MACOM Technology Solutions Holdings, Inc. [LOWELL, MA] (NASDAQ: MTSI) announced that Robert McMullan, Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer (CFO), has submitted his resignation. The company also announced Conor Hegarty, Vice President of Financial Planning and Analysis has been appointed to the role of principal financial officer and principal accounting officer. Mr. Hegarty has been with MACOM for 22 years and has served as Vice President, Financial Planning and Analysis of MACOM, since August 2016. Previously, he served as Senior International Finance Director from March 2011 to August 2016.
Blueknight Energy Partners, L.P. [OKLAHOMA CITY, OK] (NASDAQ: BKEP, NASDAQ: BKEPP) named Andrew Woodward as the new Chief Financial Officer. Woodward will begin his new role on April 29. Prior to joining Blueknight Energy Partners, Woodward served as Vice President, Finance and Treasurer of Andeavor Logistics. Before his appointment, Woodward led investor relations for ANDX and started his career with Andeavor, now Marathon Petroleum. Woodward also served as Vice President at RBC Capital Markets within its energy investment banking group.

Santosh Shanbhag
Akili Interactive [IRVING, TX] announced the addition of Santosh Shanbhag as Chief Financial Officer. Prior to joining Akili, Shanbhag held senior finance leadership roles at Vertex Pharmaceuticals, most recently as Vice President and Head of International Finance and Accounting. Prior to Vertex, Shanbhag served in positions of increasing responsibility at Capgemini Consulting and Texas Instruments.
GoGuardian [EL SEGUNDO, CA] announced that Mike Jonas has joined its executive team as Chief Financial Officer (CFO). Jonas most recently served as the CFO of ThriftBooks. Prior to that position, Mr. Jonas was at Microsoft for 14 years where he held various senior financial and operational roles across the company in corporate finance and Microsoft Office and Bing business units.
Majesco [MORRISTOWN, NJ] (NASDAQ: MJCO) announced the appointment of Wayne Locke as Chief Financial Officer (CFO). Wayne joins the company from Capgemini, where he was responsible for financial and operational consulting services for insurance organizations. Prior to that he was the President of WEL Consulting LLC firm. Over the course of his career, he worked with companies including AIG, Deloitte Consulting, GE Capital, BNY and Swiss Re.
Cognex Corp. [NATICK, MA] (NASDAQ: CGNX) said its senior vice president of finance and administration and chief financial officer, John Curran, will resign, effective May 3.

Scott Clifford
Graybar [CLAYTON, MO] announced the appointment of Randall R. Harwood to Senior Vice President and Chief Strategy Officer and Scott S. Clifford to Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer, effective June 1, 2019. Harwood currently serves as Graybar’s Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer, a position he has held since 2013. Harwood has more than 40 years with Graybar and has a strong track record of leadership in both field and corporate executive roles. Clifford currently serves as Senior Vice President – Supply Chain Management, a position he has held since 2015. In his 25 years with Graybar, Clifford has successfully held senior leadership roles in finance, IT, strategy and supply chain management. As he moves into his new position as Chief Financial Officer, he will continue to lead Graybar’s IT and supply chain organizations. Both Harwood and Clifford also serve on Graybar’s board of directors.
Allbridge [RALEIGH, NC] announced that Mike Schaffer has joined as Chief Financial Officer (CFO). Most recently, Schaffer was the CFO for SICOM Systems, Inc. Prior to SICOM, Schaffer held multiple executive level positions including CFO for Scala; CFO and Founder of Annexus Mobile Solutions; and Sr. Vice President for GE Capital.
Palladin Consumer Retail Partners [BOSTON, MA] announced the recent hire of a new Chief Financial Officer & Chief Compliance Officer, Mary Courtney-O’Sullivan. John Lawrence has transitioned from CFO & CCO to Finance Partner. Most recently, Mary was Vice President of Finance and Assistant Treasurer at Advent International. Prior to Advent, Mary worked at The Bank of New York Mellon and PriceWaterhouseCoopers.
Global Knowledge [CARY, NC] appointed William Garrett as executive vice president and chief financial officer. Garrett joins Global Knowledge from his most recent position as CFO with Hybrid Enterprises.
Canterbury Park Holding Corporation [SHAKOPEE, MN] (NASDAQ: CPHC) announced that Robert M. Wolf has resigned as the Company’s Chief Financial Officer and Senior Vice President of Finance, effective April 19, 2019, to accept a position at NXC Imaging. Canterbury Park Chief Executive Officer and President Randy Sampson will serve as Interim CFO until a successor is found.

Ostrow Reisin Berk & Abrams, Ltd. (ORBA) [CHICAGO, IL] announced the appointment of Cara Sample as Chief Financial Officer. She has more than 14 years of experience in both public and corporate accounting.
Silver Bullet Water Treatment [DENVER, CO], LLC announced that it has chosen Bradley “Brad” Walsh as the organization’s chief executive officer and board member. Brad previously served as Silver Bullet’s chief operating officer and chief financial officer. Brad joined Silver Bullet Water Treatment in January 2016. He started his career in 1993 and has worked for multiple Fortune 500 companies.
Alico, Inc. [FORT MYERS, FL] (NASDAQ: ALCO) Effective July 1, 2019, John E. Kiernan, who has served as Alico’s Chief Financial Officer for the last four years, will become Chief Executive Officer. Richard Rallo, who has served as Alico’s Chief Accounting Officer for the last two years, will succeed Mr. Kiernan as Chief Financial Officer. Before joining Alico, Mr. Kiernan was the CFO of Greenwich Associates, and held senior roles with Global Crossing, Misys plc, IBM and Bear Stearns. Mr. Rallo was previously employed as COO and CFO at American Medical Alert Corp., CFO at Tradewell, Inc., and Controller at Connoisseur Communications Partners LP.
Hallmark Financial Services, Inc. [FORT WORTH, TX] (NASDAQ: HALL) announced the appointment of Jeffrey Passmore as Chief Financial Officer. Passmore was promoted from his most recent position as Chief Accounting Officer for Hallmark Financial. He joined the company in 2002 and brings over 25 years of experience in finance and accounting leadership in the insurance industry.
PinnacleART [PASADENA, TX] announced the appointment of Andrew Susman as Chief Financial Officer (CFO). Prior to joining PinnacleART, Susman served as Vice President Upstream Financial Planning & Analysis at BP Upstream. Susman has over 18 years of experience in the energy sector and has held a variety of finance roles, including Deepwater Area Planning & Commercial Manager; Director, Portfolio Upstream; and E&P Portfolio Advisor.

Robert Julian
Sportsman’s Warehouse Holdings, Inc. [MIDVALE, UT] (NASDAQ: SPWH) announced the appointment of Robert K. Julian as Chief Financial Officer (“CFO”), effective April 24, 2019. Kevan Talbot will continue to serve as Chief Financial Officer until the effective date of Mr. Julian’s appointment and will then assist in the transition of responsibilities to Mr. Julian until a date to be determined between Mr. Talbot and the Company. Julian most recently served as Executive Vice President, Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer for Deluxe Entertainment Services Group from July 2017 to June 2018. Prior to that, Mr. Julian served as Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer for Callaway Golf Company from May 2015 to April 2017, and as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer for Lydall Inc. from October 2012 to May 2015. Previously in his career, Julian held senior financial roles at Rockwell International, Honeywell, Cisco Systems, and Fisher Scientific.
Unifi Software [SAN MATEO, CA] announced that Intekhab Nazeer has joined as Chief Financial Officer. Prior to joining Unifi, Nazeer was the COO and CFO at Tribal Planet. Nazeer started his career with HCL group. He served as global finance head for Solix Group before holding leadership positions at Platfora (acquired by Workday), Greenplum (acquired by EMC), Appcelerator (acquired by Axway) and Pelikan Technologies.
CPS Technologies Corporation [NORTON, MA] (NASDAQ: CPSH) announced that Charles K. Griffith Jr. will be joining CPS as Chief Financial Officer upon the retirement of Ralph Norwood. Griffith’s appointment as CFO will be effective May 6, 2019. Griffith was most recently the CFO of SPRI Clinical Trials Global, LLC. Prior to joining SPRI, Mr. Griffith was the Vice President-Finance at Vertex Distribution (previously known as Pawtucket Fasteners and Bell Fasteners). He was at Vertex for 27 years.

Mike Morgan
C&A Industries Inc. [OMAHA, NE] announced the hiring of Mike Morgan as Chief Financial Officer. Prior to joining C&A, he served as Sr. Vice President of Finance with West Corporation; Chief Financial Officer with Streck; Chief Financial Officer with DRM, Inc.; and as Vice President of Finance with First Data. Morgan began his finance career with accounting firm Seim Johnson.
Curion Insights [CHICAGO, IL] announced that Mike Garibaldi has been named COO/CFO.

Melanie Payne
BackOffice Associates [SOUTH HARWICH, MA] announced that it has named Melanie Payne as its new Chief Financial Officer. In Payne’s most recent role, she served as Vice President of Strategy and Operations at Dell. Prior to this role, Payne served as Chief Audit Executive and as Senior Director of Global Services Operations and Strategy at EMC Corporation.

Justin Kvasnicka
Aceable [AUSTIN, TX] announced the hiring of Justin Kvasnicka as Chief Financial Officer. Prior to joining Aceable, Kvasnicka spent over five years at RetailMeNot, Inc. where he served as Vice President, Corporate & Business Development, as well as the CFO of the company’s Gift Card segment. He also worked at Capital Southwest Corporation, and at J.P. Morgan, where he was an Investment Banking Analyst.
Plus Products Inc. [SAN MATEO, CA] (“PLUS” or the “Company”) (CSE: PLUS) (OTCQB: PLPRF) announced that Jon Paul has been appointed as PLUS’ Chief Financial Officer. The Company also announces that Craig Heimark has resigned as the Chief Financial Officer and has been appointed as the Chief Strategy Officer, and will remain as Chairman, Secretary and a Director.
Anritsu Corporation [MORGAN HILL, CA] announced that it has named Donn Mulder President and Chief Financial Officer of Anritsu Company, the United States subsidiary of Anritsu Corporation. Mulder succeeds Toru Wakinaga who held this position, as well as responsibility for the overall sales operations in the Anritsu Americas Sales Region, since September 2017. Mulder joined Anritsu as Product Marketing Manager in 1992, and has served as a Senior Vice President and General Manager of Anritsu Company since 2005.
The Hennessey Group [MIDLAND, TX] appointed Kayce Hyatt to the position of chief financial officer. Kayce joined The Hennessey Group in 2016 as the business manager. In 2017, Kayce became the vice president of operations until her recent promotion to chief financial officer.
Drexel Hamilton [NEW YORK, NY] announced Fred Schwark will be the new Chief Financial Officer. Most recently Fred served as the CFO at CRH Americas Materials.
Grow Capital [HENDERSON, NV] (OTCPK: GRWC) appointed Trevor Hall to serve as Chief Financial Officer (“CFO”) of the Company effective now through December 31, 2019. Hall succeeds Wayne Zallen, the Company’s current CFO, who welcomes Hall into the position and who will remain with the Company as Chairman of the Company’s Board of Directors. Hall has served as the Managing Partner of Hall & Associates since 2007.
Owens-Illinois [PERRYSBURG, OH] (NYSE: OI) announced that John Haudrich has been appointed Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer, as Jan Bertsch has elected to step down and retire after serving as CFO since November 2015. Most recently, Haudrich served as Senior Vice President and Chief Strategy and Integration Officer at O-I.
