officer for the Cincinnati State Foundation. Before her service at Cincinnati State, Mills served for six years as the chief financial officer/vice president of finance and administration at Hebrew Union College – Jewish Institute of Religion. She also served at the National Underground Railroad Freedom Center for six years. Early in her career, she served at several Greater Cincinnati area nonprofit organizations, including Hoxworth Blood Center, Community Dialysis Center and the YMCA.
Hydrow [CAMBRIDGE, MA] announced that Ian Drummond has joined the company as Chief Financial Officer (CFO). Drummond comes to Hydrow from SimpliSafe, and succeeds former CFO Mike Wyman.
Paragon 28, Inc. [ENGLEWOOD, CO] announced the appointment of Steve Deitsch to the position of Chief Financial Officer. Deitsch previously worked as Chief Financial Officer for BioScrip, Inc., Biomet, Inc.’s Spine Group, Lanx, Inc., Zimmer Americas, and Zimmer EMEA.

Bryan English
Elkay [DOWNERS GROVE, IL] announced Bryan English had been promoted to Vice President and Chief Financial Officer (CFO), following the retirement of John Pendergast. English joined Elkay in October 2009, and was promoted to Vice President of Finance in September 2017.
The Biotechnology Innovation Organization (BIO) [WASHINGTON] announced the retirement of Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer (CFO), Yvette White-Wiggins, after a distinguished 18-year career with the organization. White-Wiggins will be succeeded by Steve Jasko. Jasko has served as CFO for two not-for-profit organizations, the TB Alliance, and Howard Hughes Medical Institute. His pharmaceutical experience includes six years at Celgene where he first held the position of Corporate Treasurer and later Vice President of Finance and Business Development for the Cellular Therapeutics Division. He also has nearly a decade of experience working at Merck.
United Service Organizations (USO) [ARLINGTON, VA] announced that Kristine M. Shumack has been appointed the new Chief Financial Officer (CFO). Shumack began her career with the USO in 2006 as the director of finance. Most recently, Shumack served as the interim CFO. Before coming to the USO, Shumack worked for private and public companies in various sectors, beginning her career at PricewaterhouseCoopers in Chicago.
Skydweller Aero Inc. [OKLAHOMA CITY] announced Dale F. Jordan, Jr. is joining the company as its new Chief Financial Officer (CFO). Jordan joins from Oseberg, where he acted as CFO. Prior to Oseberg, Jordan acted as CFO/Vice President of Finance at Acorn Growth Company. Jordan acted as CFO/Vice President of Finance for multiple portfolio companies with Acorn Growth Company, including Unitech Aerospace, SinglePoint Finance, and Aerospace Products SE.
vArmour [LOS ALTOS, CA] announced the appointment of Chris Dentiste as Chief Financial Officer. Prior to joining vArmour, Dentiste served as Chief Financial Officer of RSA, a standalone security division of Dell Technologies. Additionally, he has held several senior finance and M&A positions at Dell EMC and Adaptec.
Cerebras Systems [LOS ALTOS, CA] announced the appointment of Tony Maslowski as Vice President and Chief Financial Officer (CFO). Prior to Cerebras, Maslowski served as senior vice president and CFO at Broadcom. He joined Avago in 2006, and during his decade-long tenure, which included Avago acquiring LSI and Broadcom, he rose to the position of CFO. Prior to Avago, he served as CFO for Allegro Manufacturing, as well as holding senior finance management positions at Lam Research and Hitachi Data Systems.
Copart, Inc. [DALLAS] (NASDAQ: CPRT) announced the appointment of John North as Chief Financial Officer. Most recently, North served as the CFO of Avis Budget Group. Prior to serving as Avis CFO, he spent 17 years in various leadership positions at Lithia Motors, a Fortune 500 automotive retailer, including as CFO and Chief Accounting Officer.
Supernus Pharmaceuticals, Inc. [ROCKVILLE, MD] (NASDAQ: SUPN) announced the appointment of James Kelly as Chief Financial Officer. Kelly most recently was Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer of Vanda Pharmaceuticals Inc. Kelly replaces Greg Patrick, who will be retiring from his role as Supernus’ Chief Financial Officer. Prior to joining Vanda, Kelly was Vice President, Controller at Medimmune, a biotechnology subsidiary of the AstraZeneca Group. He joined MedImmune as Director of Sales and Marketing Finance in 2006. Prior to MedImmune and beginning in 2000, Kelly was at Biogen serving in research & development finance roles of increasing responsibility, most recently as the Director of Planning and Operations. From 1997 to 2000, Kelly was a member of the corporate finance team at Aetna Inc. responsible for mergers and acquisitions and treasury management. He began his life sciences career in 1991 with Janssen Pharmaceutica, a division of Johnson & Johnson.
Echo Global Logistics, Inc. [CHICAGO] (NASDAQ: ECHO) announced that Peter M. Rogers, SVP Finance – Controller, has been promoted to the position of Chief Financial Officer. Rogers will succeed Kyle L. Sauers who will be departing the Company to pursue other interests. Rogers previously served in various roles at the Company including as VP Finance – Controller from October 2013 to March 2019, Director of Accounting from January 2012 to October 2013, and Finance Manager from July 2007 to December 2011. Prior to joining the Company, he began his career at Crowe LLP from 2005 to 2007.
GitLab [SAN FRANCISCO] announced the appointment of Brian Robins as Chief Financial Officer (CFO), replacing Paul Machle. Robins joins GitLab from Sisense where he was the CFO. Prior to Sisense, he served as CFO of Cylance, AlienVault, and Verisign (VRSN).
MSTS [OVERLAND PARK, KS] announced the appointment of Joel Campbell as Chief Financial Officer. Most recently, Campbell served as Vice President, Treasurer & Chief Risk Officer at H&R Block. Prior to joining H&R Block, Campbell served as Vice President & Assistant Treasurer at Western Union and held treasury positions at Ameriprise Financial and Travelers Companies, Inc.
Advanced Dermatology and Cosmetic Surgery (ADCS) [MAITLAND, FL] announced the appointment of Daniel Davison as Chief Financial Officer. Davison was most recently Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer at Diplomat Pharmacy, Inc. Prior to his role at Diplomat, Davison served as the Finance Executive of the Caremark segment of CVS Health. Davison has also held leadership positions as Senior Vice President of Finance, Financial and Strategic Planning for Medco Health Solutions and has served as Chief Financial Officer for Medco’s Health Plan Division.
Papa John’s International, Inc. [LOUISVILLE, KY] (NASDAQ: PZZA) announced the appointment of Ann Gugino as Chief Financial Officer. Steve Coke, who has been serving as interim principal financial and accounting officer, will continue in his role as Vice President, Investor Relations and Strategy. Most recently at Target Corporation, Gugino served as Senior Vice President, Financial Planning and Analysis. Prior to that, Gugino spent 18 years at publicly held Patterson Companies Inc., including four years as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer.
Commercial Vehicle Group, Inc. [NEW ALBANY, OH] announced the appointment of Christopher H. Bohnert as Chief Financial Officer and Chief Accounting Officer. Bohnert comes to CVG from Calumet Specialty Products Partners, L.P. where he served as Chief Financial Officer for Finished Lubricants & Chemicals. Prior to joining Calumet, Bohnert held positions as Chief Financial Officer and Chief Accounting Officer with global manufacturers including Titan International, Silgan Plastics Corporation, and AB Mauri Fleischmann’s. Bohnert started his career in public accounting with KPMG LLP.
RBC Bearings Incorporated [OXFORD, CT] (NASDAQ: ROLL) announced the appointment of Robert M. Sullivan as Vice President and Chief Financial Officer (Chief Accounting Officer) to replace Daniel A. Bergeron. Bergeron will assume additional operational responsibility within RBC Bearings as Vice President and Chief Operating Officer. Sullivan joined RBC Bearings as Assistant Corporate Controller in March 2016 and was appointed Corporate Controller in February 2017. Prior to joining RBC Bearings, Sullivan worked at Sikorsky Aircraft Corporation involved in business development, program finance, and financial planning and analysis. Prior to Sikorsky, Sulilvan was Audit Manager at Ernst & Young LLP where he worked from 2007 to 2013.
Santa Fe Gold Corporation [ALBUQUERQUE, NM] (OTCBB: SFEG) announced the appointment of Steve Antol, as Chief Financial Officer and Corporate Secretary. Antol previously served as the El Capitan Precious Metals, Inc. Chief Financial Officer from November 2004 to May 2007 and from April 2009 to March 2020. Antol has been a consultant to Santa Fe Gold Corporation since mid-2005. Antol replaced Frank Mueller as CFO, who became the manager of mining operations for Santa Fe Gold.
INKY Technology Corporation [COLLEGE PARK, MD] announced that Leigh Reichel has been appointed Chief Financial Officer (CFO).
Advanced Agrilytics [INDIANAPOLIS] announced Josh Meyer as Chief Financial Officer (CFO). Meyer served as a financial advisory consultant for the past six months.
Buckle [JERSEY CITY, NJ] announced the appointment of Kristi Matus as CFO and COO. Matus was Executive Advisor for Thomas H. Lee Partners and CFO of USAA. During nearly a decade with USAA, Kristi also served as President of Life Insurance and Investment Services and as President of the Life Insurance Company. She was also Executive VP and Chief Financial and Administrative Officer at athenahealth, Inc. and Executive VP and Head of the Government Services Segment at Aetna, Inc. Kristi currently serves on the boards of Cerence, Equitable, and Alliance Bernstein.
Moogsoft [SAN FRANCISCO] announced the appointment of Matteo Marchetta as Chief Financial Officer. Most recently he was CFO at Augmedix. Prior to that, he was VP, Finance for Altiscale Cloud Platform at SAP.

Suzy Taherian
Wrightspeed [ALAMEDA, CA] announced the appointment of Suzy Taherian as the company’s chief financial officer. Taherian started her career with Exxon, Chevron, and Accenture, and went on to become CFO of eCullet, as well as CFO of NobleIron. She was most recently CFO of Kinetics. Taherian currently serves as a board member at NewHold Industrial Corporation.

Chet Kwasniak
CLEAResult [Austin, TX] named Chet Kwasniak as their new Chief Financial Officer (CFO). Prior to joining CLEAResult, Chet was CFO for CareerBuilder. Prior to CareerBuilder, he was CFO and EVP for MW Industries (MWI).
Jack Wolfskin [PARK CITY, Utah] appointed André Grube as the Company’s new Chief Financial Officer. Grube succeeds Ante Franicevic, who has decided to leave the Company on October 15 to pursue new professional opportunities. Grube is joining Jack Wolfskin from the Swiss outdoor company Mammut Sports Group. Before joining Mammut Sports Group, he held positions in the finance departments of PepsiCo Germany GmbH, Punica Getränke GmbH and Procter & Gamble International.
Manitex International, Inc. [BRIDGEVIEW, IL] (NASDAQ: MNTX) announced that Joseph Doolan has been named Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer. Having joined UCI-FRAM, Inc., a $2 billion international manufacturer of aftermarket auto parts, in 2012, he was VP of Finance there and with successor companies Fram Group Holdings and Trico, since then. Prior to this tenure, Doolan was VP, Corporate Controller and Chief Accounting Officer at APAC Customer Services for six years, and prior to that he spent ten years at global financial services companies including CNH Capital (financial division of Case New Holland), GE Capital, and Heller Financial. Doolan is replacing Laura Yu.
Innodata Inc. [NEW YORK] (NASDAQ: INOD) announced that Mark Spelker has been appointed as its Executive Vice President, Chief Financial Officer, Principal Financial Officer and Principal Accounting Officer. Spelker retired recently from CohnReznick LLP, where he served as an audit and technical consulting partner for 20 years and its National Director of SEC Services for eight years. Spelker replaces Robert O’Connor who has been serving as Innodata’s Chief Financial Officer, Principal Financial Officer and Principal Accounting Officer.
Navient [WILMINGTON, DE] (NASDAQ: NAVI) announced the appointment of Joe Fisher as executive vice president and chief financial officer. Fisher was Navient’s vice president of investor relations and corporate development since 2014. He held various roles with increasing responsibility since joining the company in 2002.
Kimball International, Inc. [JASPER, IN] (NASDAQ: KBAL) announced that Michelle Schroeder informed the Company of her decision to step back from her role as Chief Financial Officer for personal reasons but will remain a senior leader at Kimball International, with responsibilities in governance, SEC compliance, and investor relations. Timothy (T.J.) Wolfe was named to succeed Michelle as Chief Financial Officer. Most recently Wolfe served as Vice President, Chief Financial Officer of the Great Britain Unit of Coca-Cola European Partners.
Guardant Health, Inc. [Redwood City, CA] announced that Derek Bertocci, the Company’s Chief Financial Officer (“CFO”), notified the Company of his intention to retire.
LiveXLive Media, Inc. [West Hollywood, CA] appointed Jerome N. Gold to serve as the Interim Chief Financial Officer and Interim Secretary of the Company and as the Interim Chief Financial Officer and Interim Secretary of Slacker, Inc., the Company’s wholly owned subsidiary, to succeed Michael Zemetra. Gold currently serves as the Company’s Chief Strategy Officer and is a member of the Company’s Board of Directors. Gold previously served as the Company’s Chief Financial Officer from April 12, 2017 until April 13, 2018 and was succeeded at the time by Zemetra.
Raven Industries, Inc. [Sioux Falls, SD] (NASDAQ: RAVN) announced that Steven Brazones, current Chief Financial Officer, will become Vice President for Applied Technology, effective February 1, 2021.
Model N, Inc. [San Mateo, CA] (NYSE: MODN) announced that David Barter has resigned as CFO.
NanoVibronix, Inc. [Elmsford, NY] announced that James Cardwell, the Company’s Interim Chief Financial Officer, is leaving his role, with Stephen Brown, appointed as Chief Financial Officer. Brown served as the Company’s Chief Financial Officer from February 2015 through April 2019, and has continued to serve as a financial consultant for the Company until his appointment as Chief Financial Officer. Brown previously served as Chief Financial Officer for IDT Corporation from April 1995 to January 2009.
BP Midstream Partners LP [HOUSTON] announced that Craig Coburn has decided to retire from his position as a director and Chief Financial Officer of the General Partner, at the end of February 2021. Jack Collins is expected to succeed Coburn as the General Partner’s Chief Financial Officer at such time. Collins has served as President of BPX Energy since July 2020, prior to which he served as Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of BPX Energy from December 2014. Prior to joining BPX Energy, Collins held various executive roles in finance and investor relations, including at Denbury Resources, Inc and PostRock Energy Corp.
