Luna Innovations Incorporated [ROANOKE, VA] (NASDAQ: LUNA) announced that Gene Nestro will join the company effective December 2, 2019 and will be named as Chief Financial Officer (CFO). Nestro will succeed current CFO Dale Messick, who has agreed to assist the company through mid-2020 to ensure a smooth transition. Nestro comes to Luna from Cree, Inc., where he held the position of Vice President, Corporate Finance. Prior to Cree, Mr. Nestro worked in senior finance positions at TE Connectivity, Arthur Anderson, LLP and Ernst & Young, LLP.
Intersect ENT, Inc. [MENLO PARK, CA] (NASDAQ: XENT) announced the appointment of Richard A. (Randy) Meier as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer. Meier previously served as the Chief Financial Officer and senior executive of Owens & Minor, Inc., including as President-International and Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Owens & Minor from 2013 to 2018, and as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer from 2013 to 2015. Prior to joining Owens and Minor, Meier served as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer at Teleflex, Inc., from 2010 to 2012. He served as President and Chief Operating Officer of Advanced Medical Optics, Inc., from 2007 to 2009, when the company was acquired as a wholly owned subsidiary of Abbott Laboratories. Meier joined Advanced Medical Optics, as Corporate Vice President and Chief Financial Officer in 2002 and continuously served as Chief Financial Officer while simultaneously performing in a variety of finance and operations roles between 2002 and 2007. Meier also worked for ICN Pharmaceuticals Inc., now Bausch Health, from 1998 to 2002, where he served as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer, and as Treasurer. Meier serves on the board of BioMarin Pharmaceuticals, Inc., where he is Lead Independent Director.
Grid Dynamics International, Inc. [SAN RAMON, CA] announced the appointment of Anil Doradla as Chief Financial Officer. Doradla most recently served as Chief Financial Officer of Airgain, Inc., from February 2018 until November 2019. Prior to Airgain, Doradla was an equity research analyst at William Blair from June 2008 through January 2018. Prior to William Blair, Doradla held a range of senior finance, strategy and technology roles with Caris and Company, Deutsche Bank AG, AT&T Labs, and LCC International.
Hostess Brands, Inc. [KANSAS CITY, MO] (NASDAQ: TWNK, TWNKW) announced that Tom Peterson, Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer, transitioning to the newly created role of Executive Vice President, Strategy and M&A. Brian Purcell will join the Company as Executive Vice President, Chief Financial Officer. These changes are effective January 6, 2020. Most recently Purcell served as Chief Financial Officer of Rawlings Sporting Goods. Prior to this, for nearly ten years, Mr. Purcell held both field and corporate senior and executive finance leadership roles at PepsiCo across multiple segments of its businesses, culminating in a Regional Chief Financial Officer position for a multi-billion dollar business in North America. Earlier in his career, Mr. Purcell worked in finance at Argosy Gaming Company.
Airgain, Inc. [SAN DIEGO, None] (NASDAQ: AIRG) announced that Anil Doradla, Chief Financial Officer, left the company to pursue other opportunities.
HanesBrands [WINSTON-SALEM, NC] (NYSE:HBI) announced that Chief Financial Officer Barry A. Hytinen has notified the company of his decision to leave Hanes to accept another career opportunity outside of the apparel industry. Hytinen will continue to serve as Hanes chief financial officer until the end of the fiscal year, Dec. 28, 2019.

Peter Zarrella
Segra [CHARLOTTE, NC] announced that Peter Zarrella has joined the company and will serve as its Chief Financial Officer. Zarrella served as Senior Vice President at Lightower Networks and most recently as Vice President of Finance – Fiber for Crown Castle’s Fiber Division. In addition, Peter has served in accounting and finance roles at Honeywell and Serono Laboratories.
Axcella Health [CAMBRIDGE, MA] (NASDAQ: AXLA) announced that it has appointed Laurent Chardonnet as the company’s Chief Financial Officer. Chardonnet joins the company following a 15-year tenure at Incyte Corporation. While at Incyte, Chardonnet served as Vice President, Treasurer and Principal Accounting Officer as well as the Head of Finance and Administration for the company’s European division. Most recently he was Incyte’s Vice President of Alliances. Prior to Incyte, Chardonnet served as Controller, Vice President of Finance and acting Chief Financial Officer of DrugAbuse Sciences, and as a senior consultant at PricewaterhouseCoopers. He began his career working within the finance organizations at Guerbet Biomedical and Sanofi-Aventis.
Carrols Restaurant Group, Inc. [SYRACUSE, NY] (NASDAQ: TAST) announced that it has appointed Anthony “Tony” E. Hull as the Company’s Vice President, Chief Financial Officer, and Treasurer effective January 2, 2020. Tim LaLonde will continue serving as our Interim CFO until January 2, 2020 when Tony will start as CFO and will serve in a transitionary role for a period of time after January 2, 2020. Hull most recently served a Senior Advisor on corporate strategy and capital markets projects at Realogy Holdings Corp. and previously was the company’s Executive Vice President, Chief Financial Officer, and Treasurer from 2006 to 2018. Previously, Hull served as Executive Vice President, Finance at Cendant Corporation from 2003 to 2005. Earlier in his career, Hull was Head of Finance, Accounting and IT at DreamWorks, LLC from 1996 to 2003; Chief Financial Officer at King World Productions, Inc. from 1994 to 1995; and Corporate Vice President, Financial Planning at Paramount Communications, Inc. from 1990 to 1994. He began his career at Morgan Stanley & Co. in the mergers and acquisitions department, where he served as Associate and later Vice President from 1984 to 1990. Hull currently sits on the Board of Directors for Landis Technologies.

Carolina Dybeck Happa
GE [BOSTON] (NYSE:GE) announced that Carolina Dybeck Happe, Chief Financial Officer and Executive Vice President of A.P. Moller-Maersk, has been named Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of GE, effective in early 2020. Dybeck Happe spent 16 years at Assa Abloy, including seven as CFO. She also serves on the Boards of Directors of E.ON and Schneider Electric.
Fuling Global Inc. [WENLING, China and ALLENTOWN, PA] (NASDAQ: FORK) announced that Gilbert Lee has relinquished his position as Chief Financial Officer and will remain with Fuling Global as a consultant. Mr. Lee had been CFO since before the Company’s initial public offering in 2015. The Company also announced it has named Meihong Pan as Fuling Global’s interim CFO.
Owl Labs [BOSTON] announced that John Stevens has been appointed as Chief Financial Officer (CFO). Prior to joining Owl Labs, Stevens held the roles of Head of Finance at Skycatch, Consulting CFO at Brenner Group and CFO at BitYota Inc. Stevens held a nearly 15-year tenure at Yahoo! as VP of Price and Yield Management and Finance Operations.
Iron Mountain Incorporated [BOSTON] (NYSE: IRM) announced that Barry A. Hytinen has been appointed Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer, effective January 1, 2020. Hytinen will succeed Stuart Brown, who will be stepping down from the CFO role on December 31, 2019 to pursue other interests. Hytinen has served as HanesBrands’ Chief Financial Officer since October 2017. Prior to joining HanesBrands, he served as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer for Tempur Sealy International, Inc. He also served in a range of finance, corporate development, financial planning and investor relations roles at Tempur Sealy, including Corporate Development and Finance. Before joining Tempur Sealy, Hytinen served as Chief Financial Officer of Fogbreak Software. Earlier in his career, he held finance and corporate development positions at Vignette and General Electric Company.
DASAN Zhone Solutions, Inc. [OAKLAND, CA] (NASDAQ: DZSI) announced that Tom Cancro has been appointed to the position of Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer. He recently served as Controller of GE Research, General Electric’s technology research and IP-licensing business unit. Prior roles include executive positions at Verizon, including Chief Financial Officer of Verizon’s joint venture with AT&T and Deutsche Telekom, and an executive role in Verizon’s Treasury organization. Tom also served as Chief Accounting Officer and Corporate Controller of GFI Group, Inc., and as Senior Vice President and Corporate Controller of MasTec, Inc.
ReneSola Ltd. [STAMFORD, CT] (NYSE: SOL) announced that Mr. Ke Chen was appointed to serve as Chief Financial Officer. Chen will continue to serve on the Company’s Board of Directors. Mr. Xiaoliang Liang, who had served as Chief Financial Officer since June 2018, left ReneSola to pursue other opportunities. Chen He has over 13 years of experience in the global capital markets, including investing in solar industry in China. Prior to joining Shah Capital, Ke worked in the pharmaceutical and biotech industries, and was an inventor that holds four patents.
Penumbra, Inc. [ALAMEDA, CA] (NYSE: PEN) announced the appointment of Maggie Yuen as CFO of Penumbra. Lambert Shiu, who joined Penumbra in 2015 prior to the company’s IPO and most recently served as VP of Finance, will be promoted to chief accounting officer. Most recently, Yuen was at Thermo Fisher Scientific, Inc. serving as Vice President, Finance of the Genetic Science Division. Prior to Thermo Fisher, Yuen held leadership positions with increasing responsibility at Mirion Technologies, and senior finance roles at Boston Scientific, Glu Mobile, and Johnson & Johnson.
CentralSquare Technologies [LAKE MARY, FL] announced the appointment of Todd Dooley as chief financial officer. Dooley joins CentralSquare from BDP International, where he served as CFO. Prior to BDP, Dooley held a leadership role at H&R Block. Additional leadership roles include senior vice president at Ceridian, and ultimately became division CFO for the U.S. business; senior finance manager at IBM; and earlier at 3M where he held roles in audit and accounting.
