Dennis Olis
Cresco Labs [CHICAGO] (CSE: CL, OTCQX: CRLBF) announced that Ken Amann, who has been the Company’s Chief Financial Officer since 2015, is retiring effective December 31, 2020. As part of a planned transition, the Company also appointed Dennis Olis to replace Amann as Chief Financial Officer (“CFO”), effective July 1, 2020. Olis joins Cresco Labs after previously serving as CFO for Allscripts Healthcare Solutions. Previously, Olis held a variety of senior finance and operations positions at Motorola Inc.
Six Flags Entertainment Corporation [ARLINGTON, TX] (NYSE: SIX) announced that it has appointed Sandeep Reddy as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer effective July 1, 2020. Leonard Russ, who has filled the CFO position on an interim basis since February 2020, will transition to an operational role. Most recently, Reddy was the Chief Financial Officer of Guess Inc. Prior to Guess Inc., he served in finance leadership roles of increasing responsibility at Mattel Inc.
Relativity Space [LOS ANGELES] announced the appointment of Muhammad Shahzad as Chief Financial Officer (CFO). Shahzad most recently served as CFO of The Honest Company. Prior to The Honest Company, Shahzad was a Vice President in the Technology, Media & Telecom Investment Banking Division at Goldman, Sachs & Co. Previously, Shahzad founded his own startup and started his career at Accenture and Deutsche Bank.
DIH [NORWELL, MA] announced that it has appointed Vaseem Mahboob as the Company’s Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer (CFO), effective July 9th, 2020. Mahboob joins DIH after serving as CFO of Endologix since 2015. Prior to that, he spent nearly a decade at GE Healthcare in several financial leadership positions, most recently as CFO of the Global IT business. Mahboob also previously served as CFO of GE’s Eastern and African Emerging Markets division. Mahboob was CFO of GE Healthcare’s Global Ultrasound business. Mahboob also served as CFO of GE Healthcare’s Global Magnetic Resonance (MRI) Business and served in several other global financial leadership positions across GE, spending a total of 16 years at the company.
Gregg Branning
GEON Performance Solutions [AVON LAKE, OH] announced the appointment of Gregg Branning as its first chief financial officer (CFO). Branning previously was executive vice president and CFO at CSW Industrials, a position he held for four years. Before that, he was senior vice president, corporate secretary of finance and CFO at Myers Industries.
Mattel, Inc. [EL SEGUNDO, CA] (NASDAQ: MAT) announced that Anthony P. DiSilvestro will join the Company as Executive Advisor on June 29, 2020, and will assume the role of Chief Financial Officer on the date following the filing of the Company’s Quarterly Report on Form 10-Q for the second quarter 2020, which is anticipated to be filed July 30, 2020. DiSilvestro will succeed Joseph J. Euteneuer, who will leave the Company as part of the Company’s previously announced transition plan. DiSilvestro most recently served as Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Campbell Soup Company, a role he held from 2014 to 2019. He served in various other financial leadership roles at Campbell Soup Company since 1996, including Senior Vice President – Finance, Treasurer, Controller, Chief Financial Officer of the company’s North America and International divisions, and Head of Strategic Planning and Corporate Development.
Confluent, Inc. [MOUNTAIN VIEW, CA] announced Steffan Tomlinson has joined the company as chief financial officer (CFO). Cheryl Dalrymple, the Company’s former CFO has taken on the roles of chief people officer and head of corporate development. Tomlinson joins Confluent from Google where he was CFO of Google Cloud & Technical Infrastructure. Before Google, Tomlinson was CFO of Palo Alto Networks. Prior to Palo Alto Networks, Tomlinson was CFO of Aruba Networks.
Wrike [SAN JOSE, CA] announced that Carol Lee is joining the company as Chief Financial Officer. Lee is joining Wrike from GoodData.
NCR Corporation [ATLANTA] (NYSE: NCR) announced Timothy C. Oliver is joining the company as its new Chief Financial Officer effective July 13, 2020. Oliver was President & Chief Financial Officer of the Goldstein Group, and Alter Trading, the largest of its operating companies. Prior, Oliver held CFO and other senior-level finance positions with MEMC Electronic Materials, now known as SunEdison, Metavante Technologies and Rockwell Automation. Earlier in his career, he was VP of Financial Planning for what is now Raytheon Technologies, held several senior roles for Allied Signal, which is now known as Honeywell, and was the VP of Fixed Income Trading at Bear Stearns & Co.
Radiant Ventures, Inc. [SANTA ROSA, CA] announced the hiring of Virender Ahluwalia as Chief Financial Officer. Ahluwalia brings decades of executive financial leadership experience with companies including Shutterfly, Singularity, Vintners, Rafter, iLogistix and most recently, Coastal.
Central Federal Corporation [COLUMBUS, OH] (NASDAQ: CFBK), the parent of CFBank, announced that John W. Helmsdoerfer, Executive Vice President and Chief Executive Officer of CFBank and Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer of the Company, will resign from the Company and CFBank for personal reasons effective July 8, 2020. In the interim, the Company’s President and Chief Executive Officer, Timothy O’Dell, will work with CFBank’s Controller, Kevin Beerman, to assume the duties as principal financial officer and principal accounting officer of the Company.
Palo Alto Networks, Inc. [SANTA CLARA, CA] (NYSE: PANW) announced the appointment of Luis Felipe Visoso to the position of chief financial officer (CFO). Visoso will assume the role on July 1, 2020. Visoso most recently served as CFO for Amazon Web Services (AWS), and previously as CFO for Amazon’s Worldwide Consumer division. Before being in a senior finance role at Cisco, Visoso spent more than 20 years at Procter & Gamble. Visoso will take over from Palo Alto Networks CFO Kathy Bonanno, who announced her departure to become business finance officer of Google’s Cloud division.
PlayPower, Inc. [DALLAS, TX] announced that Cary Glay joined as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer. Glay joined in April 2020 . Prior to PlayPower, Glay served as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer at Q Holding Company. Prior to that, he was the Vice President and Chief Financial Officer for Master Chemical Corporation. Before Master Chemical, Cary worked in a variety of leadership roles with Eaton Corporation and Avery Dennison Corporation. Prior to his career in finance, Glay was in the U.S. Army and served as a crew chief for a UH-60A Black Hawk helicopter serving in combat operations in Operation Desert Storm.
Karen Brennan
Jones Lang LaSalle Incorporated (NYSE: JLL) announced the appointment of Karen Brennan as Chief Financial Officer effective July 15. She succeeds Stephanie Plaines, who has decided to leave JLL for personal reasons after a transition period. Brennan is currently the Chief Executive Officer of LaSalle’s operations in Europe. Prior to that, she was the Head of Americas Custom Accounts.
Quontic [NEW YORK] announced the promotion of Karen Wood to Chief Financial Officer. Wood formerly served as Quontic’s Controller for six years and will take over the reins from Don Frain as he begins his retirement.
Ribbon Communications Inc. [WESTFORD, MA] (NASDAQ: RBBN) announced the appointment of Mick Lopez as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial officer. Lopez succeeds Daryl E. Raiford. Lopez most recently served as the CFO of Vista Outdoor Inc. Prior to joining Vista Outdoor, he served as the CFO at Veritas Technologies. Prior to joining Veritas Technologies, he was the CFO for Harris Corporation. From 2011 to 2014, he was the CFO for Aricent Group/KKR Private Equity. Earlier in his career, he gained valuable experience as Vice President, Finance at Cisco Systems and Tyco International, as well as international assignments with IBM and KPMG.
Deborah Keeley
Harvest Health & Recreation Inc. [PHOENIX] (CSE: HARV, OTCQX: HRVSF) announced the appointment of Deborah Keeley as Chief Financial Officer. Keeley joined Harvest in April 2020 as Vice President of Finance and Tax. Most recently, Keeley was the Senior Vice President Finance and Operations of Cultural Experiences Abroad. Previously, she was a Senior Vice President and Chief Accounting Officer for Mobile Mini, Inc. Keeley replaces Leo Jaschke, who has resigned as Chief Financial Officer.
