Simona King

Tmunity Therapeutics, Inc. [PHILADELPHIA] announced the appointment of Simona King as Chief Financial Officer. King worked for nearly two decades with Bristol-Myers Squibb, and was most recently with Emergent BioSolutions.

HP Inc. [PALO ALTO, CA] (NYSE: HPQ) announced the appointment of Marie Myers as acting Chief Financial Officer (CFO) effective October 1, 2020. She assumes the responsibilities of Steve Fieler, who is departing for a role outside the company. Myers is currently Chief Transformation Officer. Myers will continue to serve in her current role as she takes on these expanded responsibilities. She has more than 20 years of HP financial experience, having served as Global Controller, Americas CFO of Personal Systems, and finance lead for the HP Inc. businesses during the separation of Hewlett-Packard Company. Myers also served as the CFO at UiPath, before returning to HP earlier this year.

Alpine Income Property Trust, Inc. [DAYTONA BEACH, FL] (NYSE: PINE) announced that Matthew M. Partridge has been appointed Senior Vice President, Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer of the Company, effective October 1, 2020. Partridge was most recently the Chief Operating Officer and Chief Financial Officer of Hutton. Prior to Hutton, Partridge served as Executive Vice President, Chief Financial Officer and Secretary of Agree Realty Corporation, and prior to Agree, he was Vice President of Finance for Pebblebrook Hotel Trust. In addition to his position at PINE, Partridge will also serve as Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of CTO Realty Growth, Inc., the Company’s external manager.

CTO Realty Growth, Inc. [DAYTONA BEACH, FL] (NYSE American: CTO) announced that Matthew M. Partridge has been appointed Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of the Company. Partridge was most recently the Chief Operating Officer and Chief Financial Officer of Hutton. Prior to Hutton, Partridge served as Executive Vice President, Chief Financial Officer and Secretary of Agree Realty Corporation, and prior to Agree, he was Vice President of Finance for Pebblebrook Hotel Trust. In addition to his position at CTO, Partridge will also serve as Senior Vice President, Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer of Alpine Income Property Trust, Inc., a single- tenant net lease REIT externally managed by CTO.

Roxanne Agnew

iHerb [PASADENA, CA] announced that Roxanne Agnew has been promoted to be the company’s new Chief Financial Officer. Agnew joined iHerb in 2015 and has been serving as the company’s Vice President, Corporate Controller. Agnew has more than 35 years experience in finance and accounting roles, including overseeing financial, planning & analysis and internal audit functions at St. John Knits and overseeing SOX compliance and SEC reporting at Land O’ Lakes/Moark Egg Division.

Progyny, Inc. [NEW YORK] (NASDAQ: PGNY) announced that Mark Livingston, Progyny’s Executive Vice President of Finance, has been promoted to Chief Financial Officer. Livingston joined Progyny in 2019. He has previously served as CFO of the international business at Scripps Network Interactive and as CFO at Emerson, Reid & Company. Mr. Livingston has also held senior financial leadership roles at WebMD and Hess Corporation.

MaxCyte, Inc. [GAITHERSBURG, MD] announced that Amanda L. Murphy has joined the Company as Chief Financial Officer (CFO). Ron Holtz, who has served as MaxCyte’s CFO since 2005, will become Senior Vice President and Chief Accounting Officer (SVP & CAO). Before joining MaxCyte, Murphy served as a Managing Director of BTIG, LLC. Prior to BTIG, she was a Partner and Healthcare Analyst at William Blair & Company.

Agios Pharmaceuticals, Inc. [CAMBRIDGE, MA] (NASDAQ: AGIO) announced the appointment of Jonathan Biller to the role of chief financial officer, head of legal and corporate affairs. Biller will replace Andrew Hirsch who has served as the company’s chief financial officer since 2016. Biller joined Agios in November 2019 as chief legal officer. Previously, Biller served as executive vice president, general counsel at Celgene from July 2018 to November 2019. He joined Celgene in 2011, serving as senior vice president, tax and treasury. Prior to Celgene, Biller was general counsel, chief tax officer and secretary from 2008 to 2011 at Bunge Limited, Prior to Bunge, Biller held roles of increasing responsibility at Alcon, Inc. He began his legal career at Hopkins & Sutter rising to the level of partner and was also partner at Foley & Lardner after the firms merged.

entrinsic bioscience (EBS) [NORWOOD, MA] announced the appointment of Mario Wanderley as Chief Financial Officer. Wanderley was CFO/COO for two companies backed by The Blackstone group and a joint venture with AT&T. Wanderley is a former JP Morgan investment banker.

GreenSky, Inc. [ATLANTA] (NASDAQ: GSKY) announced the appointment of Andrew Kang as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer. He succeeds Robert Partlow who will transition into the newly created role of Executive Vice President of Capital Markets. Kang most recently served as Corporate Treasurer for Santander Holdings USA, the U.S. bank holding company of Banco Santander S.A., and Santander Consumer USA. Previously, he has held positions in finance and treasury at Exeter Finance, HSBC Finance, Capital One and Thomson Reuters.

Advaxis, Inc. [PRINCETON, NJ] (NASDAQ: ADXS) announced that Molly Henderson, Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer, has resigned effective September 25, 2020 to pursue another business opportunity. Kenneth A. Berlin, Advaxis’ President and Chief Executive Officer, will serve as interim Chief Financial Officer until a new Chief Financial Officer is appointed.

Graybug Vision, Inc. [REDWOOD CITY, CA] announced the appointment of Robert S. Breuil as Chief Financial Officer. Breuil succeeds Daniel Geffken, founder and managing director of Danforth Advisors, who led the function as interim CFO. Prior to joining Graybug Vision, Breuil was the CFO of Corium International., Inc. Prior to that, he was the CFO of Codexis, Inc., for three and a half years. In 2002, he became the CFO of Aerogen, Inc. Prior to Aerogen, Robert worked at ALZA Corporation, where he held numerous positions including Director of Corporate Planning, Analysis and Controller. In 2001, ALZA was acquired by Johnson & Johnson and Robert stayed on as Controller until joining Aerogen in 2002. Before his industry experience, he served for eight years as a naval officer and aviator.

GrammaTech [BETHESDA, MD] announced the appointment of Michael Kelley as its new Chief Financial Officer (CFO). He joins GrammaTech from Arxan Technologies, where he served as Vice President of Finance reporting to the CEO. Previously, Michael served in finance management positions at Broadsoft and Costar Group.

OpenX [LOS ANGELES] announced the appointment of Mark Liao as Chief Financial Officer. Liao comes to OpenX from Amobee, where he served as CFO for over three years. Liao has also held CFO positions at Turn and iSocket, as well as several senior roles at Yahoo! including VP of Business Operations and VP of Operations Finance for the Yahoo! Americas business.

Medly Pharmacy [BROOKLYN, NY] announced that Robert “Rob” Horowitz will join the company as Chief Financial Officer (CFO). Horowitz previously served as the Vice President of Finance at quip. He has also served in financial leadership roles at Gerson Lehrman Group, Four Springs Capital, Spencer Trask Ventures and Merrill Lynch & Co.

Jeff Poole

DiscGenics, Inc. [SALT LAKE CITY] announced it has appointed Jeff Poole as its first Chief Financial Officer (CFO). Poole most recently served as Vice President of Finance for Medtronic Spine and Biologics, a major division of Medtronic, PLC.

Byrna Technologies Inc. [ANDOVER, MA] (OTCQB: BYRN, CSE: BYRN) announced that David North has assumed the role of Chief Financial Officer. North held various titles of increasing responsibility before his most recent role at Velcro Group Corporation, where he was a Vice President and Corporate Controller.  Prior to that, Mr. North spent six years as the Corporate Controller at The L.S. Starrett Company.

Crawford United Corporation [Cleveland, OH] appointed Jay Daly as Chief Financial Officer of the Company. Prior to joining the Company, Daly most recently served, from July 2017 to September 2020, as Director of Financial Planning and Analysis for Park Place Technologies. From September 2012 to June 2017, Daly served in various roles for Beam Suntory, including most recently as Senior Finance Manager. Daly previously worked for GE Capital Corporation and Ernst & Young LLP. Kelly J. Marek stepped down from her position as Chief Financial Officer.

Vericel Corporation [Cambridge, MA] announced that Gerard Michel notified the Company of his intention to resign as Chief Financial Officer and Vice President of Business Development in order to join a public life sciences company as its Chief Executive Officer. The Company’s current Corporate Controller, Sandra Pennell was appointed to serve as the Company’s principal financial officer and principal accounting officer effective upon Michel’s resignation. Pennell has served in her current position at the Company since January 2015. Prior to joining the Company, Pennell served as Manager of External Reporting and Research at ITC Holding Corporation from September 2009 through December 2014, and as Director of Accounting at Fluid Routing Solutions, Inc. from January 2008 through September 2009.

Second Sight Medical Products, Inc. [Sylmar, CA] announced that John T. Blake, Chief Financial Officer, submitted his resignation to pursue other opportunities. Edward Sedo, Controller, has been appointed Principal Accounting and Financial Officer.

Nutriband, Inc. [Orlando, FL] announced that Serguei Melnik resigned as Chief Financial Officer, and Gerald Goodman has been appointed as Chief Financial Officer. Goodman is a certified public accountant and since 2014 has practiced with his own firm, Gerald Goodman CPA PC. From January 1, 2010 until December 31, 2014, Mr. Goodman practiced with Madsen & Associates CPA’s Inc. From 1971 to 2010, Mr. Goodman was a partner in the accounting firm of Wiener Goodman & Company PC.
