DocuSign [SAN FRANCISCO] (NASDAQ: DOCU) promoted chief financial officer Michael Sheridan to President of International and announced board member and audit committee chair Cynthia Gaylor as the new CFO. Gaylor, who joined the board almost two years ago, most recently was the CFO of Pivotal Software.  Gaylor previously led corporate development at Twitter, and prior to that was a managing director in Morgan Stanley’s technology group.

Michelle McComb

Bluecore [NEW YORK] announced Michelle McComb as its new Chief Financial Officer (CFO). McComb joins Bluecore after serving as CFO of Bloomberg’s Financial Products division. McComb additionally served as CFO of Pymetrics and VTS. She started her career at Ernst & Young.

McAfee [SANTA CLARA, CA] announced the appointment of Venkat Bhamidipati as executive vice president and chief financial officer. Bhamidipati joins McAfee from Providence, where he was executive vice president and chief financial officer. Prior to Providence, Bhamidipati spent 13 years at Microsoft, where he held several executive positions, including CFO of the Worldwide Enterprise Group, CFO of the Worldwide Operations and Technology Group and Managing Director for Business Development and Growth Strategy.

aptihealth [BOSTON and NEW YORK] announced the appointment of Dale Dutile as Chief Financial Officer. Dutile most recently served as Managing Director of The Boston Company Asset Management, where he was Portfolio Manager on the US Opportunistic Value Team. Before that, Dutile served as Senior Vice President at MFS Investment Management in Boston.

John Agostino

DaySmart Software [ANN ARBOR, MI] announced the appointment of John Agostino as its chief financial officer (CFO). Agostino joins DaySmart from ABILITY Network, Inc. Previously, Agostino was a director in PwC’s deal practice. Earlier in his career, he served within Deloitte’s auditing practice.

Matillion [DENVER and MANCHESTER, ENGLAND] announced Kenneth Paqvalen joined the company as chief financial officer (CFO). Paqvalen joins Matilllion from MariaDB. Prior to MariaDB, Paqvalen held various positions of increasing responsibility in management and finance for more than a decade at Nokia.

Genesys [SAN FRANCISCO] announced Brian Swartz as its new chief financial officer (CFO). Swartz comes to Genesys from Cornerstone OnDemand, where he was CFO since 2016. Prior to Cornerstone, Swartz served as CFO for zulily. Previously, he was CFO at Apollo Education Group and held other executive roles earlier in his career.

Michael Monarchi

Barry-Wehmiller Companies Inc. [ST. LOUIS] the organization welcomes Michael Monarchi as Chief Financial Officer. Monarchi joins Barry-Wehmiller from Eaton, where he was Vice President of Finance of the hydraulics division. Prior to Eaton, Monarchi worked for General Electric for more than 20 years.

SJI [FOLSOM, NJ] (NYSE: SJI) announced that Steven R. Cocchi has been appointed Chief Financial Officer for the organization. Cocchi has served as interim Chief Financial Officer since July 1. Cocchi joined SJI in 2009.

David Bourdon

Magellan Health, Inc. [PHOENIX] (NASDAQ: MGLN) announced it has appointed David Bourdon as chief financial officer. Bourdon will be succeeding Jon Rubin as CFO. Bourdon’s prior career at Cigna spans more than 21 years including 14 years as CFO of its various businesses. Prior to joining Magellan Health, Bourdon served as CFO of Cigna’s Integrated Medical, Life & Disability, and International Markets businesses.

The Fresh Market, Inc. [GREENSBORO, NC] announced that it has appointed Jim Heaney as Chief Financial Officer (CFO), replacing Oded Shein, who has resigned as CFO. Most recently, Heaney has served as Chief Financial Officer for Carnival Cruise Line for the last 5 years.  Prior to that Heaney spent 3 years as CFO for Sea World Entertainment.  Before that Heaney spent 17 years at Disney where he played a key leadership role in launching and growing Disney’s cruise business.

Jetty [NEW YORK] announced the appointment of Sam Bonning as Chief Financial Officer and Chief Operating Officer. Bonning joins Jetty from Arcesium, where she held the role of Chief Operating Officer and Managing Director. Prior to Arcesium, Bonning worked at The Boston Consulting Group as a Principal in the Financial Services and Insurance practices.

Prasant Gondipalli

Cision [CHICAGO] announced that Prasant Gondipalli is now serving as Cision’s Chief Financial Officer. Gondipalli joins Cision from Platinum Equity’s Portfolio Operations group, where he served as Interim CFO of LifeScan, and as Senior Vice President of Transformation at Key Energy Services. Prior to joining Platinum, he was the Vice President, Corporate Controller/Treasurer/Business Transformation at BlueLine Rental. Before moving to corporate, Prasant worked in Alvarez & Marsal’s restructuring practice.

Algo [TROY, MI] announced the appointment of Jonathan Murray as Chief Financial Officer. Murray was most recently at Draper Triangle, a venture capital firm for which he opened a Michigan office, and Pixel Velocity, a portfolio company where he stepped in as interim CEO. He serves on the boards of Autobooks and OnShift.

World Education Services (WES) [NEW YORK] announced the appointment of Astrid Vermeer as its new chief financial officer (CFO). Vermeer most recently served as CFO at the International Foundation for Electoral Systems (IFES). She also held senior financial leadership roles with the American Red Cross, World Wildlife Fund, and Abt Associates.

Jeff Wallace

USAA [SAN ANTONIO] named Jeff Wallace as its Chief Financial Officer. Wallace comes to USAA from Bank of America, where he most recently served as the Chief Financial Officer of the Consumer Banking and Global Wealth and Investment Management business, Wallace succeeds Laura Bishop, who announced her retirement in February 2020 after more than 19 years of service to USAA and its members.

Ultragenyx Pharmaceutical Inc. [NOVATO, CA] (NASDAQ: RARE) announced that it has appointed Mardi C. Dier as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer (CFO), effective November 2, 2020. Ultragenyx had previously announced the planned transition of CFO Shalini Sharp. Sharp will remain as CFO until Ms. Dier starts in November and will consult for the company for six months after. Dier joins Ultragenyx from Portola Pharmaceuticals, where she served as Chief Financial Officer from 2006 to 2018 when her role was expanded to include Chief Business Officer from 2018 through its acquisition by Alexion Pharmaceuticals in 2020. Prior to Portola, she served as Vice President of Investor Relations at Chiron Corporation from 2003 to 2006. Earlier in her career she worked as an investment banker at Prudential Securities, and prior to that was in the audit department of KPMG Peat Marwick. Dier serves on the Board of Directors of Adamas Pharmaceuticals, ORIC Pharmaceuticals, and Prelude Therapeutics.

Biom’up [SAINT-PRIEST, France & NEW YORK] announced the appointment of Stéphanie Boileau-Canu as Chief Financial Officer. Boileau-Canu served for more than two decades in a diverse array of executive finance positions, including with SEB Group and several privately held companies.

Voluntis [CAMBRIDGE, Mass. & PARIS] (Paris: VTX) announced the appointment of Guillaume Floch as Chief Financial Officer, following the departure of Matthieu Plessis. Floch held the position of Chief Financial Officer of Hybrigenics for more than 10 years, after having been Administrative and Financial Manager at Zeneus Pharma.

Common Securitization Solutions (CSS) [BETHESDA, MD] announced that Juanita Russell has joined the firm as Chief Financial Officer (CFO). Russell brings more than 25 years of experience to CSS including 21 years at MERSCORP Holdings, Inc. where she rose through the ranks serving as Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer from 2011-2018.

Flagship Credit Acceptance LLC [CHADDS FORD, PA] announced the appointment of Rob Crowl as Chief Financial Officer. Crowl joins Flagship from PHH Corporation. Most recently, Crowl held the title of president and chief executive officer, following more than five years of serving as the chief financial officer. Prior to joining PHH, Crowl served as CFO of Sun National Bank. Additionally, Crowl spent 12 years at National City Bank in Cleveland, Ohio, and served in a variety of leadership roles during his tenure, including COO of National City Mortgage, Corporate Comptroller, and Asset/Liability and Securitization Manager. He began his career with Crestar Bank in Richmond, Virginia, where he spent 12 years in several senior positions in the organization.

Strategic Capital Fund Management [COSTA MESA, CA] hired Scott Corkery as Chief Financial Officer. Before joining Strategic Capital Fund Management, Scott was a Managing Director and Head of Private Equity and Real Estate Accounting for Sculptor Capital. Prior to joining Sculptor, Scott was an Assistant Controller at York Capital Management. He was also a VP/Assistant Manager on the GSAS Toronto team at Goldman Sachs.

Avant Natural Resources, LLC [DENVER] announced the promotion of Pete Williams to the position of Vice President and Chief Financial Officer. Williams has served as Vice President of Corporate Strategy since joining the Company in early 2020. Prior to Avant, Williams was an investment banker at Petrie Partners.

Air Tractor, Inc. [OLNEY, TX] announced the appointment of Jeremy Prather as its new Chief Financial Officer (CFO). Prather served as CFO at ThyssenKrupp Americas Business Unit’s Manufacturing and R&D divisions which included Brazil. He also served as CFO at Binswanger Glass. Prather will replace retiring Vice President of Finance David Ickert.

Stephen Mullennix

ProSciento, Inc. [SAN DIEGO] announced the appointment of Stephen Mullennix to the role of Chief Financial Officer (CFO). Mullennix was most recently with UroGen Pharma, Ltd., where he served as Chief Operating Officer and, prior to that, Chief Financial Officer. Before his executive leadership role at UroGen, Mullennix was Chief Financial Officer and Senior Vice President of Operations at SolarReserve, LLC. Prior to SolarReserve, he served as a Managing Director at US Renewables Group.

Alveo Technologies [Alameda, CA] announced the hire of Julianne Averill as Chief Financial Officer. Averill most recently served as Vice President of Finance at BlackThorn Therapeutics. She previously held leadership roles at Manifest MedEx and Starwood Waypoint Residential Trust, and served as an audit manager at Deloitte.

International Money Express, Inc. (Intermex) [MIAMI] (NASDAQ: IMXI) announced that Tony Lauro has informed the company of his intention to step down as Chief Financial Officer of Intermex in order to accept an offer to become Chief Financial Officer of BlockFi, Inc. Lauro has committed to remain with the Company until November 13, 2020.

Brian S. Hertzman

American Financial Group, Inc. [CINCINNATI] (NYSE: AFG) announced the promotion of Brian S. Hertzman to Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer. Hertzman joined AFG in 1991 and has held positions of increasing responsibility within the Company’s finance and accounting areas during his nearly 30-year tenure. He previously served as Vice President and Controller of AFG. In June 2020, Mr. Hertzman was named interim principal financial and accounting officer.

UNITY Biotechnology [SAN FRANCISCO] (NASDAQ: UBX) announced the appointment of Lynne Sullivan to the permanent role of chief financial officer. Sullivan worked at Biogen for over 10 years, serving as senior vice president of finance with global responsibility for corporate finance, financial planning and analysis and corporate tax. Sullivan is a member of the board of directors of four publicly traded biopharmaceutical companies, Inozyme Pharma, Solid Biosciences, resTORbio and BiomX, and most recently served as the chief financial officer for Compass Therapeutics.

Capital Square [RICHMOND, VA] announced that the firm has appointed Austin Griffin as chief financial officer. Prior to joining Capital Square, Griffin served as chief financial officer at The Caton Companies. Previously, Griffin served as chief financial officer at Tzadik Management, and also served as chief financial officer at F9 Investments, LLC. Additionally, Griffin served as chief executive officer at 123 Global, the real estate and development company for Learning Care Group and La Petite, Inc.

Lockton [KANSAS CITY, MO] announced the appointment of Troy Cook as Chief Financial Officer. Most recently, Cook served for over 20 years as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer at NPC International before retiring in 2018.

Revint [ATLANTA] announced that Jennifer Williams has joined the company as Chief Financial Officer. Williams has over her 20+ year career of financial leadership with various data analytics and technology-enabled services businesses.

Biomerica Inc. [IRVINE, CA] (NASDAQ: BMRA) announced the retirement of Janet Moore, the Company’s Chief Financial Officer. Biomerica also announced the appointment of Steve Sloan as the Company’s new CF. Sloan’s background and experience includes thirteen years at General Electric with roles in internal audit, corporate finance and manufacturing finance. Most recently, Mr. Sloan spent ten years with medical device maker, Medtronic. At Medtronic, Mr. Sloan worked in four divisions, most recently serving as a divisional finance director.

Voyager Digital Ltd. [NEW YORK] (CSE: VYGR, OTCQB: VYGVF) announced the hiring of Evan Psaropoulos as Chief Financial Officer. Psaropoulos started his career in public accounting as a CPA at PwC and later transitioned to investment banking in the Technology, Media and Telecom Group at Credit Suisse. Psaropoulos has also held senior finance leadership positions on the private company side, most recently as the CFO at Global Debt Registry.

Host Hotels & Resorts, Inc. [BETHESDA, MD] (NYSE: HST) announced that Sourav Ghosh has been appointed as executive vice president, chief financial officer and treasurer. Brian Macnamara, who has led the Company’s finance organization since December 2019, will continue in his role as Host’s senior vice president and corporate controller. Ghosh joined Host in 2009 and has led the Company’s operations strategy and analytics, as well as innovations and strategic initiatives for the Company’s various departments and investment platforms. In addition, Ghosh has also led the Information Technology department at Host. Prior to joining Host, Ghosh held numerous positions at Starwood Hotels & Resorts including senior director of Real Estate Investments and director of Acquisitions & Development where he was responsible for sourcing, structuring and negotiating acquisitions and development deals. Ghosh currently serves as a Board of Directors member for the U.S. Travel Association as well as Uniform System of Accounts for the Lodging Industry.

Oculis S.A. [LAUSANNE, Switzerland & BOSTON] appointed Sylvia Cheung as Chief Financial Officer (CFO). Cheung will be based in the newly established Oculis U.S. entity and succeeds Páll Ragnar Jóhannesson who becomes Oculis Chief Strategy Officer. Cheung joins Oculis from Anika Therapeutics, Inc. where she was CFO since 2013. Prior to her role as CFO, Ms. Cheung was Vice President of Strategic Processes at Anika and General Manager of Anika Therapeutics S.r.l. She joined Anika as Controller in 2005. Prior to Anika, Cheung held a series of financial management positions of increasing responsibility at Transkaryotic Therapies, Inc., which was acquired by Shire Pharmaceuticals in 2005. Cheung began her career in the technology audit practice at PricewaterhouseCoopers.

LICT Corporation [RYE, NY] (OTC Pink: LICT) announced that Robert E. Dolan has agreed to re-join the Company in an active consulting role overseeing the operations and financial teams while the company searches for a Chief Operating Officer. Dolan has served the Company for 29 years in various capacities, including, Chief Executive Officer, Chief Financial Officer and Executive Vice President. Dolan will continue to serve on the Company’s Board of Directors. The Company announced that Daniel E. Hopkins has resigned and will be leaving the Company effective October 2020. Mr. Hopkins has been serving the Company as President and Chief Financial Officer since November of 2019.

Criteo S.A. [NEW YORK] (NASDAQ: CRTO) announced the appointment of Sarah Glickman as Chief Financial Officer. She will replace Dave Anderson, who served as interim Chief Financial Officer for four months. Glickman most recently served as Acting Chief Financial Officer for 20 months at XPO Logistics, where she previously served as Senior Vice President, Corporate Finance and Transformation. Before that, she held operational Chief Financial Officer roles at Novartis and Honeywell International and served in various executive roles in shared services and operations, internal audit, transformation and controllership at both Honeywell International, where she spent 11 years, and Bristol-Myers Squibb. She started her career at PricewaterhouseCoopers.

Unifrax [TONAWANDA, NY] announced that Scott Horrigan has been promoted to Chief Financial Officer of Unifrax. Horrigan joined Unifrax as Finance Director for the Thermal Management Segment in 2015, was promoted to Senior Director of Financial Planning and Analysis in 2016, and was named Vice President of FP&A and Treasury in 2018. Prior to joining Unifrax, he held finance roles of increasing responsibility at ITT and Greatbatch Medical.

Harbor Custom Development, Inc. [Gig Harbor, WA] (NASDAQ: HCDI) announced the hiring of Lynda Meadows, as the Company’s Chief Financial Officer. Prior to joining Harbor, Meadows held many positions including Vice President, Senior Vice President, Controller, Treasurer, and Internal Audit Assistant Director for multiple divisions and subsidiaries of Weyerhaeuser. From 2012 through 2015, Meadows became the Vice President and Controller at Quadrant Homes when Weyerhaeuser sold its real estate assets to the TRIPoint Group in 2014.  In 2016, Builders Capital recruited Meadows to become their Chief Financial Officer.

Constellis [Herndon, VA] announced that Richard Hozik has joined as the Company’s Chief Financial Officer. Prior to joining Constellis, Hozik held numerous positions including as Chief Financial Officer and Chief Executive Officer to a number of both publicly traded and privately held government contractors. He has also served as CFO and CEO of a global firm with operations throughout North America, Latin America, Europe, the Middle East, Africa and Asia Pacific. Current Constellis CFO, Gordon Foster, is leaving the company effective September 30, 2020.

Jonathan DeCarlo

Emmes [ROCKVILLE, MD] announced that Jonathan DeCarlo has been promoted to chief financial officer.  DeCarlo, who has served as vice president and controller, is replacing Brian Hochheimer, who is retiring after 15 years at Emmes. In 2009, DeCarlo  became assistant controller at International Resources Group, and three years later, joined Emmes as its controller.  In January 2019, he was named a corporate vice president, leading a team of 20 employees.

MSC Industrial Supply Co. [MELVILLE, NY and DAVIDSON, NC] (NYSE: MSM) announced that it has named Kristen Actis-Grande to the role of Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer. Actis-Grande joins MSC following a 17-year tenure with Ingersoll Rand. She most recently served as Vice President of Investor Relations and Financial Planning and Analysis. Actis-Grande previously served as Vice President of Finance for the company’s Compression Technologies and Services business. Prior to that role, she served as Vice President of Finance for Residential HVAC and Supply. Actis-Grande previously held a variety of progressively responsible finance leadership roles across the organization.

EZCORP, Inc. [Rollingwood, TX] announced that Timothy K. Jugmans has been appointed Interim Chief Financial Officer (principal financial officer). Jugmans has been serving as the Company’s Vice President, Treasury and M&A since December 2016, having served as a consultant to the Company performing similar duties since March 2015. From January 2015 to December 2016, Jugmans was a principal of Selene Partners Inc. Jugmans served as the Chief Financial Officer of Morgan Schiff & Co., Inc. from April 2013 to December 2014, and was Chief Financial Officer of ShippingEasy, Inc. from July 2011 to April 2013. From April 2005 to June 2012, Jugmans was a Corporate Advisor at Lexicon Partners Pty Limited. He served in various analyst and senior analyst positions at boutique investment banks for seven years prior to that.  Jugmans succeeds Jason A. Kulas, who joined the Company as President and Chief Financial Officer in February 2020 and was promoted to Chief Executive Officer in July 2020.

Bright Mountain Media, Inc. [Boca Raton, FL] announced that it appointed Edward A. Cabanas as the Company’s Chief Financial Officer. Cabanas served as the Vice President-Finance for ACAMS, L.L.C. (Association of Certified Anti-Money Laundering Specialists), a wholly-owned subsidiary of Adtalem Global Education, where he oversaw the finance function for the company. From February 2017 until August 2018 Cabanas served as Senior Vice President, Chief Financial Officer for the connectivity segment of Global Eagle Entertainment. From 2001 until 2016 Cabanas served in various senior finance and business development positions at Laureate Education. The Company’s current Chief Financial Officer, Alan Bergman will continue to remain with the Company and holds the position of Vice President of Finance.

Emmaus Life Sciences, Inc. [Torrance, CA] appointed Yasushi Nagasaki, Senior Vice President -Finance, to serve as interim Chief Financial Officer of the company. Nagasaki succeeds Joseph (Jay) C. Sherwood III, who stepped down from his position at the company for personal reasons. Nagasaki has served as our Senior Vice President Finance since the completion of our merger transaction with EMI Holding, Inc. in July 2019. Prior to the merger, he served as Senior Vice President Finance since April 2012 and as Chief Financial Officer from May 2011 to April 2012 of EMI Holding, Inc. From September 2005 until joining EMI Holding, Inc., Nagasaki was the Chief Financial Officer of Hexadyne Corporation. Nagasaki also served on the board of directors at Hexadyne Corporation from September 2005 to April 2011.

Highlands REIT, Inc. [Chicago, IL] announced that Paul Melkus, the Company’s Executive Vice President, Chief Financial Officer and principal financial officer, will separate from the Company no later than October 30, 2020.

Marizyme, Inc. [Jupiter, FL] appointed Bruce Harmon as the Company’s chief financial officer. Harmon served as interim Chief Financial Officer for a pharmaceutical company from 2002 through 2003. Currently, Harmon owns a consulting firm, Lakeport Business Services, Inc., founded in 2009, which has provided CFO services to more than 100 companies. Through his firm, he currently serves as the Chief Financial Officer of Dale Biotech, LLC (since 2019), and Chief Financial Officer for A Legacy Genetics, Inc. (since 2020). In the past five years, Harmon has served as Chief Financial Officer of Rhamnolipid, Inc. (2010-2020), a biotech company. Nicholas DeVito, will no longer serve as Marizyme’s Interim Chief Financial Officer or Interim Chief Executive Officer.

Veeva Systems Inc. [Pleasanton, CA] appointed Brent Bowman as Chief Financial Officer. Prior to this appointment, Bowman was serving as Veeva’s Executive Vice President, Finance. Bowman joined Veeva from [24]7.ai, where he had been CFO since 2018. Over his career, Bowman also held senior financial positions at Intel, Altera, and Sun Microsystems with responsibilities for financial planning and analysis, M&A, accounting, SEC reporting, internal audit, and treasury. Tim Cabral has resigned from his position as Chief Financial Officer of Veeva and transitioned to an advisor role to Veeva.

Success Entertainment Group International, Inc. [Tulsa, OK] (OTCQB: SEGN), a/k/a Renavotio, Inc. appointed John Park as Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer of the Company. Park replaced Steve Andrew Chen who tendered his resignation as temporary Chief Financial Officer.
