Michael Trzupek
Core Scientific [BELLEVUE, WA] hired Michael Trzupek as Chief Financial Officer. Trzupek started his career in several engineering roles at Morton International, which is now part of Dow Chemical. He spent 10 years at Intel in progressive roles in Finance which culminated as Senior Controller for the Systems Materials and Manufacturing organization. Trzupek joined Microsoft as a Senior Director of Finance in the entertainment and devices organization and promoted to different role within Microsoft. His last role at Microsoft was as General Manager of New Venture Integration. Trzupek joined Providence-St. Joseph’s Health and Services, as Group Vice President. He then became interim CFO at Sound Transit. Most recently, Trzupek was the CFO for Premera Blue Cross.
DisperSol Technologies LLC [GEORGETOWN, TX] announced that it appointed David S. Snyder as its Chief Financial Officer effective October 1, 2020. Most recently, Snyder was Chief Financial Officer of Exicure, Inc. Prior to Exicure, Snyder was Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Cellular Dynamics International, Inc. (CDI). Snyder previously served as Senior Vice President of Finance, Site Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Roche NimbleGen from 2007 to 2008. From 2006 to 2007, he served as Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of NimbleGen Systems, Inc. Prior to NimbleGen, he was the Chief Financial Officer of a variety of public and private companies within software, real estate, and diversified manufacturing industries.
Exicure, Inc. [CHICAGO] announced that David S. Snyder informed the Company of his intention to resign as Chief Financial Officer and Secretary, effective September 30, 2020.

Jeffrey G. Evans
Columbus Regional Airport Authority (CRAA) [COLUMBUS, OH] announced that Jeffrey G. Evans has been named Chief Financial Officer. Evans previously served as CFO for the Detroit Zoological Society, Stout Risius Ross, PMA Consultants and Smith Group Companies. Evans succeeds CFO Randy Bush.
Orion Energy Systems, Inc. [MANITOWOC, WI] (NASDAQ: OESX) announced that its CFO, William T. “Bill” Hull, plans to retire in November. Hull has served as CFO, Chief Accounting Officer and Treasurer since October 2015 and as EVP since April 2017.
Marrone Bio Innovations, Inc. [DAVIS, CA] (NASDAQ: MBII) announced that company President and Chief Financial Officer James Boyd will retire from his positions.

Sean Zasche
Bridge Development Partners [CHICAGO] announced that it has welcomed Sean Zasche, as its new chief financial officer. Zasche was previously executive vice president of investment management at CA Ventures. Prior to CA Ventures, Zasche was a vice president at M3 Capital Partners. Zasche began his career at PricewaterhouseCoopers. Previous CFO John Maduros has been named chief accounting officer.
Regional Health Properties, Inc. [ATLANTA] (NYSE American: RHE) announced that accomplished Ben Waites has joined the company as its new Chief Financial Officer and Vice President. Most recently, Waites spent 10 years as Vice President of Finance and Assistant Treasurer for Cajun Operating Company, Inc. He previously spent two years as Chief Accounting Officer of Lavie Healthcare, and 11 years at RARE Hospitality.
Dynavax Technologies Corporation [EMERYVILLE, CA] (NASDAQ: DVAX) announced that Michael Ostrach, Senior Vice President, Chief Financial Officer (CFO) and Chief Business Officer (CBO), has communicated his planned retirement in 2021.

Gina Goetter
Harley-Davidson, Inc. [MILWAUKEE, WI] (NYSE: HOG) announced that Gina Goetter joined the company as Chief Financial Officer. Most recently, she served as Senior Vice President and CFO of Tyson Foods’s prepared foods segment. Prior to Tyson Foods, Goetter held various global leadership positions with General Mills, Inc. Darrell Thomas, who assumed the role of interim CFO, will continue as Vice President and Treasurer.
Drive Shack Inc. [NEW YORK] (NYSE: DS) announced the appointment of Michael Nichols as Chief Financial Officer. Nichols most recently served as Chief Financial Officer for Wilks Brothers. Additionally, Mike has served in senior-level finance and accounting roles with both Fischer & Company, and GameStop Corporation, where he served for 12 years.
Kyriba [SAN DIEGO] announced it has appointed Hamza Benamar as Chief Financial Officer (CFO). Benamar previously worked with companies including Amgen, Wolters Kluwer and SunGard.

O’Neil & Associates [MIAMISBURG, OHIO] announced Joe Stevens as its new chief financial officer. Prior to joining the ONEIL team, Stevens spent nearly five years with Neundorfer serving as the company’s controller. Prior to that, Stevens spent 10 years with CPA firm Brady Ware & Company.
Novan, Inc. [MORRISVILLE, NC] (NASDAQ: NOVN) announced the appointment of John M. Gay to serve as the Company’s Chief Financial Officer. Gay joined Novan in May 2018 and has most recently served as Vice President, Finance and Corporate Controller, in addition to Principal Financial Officer and Corporate Secretary for the Company.

CKE Restaurant Holdings, Inc. [FRANKLIN, TN] announced the hiring of Lance Tucker as Chief Financial Officer (CFO). Tucker served as EVP and Chief Financial Officer for Jack in the Box, Inc. Prior to that, he spent nine years at Papa John’s International, Inc., most recently serving as SVP, Chief Financial Officer, Chief Administrative Officer and Treasurer.
BeyondSpring Inc. [NEW YORK] (NASDAQ: BYSI) announced the appointment of Elizabeth Czerepak as Chief Financial Officer. Czerepak recently served as CFO and Chief Business Officer for Genevant Sciences and also has 10 years of venture capital investment experience as a former Managing Director at Bear Stearns and JPMorgan, and was Founding General Partner of BSHI Venture Fund. In addition, Czerepak spent 18 years in leadership positions at companies that include Hoffmann-La Roche and Merck & Co.
Upward Farms [BROOKLYN, NY] announced the hire of John Perkins as the company’s new Chief Financial Officer. Prior to joining Upward Farms, Perkins was Managing Director and Co-Head of RBC Capital Markets’ U.S. real estate investment banking business.
U.S. Physical Therapy, Inc. [HOUSTON] (NYSE: USPH) announced that Larry McAfee will retire as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial officer, effective November 9, 2020. Carey Hendrickson will succeed McAfee as the Company’s Chief Financial Officer, effective as of November 9, 2020. Hendrickson most recently served as Chief Financial Officer of Capital Senior Living, since May 2014, and as Chief Financial Officer of Belo Corp., from 2010 through 2014. Prior to these roles, Hendrickson served Belo in various roles including Senior Vice President/Chief Accounting Officer, Vice President/Human Resources, Vice President/Investor Relations and Corporate Communications, and Vice President/Strategic & Financial Planning. He began his career with KPMG LLP and was the director of financial planning for Republic Financial Services before joining Belo in 1992.
Decibel Therapeutics [BOSTON] announced the appointment of Elisabeth Leiderman as Chief Financial Officer. Before joining Decibel, she served as Chief Business Officer for Complexa, Inc. Prior to Complexa, Leiderman was Senior Vice President, Head of Corporate Development at Fortress Biotech. Earlier in her career, Dr. Leiderman developed her investment expertise at banking groups Nomura, Credit Suisse, Jefferies and UBS. She began her career in medical affairs at AstraZeneca.
Harbert Management Corporation [BIRMINGHAM, AL] announced that Sonja Keeton, Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer, will retire at the end of the year.
Hallmark Financial Services, Inc. [DALLAS] announced that Jeff Passmore, Chief Financial Officer, will resign. Passmore will remain with the Company through October 9, 2020. In the Interim, Christopher Kenney, SVP and Chief Accounting Officer, will serve as the Company’s principal financial officer.

Denis J. Duncan
CapStar Financial Holdings [NASHVILLE, TN] (NASDAQ: CSTR) and CapStar Bank announced, that due to an unexpected family health matter, Mike Fowler has requested to step down as Chief Financial Officer and assume the position of Treasurer. Accordingly, CapStar announced that Denis Duncan has been appointed Chief Financial Officer. Duncan recently retired from PricewaterhouseCoopers, LLP (PwC).
SentinelOne [MOUNTAIN VIEW, CA] announced the appointment of David Bernhardt as CFO. Most recently, Bernhardt served as Vice President of Finance for Chegg. Prior to Chegg, Bernhardt served as Vice President, Finance and Corporate Controller for Palantir Technologies.
Getty Realty Corp. [JERICHO, NY] (NYSE: GTY) announced that Danion Fielding, the Company’s Vice President, Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer, intends to resign later this year for personal reasons.
Catabasis Pharmaceuticals, Inc. [BOSTON] (NASDAQ: CATB) announced that it has promoted Noah Clauser to Chief Financial Officer. Clauser most recently served as Vice President, Finance at Catabasis, since August 2017. Previously, he served as Senior Director, Finance and Controller of the Company from January 2016 to August 2017, and Controller from April 2011 to December 2015. Prior to joining Catabasis, Clauser worked at Impress Software, where he served as Accounting Manager.
Myers Industries, Inc. [AKRON, OH] (NYSE: MYE) announced the appointment of Dan Hoehn as the Company’s Interim Chief Financial Officer, following the mutual agreement of the Company and Kevin Brackman, former Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer, to separate. Hoehn has served as the Company’s Vice President, Corporate Controller since August 2019. Prior to joining the Company, Hoehn served as Vice President, Controller, and Chief Accounting Officer for Babcock & Wilcox Enterprises, Inc. for four years. Prior to 2015, he held various finance leadership roles with Chiquita Brands International, Inc., including Vice President, Controller.
Capital Senior Living Corporation [DALLAS] (NYSE: CSU) announced that Carey Hendrickson, Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer, will step down from his position to pursue another opportunity. Hendrickson will remain in his current role through November 6, 2020.

Freshpet, Inc. [SECAUCUS, NJ] (NASDAQ: FRPT) announced the completion of its CFO transition with the appointment of Heather Pomerantz, effective October 1, 2020. Dick Kassar, Freshpet’s outgoing CFO, will transition into the newly created advisory role of Vice Chairman, effective September 30, 2020.
XANT [SILICON SLOPES, UT] announced Mark Novakovich, former Chief Financial Officer of Control4, as new CFO.
Netsertive [MORRISVILLE, NC] announced Sean Witty as Chief Financial Officer. He was most recently CFO for a PE-backed Pharmacy Benefit Management company servicing hospices and institutional pharmacies across the country.
PG&E Corporation [SAN FRANCISCO] announced that following the previous reporting of the resignation of Jason P. Wells as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer, the company appointed Chris Foster as Interim Chief Financial Officer of PG&E Corporation. From April 2020 to present, Foster served as Vice President, Treasury and Investor Relations. From November 2017 to April 2020, Mr. Foster held senior positions within PG&E Corporation’s Investor Relations department, including as its Vice President starting in December 2018. Foster joined PG&E Corporation in 2011 and has held several senior roles within PG&E Corporation and its subsidiary, Pacific Gas and Electric Company, including Director, Integrated Grid Planning and Innovation from June 2016 to October 2017 and Chief of Staff, Office of the Chairman and CEO, from June 2014 to May 2016.
U.S. Gold Corp. [ELKO, NV] announced that Ted Sharp would no longer serve as Chief Financial Officer and his service as an officer and employee of the Company ceased, and the Company appointed Eric Alexander as Chief Financial Officer and Corporate Secretary of the Company. Alexander previously served as Corporate Controller of Helix Technologies, Inc., from April 2019 to September 2020. Prior to that, he served as the Vice President Finance and Controller of Pershing Gold Corporation, from September 2012 until April 2019. Prior to that, Alexander was the Corporate Controller for Sunshine Silver Mines Corporation, from March 2011 to August 2012. He was a consultant to Hein & Associates LLP from August 2012 to September 2012 and a Manager with Hein & Associates LLP from July 2010 to March 2011. He served from July 2007 to May 2010 as the Corporate Controller for Golden Minerals Company (and its predecessor, Apex Silver Mines Limited).
Good Hemp Inc. [CORNELIUS, NC] announced that Jose Rodriguez resigned as the Chief Financial Officer. The Company appointed Emma Setzer to serve as the Chief Financial Officer of the Company. Setzer was previously with Spire Sports + Entertainment as Chief Financial Officer.
