Matthew Foulston

Covetrus [PORTLAND, ME] (NASDAQ: CVET) announced that Matthew Foulston will become global chief financial officer effective June 1, 2020, replacing Stuart Gleichenhaus, who has been serving in that role on an interim basis since December 2019. Foulston most recently was the chief financial officer for Treehouse Foods and Compass Minerals. Foulston spent the earlier part of his career at Ford, Mazda and Navistar.

Thomas D. Savage

Genesee & Wyoming Inc. (G&W) [DARIEN, CT] announced the appointments of Thomas D. Savage as Chief Financial Officer. Savage was previously Senior Vice President of Corporate Development and Treasurer. He has worked in finance and mergers & acquisitions since joining G&W in 2005 and has been responsible for G&W’s treasury functions since 2012. Savage succeeds Timothy J. Gallagher, who departed G&W following its sale to Brookfield Infrastructure and GIC, which resulted in G&W becoming a private company.

Steve Bramlage

Casey’s General Stores, Inc. [ANKENY, IA] (NASDAQ: CASY) announced the appointment of Steve Bramlage as chief financial officer, effective June 1, 2020. Bramlage succeeds former Chief Financial Officer Bill Walljasper, who announced his retirement earlier this year. Bramlage was most recently the CFO at Aramark. Prior to Aramark, Bramlage was CFO at Owens-Illinois, and held several financial leadership roles at PPG Industries, Eli-Lilly and Ernst & Young.

David D. Quinn, Sr.

Atlas Technical Consultants, Inc. [AUSTIN, TX] (NASDAQ: ATCX) announced that David D. Quinn, Sr. has been appointed Chief Financial Officer (CFO). Quinn has served as Atlas’ Executive Vice President of Corporate Affairs since September 2019. Quinn will succeed Walter Powell, who will relinquish his previous dual roles as CFO & Chief Accounting Officer (CAO) and retain his role as CAO. Prior to joining Atlas, Quinn held multiple executive level roles at the Shaw Group and Atkins North America, most recently in Chief Financial Officer and Chief Operating Officer capacities.

Russell Burke

Life360, Inc. [SAN FRANCISCO] (ASX: 360) announced Russell Burke as its chief financial officer. Prior to joining Life360, he held roles as chief financial officer of Mandalay Media Inc., chief executive officer of Weight Watchers Australia and New Zealand, as well as Pressplay and Magic Leap.

New Enterprise Stone & Lime Co., Inc. [NEW ENTERPRISE, PA] announced the planned May 31, 2020 retirement of Al Stone, the Company’s Chief Financial Officer. In the interim, the CFO role will be shared by Paul Detwiler, III, President and CEO, together with several members of the Company’s accounting and finance staff, led by Daryl Black, the Company’s Chief Accounting Officer, who has been with the Company for 9 years.

Nucleix [SAN DIEGO & REHOVOT, ISRAEL] announced the appointment of Todd Myers as chief financial officer. Prior to joining Nucleix, Myers was the chief financial officer of Astute Medical, which was acquired in 2018 by bioMérieux. Prior to Astute, Myers was the chief financial officer at SGX Pharmaceuticals, until its acquisition by Eli Lilly & Company. He was also the Director of Finance at CombiChem, Inc., which was acquired by DuPont Pharmaceuticals. Myers began his career as an auditor in the San Diego office of Ernst & Young.

Criteo S.A. [NEW YORK] (NASDAQ: CRTO) announced the appointment of Dave Anderson as interim Chief Financial Officer for a six-month engagement in replacement of Benoit Fouilland. Anderson was the prior CFO of Nielsen Holdings and Honeywell International.

Jamie Gunn

Mapp [SAN DIEGO and LONDON] announced the appointment of Jamie Gunn as Chief Financial Officer. Gunn joins Mapp from SmartFocus, where he worked as Chief Operating Officer / Chief Financial Officer for three years. Previous to SmartFocus, Gunn worked in leadership positions at Realeyes, Masternaut Group, and Picsolve.

Cogent Communications Holdings, Inc. [WASHINGTON, DC] (NASDAQ: CCOI) announced that Sean Wallace has been appointed Vice President, Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer of Cogent. Thaddeus G. Weed, stepped down from his role of Chief Financial Officer. To facilitate an orderly transition, Weed will remain with Cogent as Senior Vice President – Audit & Operations. Jean-Michel Slagmuylder, who had been serving as Acting Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer of Cogent since March 17, 2020 during Weed’s temporary medical leave of absence, stepped down from that role on May 11, 2020 and will return to his position of Chief Financial Officer for European Operations. Prior to joining Cogent, Wallace was an investor and operator of residential and industrial real estate projects from 2015. He was also, from 2008 to 2015, a senior manager at Standard Chartered Bank where he led their Corporate Finance and Wholesale Origination efforts on a global basis. He also worked at J.P. Morgan from 1998 to 2007 where his roles included being Co-Head of their Investment Banking efforts in the Asia Pacific region as well as leading their North American Telecom Banking efforts.

IsoPlexis [BRANFORD, CT] announced the appointment of John Strahley as Chief Financial Officer. Strahley previously served as a Managing Director of Ironwood Capital. Prior to Ironwood, Strahley was a Senior Vice President at Webster Bank. He was also a Principal at a high-growth venture finance company where he managed the sales and credit operations.

AbSci [VANCOUVER, Washington] announced the appointment of Greg Schiffman as Chief Financial Officer. Schiffman’s track record includes his previous role as CFO at publicly-traded biotechnology companies including Iovance, StemCells, Inc., Dendreon, and Affymetrix, as well as his role as CFO at Vineti. Schiffman also headed up a variety of global finance and manufacturing operations at Hewlett Packard. He is on the board of directors of BioEclipse, Nanomix and DropCar.

Red Lion Hotels Corporation [DENVER] (NYSE: RLH) announced that its current Chief Financial Officer, Nate Troup, is leaving the Company to join Twilio as its Vice President, Global Controller. Troup’s last day with the Company will be May 29, 2020. RLHC has engaged Gary A. Kohn, a financial consultant with extensive public company chief financial officer experience, as interim CFO.

Vx Capital Partners [SAN FRANCISCO] announced the appointment of Sean Sullivan as its Chief Financial Officer. Sullivan was previously Head of Americas at AerCap. Sullivan previously held senior positions at International Lease Finance Corporation, Allco Finance Group, and Bank of America Leasing and Capital.

Kevin Manion

Calavo Growers, Inc. [SANTA PAULA, CA] (Nasdaq-GS: CVGW) announced that Kevin Manion, a veteran finance executive, has been appointed Chief Financial Officer. Prior to joining Calavo, Manion held financial leadership positions with companies including Century Snacks, Young’s Market Company, Bolthouse Farms, Hostess Brands, Nestle USA and Kraft General Foods.

CorMedix, Inc. [BERKELEY HEIGHTS, NJ] (NYSE American:  CRMD) announced that it has appointed Matt David, M.D. as the Company’s Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer. David was most recently Head of Strategy at Ovid Therapeutics. David has more than 15 years of experience in finance as a healthcare investment banker and earlier as an equity analyst covering the pharma sector.

Reliance Partners [CHATTANOOGA, TN] announced the addition of Thom Albrecht as Chief Financial Officer & Chief Revenue Officer. Albrecht served most recently as Chief Commercial Officer and Chief Financial Officer with Celadon Group. He previously served as President of Sword & Sea Transport as well as Managing Director at BB&T Capital Markets.

Dril-Quip, Inc. [HOUSTON] (NYSE: DRQ) announced the promotion of Raj Kumar to Vice President and Chief Financial Officer. Kumar has served as Dril-Quip’s Vice President – Finance and Chief Accounting Officer since February 2019, prior to which he was Vice President and Treasurer since he joined the Company in June 2017.

Davinder Athwal

Output Services Group (OSG) [RIDGEFIELD PARK, NJ] announced that Davinder Athwal has joined OSG as the company’s Chief Financial Officer (CFO). Prior to joining OSG, Athwal served as CFO at Blucora. Previously, he was CFO at UGI International. He began his career at PwC in Silicon Valley and then held progressively senior financial roles at IBM and Nortel.

William P. Quinn

Bolt Biotherapeutics, Inc. [REDWOOD CITY, CA] announced the appointment of William P. Quinn as chief financial officer. Prior to joining Bolt, Quinn served as the chief financial officer and senior vice president, finance and corporate development, of Sunesis (SNSS). Prior to Sunesis, Quinn served as the chief executive office of Bullet Biotechnology. Quinn was with Jazz Pharmaceuticals as head of corporate development. Before Jazz, Quinn was the chief financial officer and chief operating officer of Novation Biosciences.

Frederic Steunou

NatureSweet® Tomatoes [SAN ANTONIO, TX] announced that Frederic Steunou joined as Chief Financial Officer. Frederic joins NatureSweet® from Mars, where he was CFO for Latin America Petcare. Steunou also serves as a board member and Shareholder for ASG Studio.

AgJunction Inc. [SCOTTSDALE, AZ] (TSX: AJX) announced that it has reappointed Peter Newton as Interim Chief Financial Officer of the Company, replacing Deborah Mack who has left the Company. Newton served as Interim Chief Financial Officer of the Company from May 11, 2019 to November 15, 2019.

Iron Vine Security [WASHINGTON] announced the appointment of Jim Brinkman as the company’s Chief Financial Officer. Prior to joining Iron Vine, Brinkman served as CFO at Clark Enterprises.
