Hibbett Sports, Inc. [BIRMINGHAM, AL] (NASDAQ/GS: HIBB) announced that Scott J. Bowman, Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer, is resigning effective April 26, 2019, to pursue another opportunity.
Cognex Corporation [NATICK, MA] (NASDAQ: CGNX) announced that Senior Vice President of Finance & Administration and Chief Financial Officer John J. Curran will resign from Cognex, effective May 3, 2019.
BetterGIS [NOVATO, CA] announced that James Rodisch has been named Chief Financial Officer and a member of the company’s executive management team. Most recently, Rodisch was Vice President of Finance and Administration at the Center of Sustainable Energy. Prior to that, Rodisch was Assistant Dean, Academic Affairs, at DeVry University. Earlier in his career, he was President/COO for Abington Health Alliance Inc. His past experience also included executive positions at University of Phoenix, CompassLearning and Rady’s Children Hospital in San Diego.
Applied Insight [ASHBURN, VA] announced Mehdi Cherqaoui as CFO. Cherqaoui formerly was CFO and COO of Phacil and earlier held senior finance and M&A roles with PAE, URS, PwC and KPMG.
Sonos [SANTA BARBARA, CA] (NASDAQ: SONO) announced that Brittany Bagley will join the company’s executive management team as its new Chief Financial Officer, effective April 22, 2019. Bagley replaces current CFO Mike Giannetto who will retire in June. Bagley was previously a Managing Director at global investment firm KKR & Co., where she has held various roles on the technology, media, and telecom (TMT) private equity team since 2007. Bagley was a member of KKR’s original Sonos investment team in 2012 and has served on the Sonos Board for the past two years. In anticipation of assuming her new role, Bagley is stepping down from the Sonos Board of Directors. Bagley has served as a Director on the boards of Sonos, Savant, Transphorm and WebMD. Prior to joining KKR, Bagley was an analyst at The Goldman Sachs Group, Inc.
Intel Corporation [SANTA CLARA, CA] announced the appointment of George S. Davis as executive vice president and chief financial officer (CFO). Davis joins Intel from Qualcomm Inc., where he served as executive vice president and CFO since March 2013. Prior to Qualcomm, Davis served six years as CFO for Applied Materials.
Bio-Rad Laboratories, Inc. [HERCULES, CA] (NYSE: BIO and BIOb) announced the appointment of Ilan Daskal as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer. Daskal comes to Bio-Rad from Lumileds, where he served as Chief Financial Officer. He has over 25 years of experience in senior financial roles and has held several CFO positions at both public and private companies that include International Rectifier Corporation and Infineon.

Brad Gipson
Seibels [COLUMBIA, SC] announced the appointment of Brad Gipson to Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer. Most recently, Gipson was Chief Property Actuary at Gulfstream Property and Casualty Insurance and business process services (BPS) client of Seibels. Prior to Gulfstream, Mr. Gipson served as CFO of Enumclaw Insurance Group. Mr. Gipson also worked at Farmers Insurance and 20th Century Insurance Company.
Personalis, Inc. [MENLO PARK, CA] announced the appointment of Aaron Tachibana as Chief Financial Officer. Most recently, Mr. Tachibana served as Chief Financial Officer of Lumentum Holdings Inc. and led the finance organization following Lumentum’s spin out from JDS Uniphase Corp. Prior to joining Lumentum, Mr. Tachibana was Vice President of Finance at JDS Uniphase (which changed its name to Viavi Solutions Inc. in connection with the spin out of Lumentum).
Alcon [FORT WORTH, TX], a division of Novartis, announced that Timothy C. Stonesifer will join the company as its new Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer (CFO), in conjunction with the company’s April 9 spinoff from Novartis. David Murray, Alcon’s current CFO, has decided for family reasons to return to Europe and remain with Novartis, where he has served in various finance leadership roles since 2001. Tim was most recently with Hewlett Packard Enterprises (HPE), where he served as Executive Vice President and CFO. Prior to his time at HPE, Tim spent 3 years in Shanghai, China, as the CFO of General Motors International Operations and also spent 18 years at General Electric in a variety of finance roles.
Vertex Pharmaceuticals Incorporated [BOSTON, MA] (NASDAQ: VRTX) announced the appointment of Charles (Charlie) Wagner as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer (CFO). Wagner replaces interim CFO, Paul Silva, who will continue in his role as Corporate Controller. Wagner joins Vertex from Ortho Clinical Diagnostics, Inc., where he served as CFO and EVP, Finance. Prior to this, Wagner served as CFO for publicly- traded Bruker Corporation, Progress Software Corporation and Millipore Corporation. In addition to his corporate finance roles, Mr. Wagner served as an advisor at Bain & Company and Coopers & Lybrand.
Akoya Biosciences, Inc. [MENLO PARK, CA] announced the appointment of Joseph Driscoll as Chief Financial Officer. Driscoll most recently served as CFO at Quanterix Corporation. He also served as CFO at several other public and private companies, including Verscend, Inc., PC Connection, Inc., Summer Infant, Inc., ACT Electronics, Inc., and Safety 1st, Inc. In addition, Mr. Driscoll held senior management positions at Staples, Inc., and he started his career as an Audit Manager of KPMG Peat Marwick.
C.H. Robinson Worldwide, Inc. [EDEN PRAIRIE, MN] (NASDAQ: CHRW) announced that Scott Hagen, Corporate Controller, will also serve as Interim Chief Financial Officer.

Ellen Taggart
The Church Pension Group (CPG) [NEW YORK, NY] announced the appointment of Ellen Taggart as Executive Vice President, Chief Financial Officer (CFO), and Treasurer. She replaces former CFO Dan Kasle, who retired after 17 years of service to CPG. Prior to her appointment, Ms. Taggart served as Senior Vice President, Strategic Planning and Project Management of CPG. Before CPG, she served as a Senior Vice President of Finance and CFO at Dun & Bradstreet, where she worked for 17 years.

Elena Ridloff
ACADIA Pharmaceuticals Inc. [SAN DIEGO, CA] (NASDAQ: ACAD) announced the promotion of Elena Ridloff to Executive Vice President, Chief Financial Officer. Ms. Ridloff joined ACADIA Pharmaceuticals in April 2018 as Senior Vice President, Investor Relations and has served as the company’s Interim Chief Financial Officer since October 2018. Prior to joining ACADIA, she was Vice President, Investor Relations at Alexion Pharmaceuticals and served as a member of the Operating Committee. Additionally, Ms. Ridloff was Chief Executive Officer and Managing Member of BIOVISIO. She was also a Managing Director at Maverick Capital.
Qualcomm Incorporated [SAN DIEGO, CA] (NASDAQ: QCOM) announced that George Davis has decided to leave the company after a six-year tenure, during which he served as CFO and was a member of Qualcomm’s Executive Committee. The company appointed David Wise, SVP and Treasurer, as interim CFO during the search for a permanent replacement. Wise joined Qualcomm in 1997 and has held a variety of roles in Finance, and Corporate Development and Strategy since that time. He has been part of the senior finance leadership team for more than 12 years. Wise is currently Senior Vice President and Treasurer. Previously, Wise led Strategy and Corporate Development for Qualcomm’s non-semiconductor businesses and ran Corporate Finance for several years overseeing Qualcomm’s overall financial planning and analysis.
Alexander & Baldwin [HONOLULU, HI] (NYSE: ALEX) named Brett A. Brown as executive vice president and chief financial officer, effective May 8. Brown will succeed Diana Laing, who will continue as interim chief financial officer through May 7. Brown comes to A&B from PREP Property Group, where he currently serves as chief financial officer and treasurer. Prior to that, Brown served as executive vice president, chief financial officer and treasurer for IRC Retail Centers/Inland Real Estate Corporation. He also held financial and executive leadership positions with Great Lakes REIT and its predecessor, Equity Partners Ltd.
FGL Holdings [DES MOINES, Iowa] (NYSE: FG) announced that Dennis Vigneau, the Company’s Chief Financial Officer (CFO), has decided to retire from F&G at the end of 2019.

Ashoka Achuthan
Karma Automotive [COSTA MESA, CA] announced Ashoka Achuthan as Chief Financial Officer (CFO). Achuthan comes to Karma from Westport Fuel Systems Inc., where he was CFO and a senior advisor since 2013. Prior to Westport, Achuthan spent 23 years at Siemens AG in Asia, Europe and North America, where his last position was Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer. He served in similar CFO roles at Cooper Industries Inc., ATC Technology Corp., and Coda Automotive.

John Schubert
Ontario International Airport Authority [ONTARIO, CA] named John M. Schubert chief financial officer. Schubert had been senior director of finance for the Tucson Airport Authority for the past decade.
ORBCOMM Inc. [ROCHELLE PARK, NJ] (NASDAQ: ORBC) announced the promotion of Dean Milcos to Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer, upon the resignation of Mike Ford, who previously held that position. Milcos joined ORBCOMM in 2013 and most recently served as ORBCOMM’s Senior Vice President and Chief Accounting Officer since 2013 and Interim Chief Financial Officer from May to September 2018. Prior to joining ORBCOMM, Mr. Milcos served in various accounting roles at Medco Health Solutions, most recently serving as Vice President, SEC Reporting, Technical Accounting and Controls from 2008 to 2013.
Teradyne, Inc. [NORTH READING, MA] (NASDAQ: TER) announced that Sanjay Mehta will join the company on April 25, 2019 as Vice President and Chief Financial Officer, replacing Gregory Beecher who announced his planned retirement earlier this year. Mehta joins Teradyne from Qualcomm where he served in senior financial and leadership roles in Qualcomm’s semiconductor group (QCT), including segment Chief Financial Officer from 2010 to 2015. Most recently, he was Senior Vice President and General Manager of the Compute and XR Business from 2018 and President of QCT China from 2016 to 2018. Prior to joining Qualcomm in 2004, he held several progressive finance and marketing roles at Nortel Networks. Mr. Mehta started his career in 1992 at Price Waterhouse Canada and qualified as a Chartered Accountant in 1995.
SP Plus Corporation [CHICAGO, IL] (NASDAQ: SP) announced that Vance Johnston, Chief Financial Officer, will be leaving the company, effective April 18, 2019, to pursue another opportunity. Kristopher Roy, the Company’s Senior Vice President and Corporate Controller, will serve as interim Chief Financial Officer and principal financial officer of the Company. Mr. Roy will continue to serve as the Company’s principal accounting officer. Roy joined the Company in 2013 as the Company’s Vice President, Assistant Controller and has served as the Company’s Vice President and Corporate Controller from August 2014 to July 2015. Prior to that, Mr. Roy was the Global Director of Accounting, Consolidation and Financial Systems at CNH Industrial N.V. and its predecessor. Prior to that, Mr. Roy spent 12 years with Ernst & Young, LLP.

Michelle Romano
VendEngine [BRENTWOOD, TN] announced the addition of Michelle Romano as chief financial officer. Prior to joining VendEngine, Romano was a tax accountant at Davis, Brown and Company.
Financial Institutions, Inc. [WARSAW, NY] (NASDAQ: FISI), parent company of Five Star Bank, SDN Insurance Agency, LLC, Courier Capital, LLC, and HNP Capital, LLC, announced that Justin K. Bigham was named Executive Vice President, Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer. Kevin B. Klotzbach, former Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer for the Company, was named Executive Vice President, Senior Financial Advisor. Mr. Klotzbach will remain with the Company through December 31, 2019, to ensure a successful transition.
Generation Next Franchise Brands [SAN DIEGO, CA] (OTCQB: VEND) announced Ryan Polk as Chief Financial Officer and Chief Operating Officer of the Company. Polk began working for Generation Next as a consultant in early January. Polk replaces Art Budman as CFO who is leaving the Company. Before joining the Company, Polk served as the CFO and COO of Cellpoint Corporation. The previous six years, he filled executive roles in the portfolio companies owned by LDI, a family office based in Indianapolis. Polk also served as the Vice President Corporate FP&A for Brightpoint, prior to its sale to Ingram Micro.

Jason Wessling
Pacific West Bank [WEST LINN, ORE.] (OTCPK: PWBO) announced today that Jason Wessling has joined Pacific West Bank as its Chief Financial Officer. Mr Wessling’s recent executive role was serving as Chief Financial Officer of Premier Community Bank in Hillsboro, Oregon. Prior experience includes three years at Moss Adams, a regional accounting firm. Prior to Moss Adams, Mr. Wessling spent eight years at both a large regional bank and a local community bank in the Portland metro market.
Jet Edge [VAN NUYS, CA] hired their new Chief Financial Officer, Michael Sanders. Sanders comes to Jet Edge from the consumer product and fashion industries. He started his career at Ernst & Young in their mergers and acquisitions division.

Robert J. Brehl
Stoneweg U.S. LLC [ST. PETERSBURG, FLA.] announced the promotion of Robert J. Brehl to Chief Financial Officer. Rob joined Stoneweg U.S., LLC in April 2018 as the Vice President of Finance. Rob began his career at a “Big Four” public accounting firm before joining a seniors housing owner/management company and then a real estate investment trust as a finance and accounting executive.
