Office Depot, Inc. [BOCA RATON, FL] (NASDAQ: ODP) announced that Joseph T. Lower, Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer, is leaving the company, effective January 10, 2020, to assume the role of chief financial officer at AutoNation, Inc.

John Kimble
JAKKS Pacific, Inc. [SANTA MONICA, CA] (NASDAQ: JAKK) announced the appointment of John Kimble as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer. Kimble worked for over 12 years in various VP / leadership positions at The Walt Disney Company covering Finance, Strategy, Operations, and Business Development. More recently, Kimble spent six years at Mattel, Inc. where he held several positions, including Vice President & Head of Corporate Development, Licensing Acquisitions, M&A. In between his service at Disney and Mattel, John spent a couple of years as an entrepreneur at a start-up gaming company. He began his career as a consultant for Mars & Co.
Middlefield Banc Corp. [MIDDLEFIELD, OH] (NASDAQ: MBCN), the holding company of The Middlefield Banking Company, announced that Michael C. Ranttila has been named Senior Vice President/Chief Financial Officer of The Middlefield Banking Company. Ranttila has served as Senior Vice President of Finance of the Bank since October, 2017. Ranttila replaces Donald L. Stacy as Chief Financial Officer of the Bank. Mr. Stacy will continue to serve as Executive Vice President and Treasurer of the Bank, as well as Senior Vice President, Chief Financial Officer, and Treasurer of MBCN. Ranttila first joined the Bank as Controller, in March 2011 and has extensive experience in financial reporting. Ranttila previously worked for Crowe as an auditor of community banks.

Bill Koefoed
OneStream Software [ROCHESTER, MI] appointed Bill Koefoed its new Chief Financial Officer. Before joining OneStream, Koefoed was the CFO for online retailer Blue Nile and prior to that a partner and the CFO for BCG Digital Ventures – part of The Boston Consulting Group. He also served as CFO for Puppet Inc. He was the CFO of Microsoft’s Skype Division and before that, the general manager for investor relations at Microsoft. He is currently a board member and the audit committee chair for Bank OZK.
Civeo Corporation [HOUSTON & CALGARY] (NYSE: CVEO) today announced that Carolyn J. Stone, currently the Company’s Chief Accounting Officer, has been appointed to the position of Senior Vice President, Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer of Civeo. Frank C. Steininger will remain with Civeo until his retirement in March 2020. Prior to joining Civeo, Stone served as the CFO of Synagro Technologies Inc. Prior to Synagro, Ms. Stone served in multiple roles at Dynegy Inc., including Chief Accounting Officer and Treasurer. She started her career at PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP, where she worked in the firm’s audit practice.
Computer Services, Inc. (CSI) [PADUCAH, KY] (OTCQX: CSVI) announced that Brian K. Brown has been appointed the Company’s Interim Chief Financial Officer. Brown previously served as Senior Vice President of Finance at CSI. He replaces Andras Q. Bende who announced plans to pursue other career opportunities. Before joining CSI, Brown served as Vice President, Finance & Accounting Manager for FCB Services, Inc., a subsidiary of Farmers Capital Bank Corp. He previously served as an internal auditor for Farmers Capital Bank and a Financial Institutions Examiner for the Kentucky Department of Financial Institutions.
MercuryGate® International, Inc. [CARY, NC] announced that Mark Huebeler will join the company as Chief Financial Officer (CFO). Most recently he was Vice President of Finance at Valassis Digital. Prior to that he worked in LexisNexis’s Legal Software Solutions division as Chief Financial Officer (CFO) and then as CFO and Chief Operations Officer (COO). Earlier in his career, Huebeler held progressively responsible positions in accounting and finance operations at Red Hat, Nortel Networks and Constellation Energy. He began his career as an Auditor at Deloitte.

Gina Mastantuono
ServiceNow [SANTA CLARA, CA] (NYSE: NOW) announced that Gina Mastantuono will join ServiceNow as Chief Financial Officer, effective January 13, 2020. Mastantuono joins the company from Ingram Micro, where she served as Chief Financial Officer. Since 2016, she has served as CFO of Ingram Micro. Prior to Ingram Micro, Mastantuono was Revlon’s SVP, chief accounting officer, controller and international CFO from 2007 to 2013. Mastantuono also held various executive finance roles at InterActiveCorp., and Triarc Companies, Inc. She began her career at Ernst & Young in the entrepreneurial services group.
Cutera, Inc. [BRISBANE, CA] (NASDAQ: CUTR) announced the appointment of Fuad Ahmad to the role of Interim Chief Financial Officer. Ahmad is a partner at FLG Partners.
AVITA Medical [VALENCIA, California] (ASX: AVH, NASDAQ: RCEL) announced the appointment of David McIntyre as Chief Financial Officer (CFO). Interim CFO Tim Rooney will continue in his role as AVITA Medical’s Chief Administrative Officer. Most recently, McIntyre served as a Partner with Apple Tree Partners (ATP). At ATP Mr. McIntyre was responsible for ATP’s medical device portfolio, together with various operating and Board functions, including acting as Executive Vice President, Chief Financial Officer and Head of Technical Operations at Braeburn, Inc. Prior to ATP, Mr. McIntyre was Executive Vice President, Chief Financial Officer and Chief Operating Officer at HeartWare® International, Inc. Prior to HeartWare, Mr. McIntyre practiced as a senior attorney in private practice specializing in corporate, mergers and acquisitions and equity capital markets with Baker & McKenzie and KPMG as well as holding various senior financial roles in multi-national companies, including within the Rio Tinto Group of companies.

Jim Hinson
1955 Capital [SAN MATEO, Calif.] announced that Jim Hinson joined as Chief Financial Officer. Jim Hinson is currently the Venture Capital Practice Lead at Greenough Consulting Group (GCG), and a consulting CFO for several firms, including 1955 Capital. Prior to GCG, Hinson was the COO of Rogers Venture Partners. Before that, he led the financing and accounting teams at Tenaya Capital, Lehman Brothers, and APV Technology Partners. In addition, Hinson served on the board of eight portfolio companies.

Marco Vanderlaan
The Doctors Company [NAPA, Calif.] announced the promotion of Marco Vanderlaan to chief financial officer (CFO) and chief risk officer. Vanderlaan has held a variety of senior leadership positions with The Doctors Company for 18 years, most recently serving as senior vice president, business assessment, a role he has held since 2010. He has also held executive positions in finance, reinsurance, and strategic planning. Vanderlaan succeeds David Preimesberger, who assumes new roles as senior vice president for strategic planning and chief ethics officer. Prior to his service with The Doctors Company, Vanderlaan was vice president of finance for Move.com (now Move, Inc.) and a senior manager with Deloitte & Touche (now Deloitte).
Trimble [SUNNYVALE, CA] (NASDAQ: TRMB) announced that David G. Barnes will be joining Trimble on December 2, 2019 and will serve as its chief financial officer (CFO) effective January 4, 2020. Barnes served as CFO at MWH Global Inc. Following the sale of MWH to Stantec Inc., Barnes assumed operational responsibility for Stantec’s businesses outside North America. Prior to being CFO at MWH, Barnes held financial leadership positions at Western Union, Coors, and YUM Brands. He began his career as a strategy consultant at Bain & Company.
Algolia [SAN FRANCISCO] announced that appointment of Iain Hassall as Chief Financial Officer (CFO). Prior to joining Algolia as CFO, Hassall spent nine years at Zuora, where he held several roles including VP of Finance and Head of Sales Operations and Strategy. Hassall also spent 15 years with KPMG’s audit and assurance practice, in both the U.S. and Australia.

Kyle Bunstein
Reiter Affiliated Companies [OXNARD, CA] announced the appointment of Kyle Bunstein as Chief Financial Officer (CFO). Bunstein most recently served as the Vice President, Treasurer.
TalentGuard [AUSTIN, TEXAS] announced that Pete Pearson has joined as Chief Financial Officer. Previously he was Director of the Startup Services Division at Bridgepoint Consulting. Pearson brings 20+ years of varied experience in financial management, business leadership and corporate strategy.
AutoNation, Inc. [FORT LAUDERDALE, FL] (NYSE: AN) announced that Joseph Lower, has been appointed Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer, effective January 13, 2020. Most recently, Mr. Lower served as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Office Depot, Inc. Prior to joining Office Depot, Mr. Lower served as Vice President and Chief Financial Officer at B/E Aerospace, Inc. He held a number of management level positions at The Boeing Company, including Vice President – Business Development and Strategy and also served in numerous positions of increasing seniority within the investment banking industry.
Blackhawk Bancorp, Inc. [BELOIT, WI] (OTCQX: BHWB) announced that Matthew McDonnell has been named Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Blackhawk Bancorp, Inc. and its wholly owned subsidiary, Blackhawk Bank. McDonnell began his career in public accounting, working for Grant Thornton, LLP. He was most recently with a larger regional bank where he held various positions in finance and operations.

Kevan Krysler
Pure Storage [MOUNTAIN VIEW, Calif.] (NYSE: PSTG) announced that Kevan Krysler will join the company as CFO in early December. Krysler joins Pure from VMware, where he has served as Senior Vice President of Finance and Chief Accounting Officer. Prior to VMware, he was a partner with KPMG.
SharpSpring, Inc. [GAINESVILLE, FL] (NASDAQ: SHSP) announced that Brad Stanczak will step down from his position as Chief Financial Officer (CFO) of the Company, effective December 2, 2019, and will be replaced by Michael Power. Prior to his appointment, Power was Executive Vice President, Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer for ConnectWise. Prior to that, Power served as Vice President and Controller for CHUBB, formerly ACE Limited.
Entera Bio Ltd. [BOSTON AND JERUSALEM] (NASDAQ: ENTX) announced that it has established a U.S. Headquarters in the Boston area and has hired Jonathan Lieber as its U.S.-based CFO. Lieber currently serves as a managing director of Danforth Advisors, and most recently served as CFO of Histogenics (NASDAQ: HSGX). He additionally held the roles of CFO for Metamark Genetics and CFO and Treasurer of Repligen. Previously, Jon was an investment banker for ten years at Cowen and Salomon Brothers.
Mercurys Coffee Co. [BELLEVUE, Washington] announced the appointment of Richard Sariraksa as Chief Financial Officer. In the past, he has served as Chief Financial Officer for several companies in the Seattle area; most recently as Director of Operations and CFO for KGF Holdings.

Button [NEW YORK] announced the appointment of Ken Stelzer as Chief Financial Officer. Most recently, Ken was the Chief Financial Officer of Zocdoc, prior to which he served as CFO of Bankrate and Integreon.
PatientPop [SANTA MONICA, CA] announced Nick Bellomo as Chief Financial Officer. Bellomo previously served as Chief Financial Officer at AOL and most recently at Tastemade.
Motion Recruitment Partners [BOSTON] announced that it has hired Brad Page as Chief Financial Officer. Prior to joining Motion Recruitment Partners, Page was with Randstad USA where he spent the last 22 years leading the finance function beginning with IT staffing company, Vedior, before ultimately being acquired by Randstad where he last held the position of Senior Vice President of Finance.
Ocean Spray Cranberries, Inc. [BOSTON] announced that Daniel Cunha has joined the farmer-owned cooperative as Chief Financial Officer (CFO). Cunha joins Ocean Spray from Tangram Partners where he was a Co-Founder. Prior to co-founding Tangram, Cunha was CFO of two businesses at Kraft Heinz (i.e., CFO of Heinz North America prior to Kraft’s acquisition, and later CFO of Beverages and Snack Nuts BU after Kraft’s acquisition). Before joining Kraft Heinz, Cunha worked at GP Investments and McKinsey and Company.

Jarrod Yahes
Shutterstock, Inc. [NEW YORK] (NYSE: SSTK) announced Jarrod Yahes is joining the Company as Chief Financial Officer, effective December 9th, 2019. Since October 2016, Yahes has served as the Chief Financial Officer at Zeta Global. Previously, he was the Chief Financial Officer at Jackson Hewitt, and he has served in multiple capacities at ExlService Holdings, where he advanced to Senior Vice President, Controller. Earlier, Yahes worked at Citi in the Global Technology Investment Banking group and started his career with Ernst & Young LLP.
