Endologix, Inc. [IRVINE, CA] (NASDAQ: ELGX) announced that Vaseem Mahboob, Chief Financial Officer (CFO), will be departing the Company effective July 1, 2020 to become CFO of a private global healthcare company. Cindy Pinto, Vice President, Financial Planning & Analysis, will assume the role of interim Chief Financial Officer in addition to her current responsibilities.

Office Depot, Inc. [BOCA RATON, FL] (NASDAQ: ODP) announced the appointment of D. Anthony Scaglione as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer, effective July 20, 2020. Scaglione joins Office Depot from ABM Industries Incorporated where he served as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer. Prior to joining ABM Industries, Scaglione held executive finance positions at CA Technologies.

WebPT [PHOENIX] announced the appointment of Jason Heath as chief financial officer (CFO). Heath formerly served as the CFO and general manager at Leadpages.  He also served as the CFO of Drip, and he held various executive-level roles at GoDaddy before transitioning to CFO at Media Temple, following its acquisition by GoDaddy.

Amir Feder

BlueNalu, Inc. [SAN DIEGO] announced the hiring of Amir Feder as CFO. Most recently, he was CFO of Hughes Marino. Previously, Feder was the Global CFO of Droga5.

T-Mobile US, Inc. [BELLEVUE, WA & OVERLAND PARK, KS ] (NASDAQ: TMUS) announced the company has promoted Peter Osvaldik, T-Mobile’s current senior vice president, Finance and Chief Accounting Officer, to Chief Financial Officer (CFO) effective July 1, 2020. Osvaldik will assume the CFO role as current CFO Braxton Carter plans to retire on July 1, 2020. Osvaldik joined T-Mobile in January 2016 as vice president, External Reporting and Technical Accounting. He was elevated to senior vice president, Finance and Chief Accounting Officer in June 2016. Prior to T-Mobile, Osvaldik held Chief Accounting Officer, Controller and manager roles at Outerwall, Coinstar and PricewaterhouseCoopers.

GoodRx [SANTA MONICA, CA] announced the appointment of Karsten Voermann as Chief Financial Officer. Voermann was previously CFO at Mercer Advisors and Mercury Payment Systems.

Robert O’Donovan

Cohesity [SAN JOSE, CA] announced that Robert O’Donovan has joined the company to serve as chief financial officer (CFO). Before joining Cohesity, O’Donovan served as CFO for DataStax. Prior to that, he was CFO at Pivotal Software. O’Donovan has also held finance, operations, and sales roles at Dell/EMC in Europe and Asia Pacific/Japan.

Edmentum [MINNEAPOLIS] announced the appointment of Frank Jalufka as Chief Financial Officer (CFO). Prior to joining Edmentum, Jalufka served as Chief Financial Officer at Education Management Corporation (EDMC); Chief Financial Officer and Chief Operations Officer at The Dolan Company; and Vice President Enterprise Finance at Freedom Communications.

NYMBUS [MIAMI] announced Jim Modak has been appointed President and Chief Financial Officer (CFO). Previous to NYMBUS, he held the Chief Operating Officer and CFO roles at companies such as DWL. Additionally, Modak was the CFO at Tradex Technologies. Modak has also work for companies as Datapath and Suniva. He began his career with KPMG.

REV Group, Inc. [MILWAUKEE] (NYSE: REVG) announced that Dean Nolden is stepping down as CFO. Replacing Nolden, the company appointed Mark A. Skonieczny chief financial officer. Skonieczny was most recently Vice President and Corporate Controller of Adient PLC. Prior to that, Skonieczny spent 17 years at Johnson Controls in a variety of financial roles including Vice President of Corporate Development, Vice President of Finance, Global Aftermarket -Power Solutions, Vice President of Finance, Middle East, Latin America and NA Systems- Building Efficiency, and Assistant Corporate Controller.

Vikram Vik Kini

Ingersoll Rand Inc. [DAVIDSON, NC] (NYSE: IR) appointed Vikram “Vik” Kini as its senior vice president and Chief Financial Officer. Emily Weaver, current Chief Financial Officer, is leaving to pursue other opportunities. Kini’s experience includes almost 10 years with Ingersoll Rand (formerly Gardner Denver) where most recently he led the global FP&A organization and serving as the head of investor relations. During his time with the company, Kini has also served as the vice president of finance for the Industrials Segment and held leadership positions within treasury and IT. Prior to joining Ingersoll Rand in 2011, Kini held finance roles of increasing responsibility for General Electric and SABIC.

Sonia Jain

Cars.com Inc. [CHICAGO] (NYSE: CARS) announced it has appointed Sonia Jain to the role effective July 6, 2020. Jain joins CARS from Redbox, where she served as CFO.  Prior to Redbox, Sonia served as vice president, finance and treasurer with Outerwall. She was previously an investment banker at Morgan Stanley and a consultant at McKinsey & Co.

Peabody [ST. LOUIS] announced Mark Spurbeck has been named Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer. Mark joined Peabody in early 2018 and has most recently served as the company’s Senior Vice President and Interim Chief Financial Officer since January 2020. In his time at Peabody, he also served as Senior Vice President and Chief Accounting Officer. Prior to joining Peabody in early 2018, Mark was Vice President of Finance and Chief Accounting Officer at Coeur Mining, Inc. He also previously held multiple positions at Newmont Mining Corporation over an eight-year period, including Group Executive, Assistant Controller. Mark also served in several financial positions at First Data Corporation and Deloitte LLP.

Frontier Waste Solutions [PLANO, TX] hired Alek Orloff as Chief Financial Officer. Prior to joining Frontier, Orloff was the former Chief Financial Officer of Denver-based Alpine Waste & Recycling and most recently the Vice President of Strategic Development at GFL Environmental.

Outreach [SEATTLE] announced the hiring of Melissa Fisher as its chief financial officer. Fisher comes to Outreach from Qualys. Fisher has more than 20 years of experience from her time at Goldman Sachs and Bank of America Securities. Fisher also serves as a director on the Board of ModelN Inc.

South Reach Networks [MIAMI] announced that it has appointed Dexter Cartwright as the company’s new Chief Financial Officer (“CFO”) and Chief Strategy Officer (“CSO”). During his career, he worked with companies including Cable & Wireless and Columbus Networks.

Valero Energy Corporation [SAN ANTONIO] (NYSE: VLO) announced that Jason Fraser, who has served as Valero’s Executive Vice President and General Counsel since January 2019, has been appointed by Valero’s Board of Directors to serve as the Company’s Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer, effective July 15, 2020. Fraser will succeed Donna Titzman, who will remain as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer until her retirement from the position on the same date. Fraser served as Valero’s General Counsel since January 2019 and previously serving as a Senior Vice President with oversight of Valero’s Public Policy, Strategic Planning, Governmental Affairs, Investor Relations and External Communications functions. Previously, Fraser also served as President of European Commercial Operations, and Vice President of Specialty Products Marketing. Fraser began his career with Valero in 1999.

UNITIL Corporation [HAMPTON, NH] (NYSE: UTL) announced the hiring of Robert B. Hevert as Senior Vice President, effective July 23, 2020.  It is anticipated that Unitil’s Board of Directors will appoint Mr. Hevert to the position of Senior Vice President, Chief Financial Officer (“CFO”) and Treasurer of the Company at its upcoming meeting on July 29, 2020. It is also anticipated that Laurence M. Brock, who has served as Unitil’s interim CFO and Treasurer since March 16, 2020, will step down as CFO and Treasurer on July 29, 2020, but will remain as Senior Vice President. Hevert most recently served as Partner and Practice Area Leader of Rates, Regulation and Planning at ScottMadden, Inc., where he has practiced since 2016. Hevert was founder and Managing Partner of Sussex Economic Advisors, LLC from 2012 until 2016, and President of Concentric Energy Advisors, Inc. from 2002 until 2012.  Hevert also served in senior positions at Navigant Consulting, Inc. from 1997 until 2002, and Vice President and Assistant Treasurer at Bay State Gas Company.

ABM Industries Incorporated [NEW YORK] announced the resignation of Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer, D. Anthony Scaglione. Dean Chin, ABM’s current Senior Vice President, Chief Accounting Officer and Corporate Controller, will be appointed interim Chief Financial Officer, effective July 1, 2020. Chin joined ABM in 2008 and has held the position of Senior Vice President, Chief Accounting Officer and Corporate Controller since 2010.

Laredo Petroleum, Inc. [TULSA, OK] (NYSE: LPI) named Bryan Lemmerman as Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer, effective June 30, 2020. Michael Beyer will be leaving the Company effective June 17, 2020. Lemmerman previously spent 10 years with Chesapeake Energy Corporation, most recently as Vice President – Business Development and Treasurer. Prior to joining Chesapeake, Lemmerman was a portfolio manager at Highview Capital Management and Ritchie Capital Management.

LogMeIn, Inc. [BOSTON] (NASDAQ: LOGM) announced that Rich Veldran will join LogMeIn as the Company’s new Chief Financial Officer (CFO) following the October 2019 announcement that current CFO, Ed Herdiech, would be retiring in 2020. Veldran was most recently at Boston Consulting Group as a Senior Advisor and Executive Coach. Prior to that, he was at Dun & Bradstreet, where he served as CFO for nearly eight years. Rich also held the roles of Chief Strategy Officer and SVP Corporate Development, SVP Global Business Process Reengineering and Transformation, Treasurer and Investor Relations Officer, and CFO North America at Dun & Bradstreet during his sixteen-year tenure. Before Dun & Bradstreet, Rich spent seven years with ADP and eight years with Procter & Gamble.

Nurix Therapeutics, Inc. [SAN FRANCISCO] announced the promotion of Hans van Houte to chief financial officer.

Tandy Leather Factory, Inc. [FORT WORTH, TX] announced that Steve Swank is joining the Company as its Chief Financial Officer, effective July 6, 2020.  Swank joins from Sears Hometown Stores, Inc., where he was the Vice President, CFO and Treasurer.  Michael Galvan, the Company’s Interim CFO, will remain with Tandy through the completion of the restatement and in a consulting role. Swank brings over 25 years of experience in a broad range of retail companies, including Sears-branded companies, where he spent the last 11 years, Fossil Group and CompUSA.

Key Energy Services, Inc. [HOUSTON] announced the appointment of Nelson Haight as Senior Vice President, Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer. Previously, Haight served as a consultant providing finance and accounting services to the energy industry, most recently as the interim Chief Financial Officer for a privately held environmental commodities firm and, prior to that, for a privately held oilfield service company.  From July 2017 to September 2018, Haight served as the Chief Financial Officer for Castleton Resources LLC, and from 2011 through 2017, Haight served in various capacities from Vice President to Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer for Midstates Petroleum Company, Inc. Marshall Dodson, Key’s President and Chief Executive Officer. will cease to serve as Interim Chief Financial Officer (Principal Financial Officer) and Treasurer of the Company.

LMP Automotive Holdings, Inc. [PLANTATION, FL] (NASDAQ: LMPX) announced the hiring of William E. Myers II as Chief Financial Officer, effective July 1, 2020. Since 2018, Myers served as Executive Vice President, Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer of TravelCenters of America, Inc. From 2014 to 2017, Myers served as Senior Vice President and Chief Accounting Officer of TA. Prior to joining TA, Myers worked as Vice President Technical Accounting and Reporting at Eaton Corporation.

Catalyst Biosciences, Inc. [SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO, CA] (NASDAQ: CBIO) announced the appointment of Clinton Musil as its new chief financial officer, effective July 1, 2020. Musil previously held the position of Chief Business Officer at Personalis. Prior to Personalis, Musil was a member of the executive management team at ARMO Biosciences. Earlier in his career, Musil served in various positions at Gilead Sciences and Sanofi.

Ashleigh Pushnig

SG Contracting Inc. [ATLANTA] announced the promotion of Ashleigh Pushnig to Chief Financial Officer. Pushnig has 15 years of experience at SG Contracting and her role has continued to expand during this time.

Ron Crowell

Mac Papers [JACKSONVILLE, FL] announced that Ron Crowell has joined the company as its Chief Financial Officer (CFO), replacing retiring CFO Greg Gay. Crowell has over 25 years of financial leadership experience, most recently as CFO for APR Energy. Prior to APR Energy, Crowell served as senior vice president of finance for World Fuel Services for approximately six years. Crowell has also held executive finance positions with KBR and General Electric. He began his career with a 13-year tenure at KPMG.

Akebia Therapeutics [CAMBRIDGE, MA] (NASDAQ: AKBA) announced David A. Spellman is joining Akebia as its new Senior Vice President, Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer, effective June 29, 2020. Spellman will join Akebia from Intarcia Therapeutics, Inc., where he is Chief Financial Officer and Chief Business Officer. Spellman will succeed Jason A. Amello, who has served as Akebia’s Senior Vice President, Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer since 2013. Prior to joining Intarcia, Spellman served as the Chief Financial Officer of Mersana Therapeutics, Inc. From February 2006 to March 2018, Spellman served in a series of roles at Vertex Pharmaceuticals, Inc., most recently as Vice President, Corporate, Commercial and International Finance. Prior to Vertex, Spellman spent four years at Millennium Pharmaceuticals where he held several positions on the Finance team.

White River Bancshares [FAYETTEVILLE, AR] (OTCQX: WRIV), the holding company for Signature Bank of Arkansas, announced the hiring of Edward (“Ed”) P. Riendeau as its new Chief Financial Officer, succeeding Russell W. Nugent, Jr., who recently announced his retirement. Riendeau’s background is diverse, including small private and large public companies in various industries which includes public accounting, retail, distribution and marketing. Since moving to Northwest Arkansas in 2008, he worked for Walmart in both finance and internal audit functions.  Riendeau later became the Senior Vice President of Infrastructure and the Finance leader at Collective Bias.

Venture Global LNG, Inc. [ARLINGTON, VA] announces that Jonathan (Jack) Thayer has joined the company as Chief Financial Officer. Prior to joining Venture Global, Thayer served as Chief Financial Officer of Exelon Corporation, and Chief Financial Officer of Constellation Energy Group, Inc. He has also held roles in investment banking, first with SBC Warburg, and subsequently with Deutsche Bank Securities. Most recently, Thayer served as Vice Chairman, Corporate Operations and Chief Financial Officer of Woodward, Inc.

Operation HOPE [ATLANTA] announced the appointment of Brian Betts as President and Chief Financial Officer. Betts has served as Chief Financial Officer and interim Chief Operating Officer since November 2019. Prior to joining Operation HOPE, Betts worked specifically in the nonprofit industry for 10 years.

Brunswick Corporation [METTAWA, IL] (NYSE: BC) announced that it appointed Ryan M. Gwillim as Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer.  He succeeds William L. Metzger, Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer, who will retire from Brunswick effective July 10, 2020. Gwillim most currently served as Brunswick’s Vice President, Finance & Treasurer. Gwillim previously served as Vice President – Investor Relations from 2017 to 2019.  He joined Brunswick in 2011 as Corporate Counsel. Before joining Brunswick, Gwillim was an associate in the Chicago office of Baker & McKenzie.

Kar’s Nuts [MADISON HEIGHTS, MI] announced that Herman Brons has joined the company as Chief Financial Officer. Brons has joined Kar’s from Kronos Foods where he was CFO. Prior to Kronos, he served as CFO at Quantum Foods following 17 years in various finance leadership roles at CSM Bakery Solutions.

Robert W. Cook

RenovaCare, Inc. [ROSELAND, NJ] (OTC: RCAR) announced the appointment of new Chief Financial Officer and Board Secretary, Robert W. Cook Prior to his appointment as RenovaCare CFO, Cook served as Chief Financial Officer of CorMedix Inc., and previously at BioBlast Pharma Ltd., and Strata Skin Sciences. His executive roles at Immune Pharmaceuticals and EpiCept Corporation, included Interim President, CFO, and appointments to the Board of Directors. Previously he served as CFO of Pharmos Corporation. Cook began his career in financial services at Chase Manhattan, and was appointed Vice President in the Healthcare Group at General Electric Capital Commercial Finance.
