HanesBrands [WINSTON-SALEM, N.C.] (NYSE: HBI) announced that Chief Financial Officer Richard D. Moss has decided to retire. Moss joined the company in January 2006 as treasurer. He was promoted to CFO in October 2011.

Bryan Hughes
Winnebago Industries, Inc. [FOREST CITY, IA] (NYSE: WGO) announced that it has appointed Bryan Hughes as Chief Financial Officer. Mr. Hughes will succeed Sarah Nielsen, who is retiring. Mr. Hughes joins Winnebago after spending the past 20 years at Ecolab, Inc., where he held multiple roles with increasing responsibility at the business unit and corporate levels throughout his tenure. Most recently, Mr. Hughes was the Senior Vice President and Corporate Controller. Mr. Hughes began his career as a CPA with Ernst & Young and joined Ecolab in 1996.
FOX News [NEW YORK] has appointed Amy Listerman the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) and Executive Vice President of Finance and Accounting. Prior to joining FOX News, Listerman served as the CFO and Senior Vice President of Advertising Sales and head of Advertising Sales Data Strategy at Scripps Networks Interactive. She joined the company in 2012, and saw her role expanded in 2016 to include leadership of the Scripps Data and Analytics organization. From 2001 to 2012, Listerman served in various capacities relating to business development and sales strategy at NBC Universal (NBCU). Most recently, she held the title of Senior Vice President Ad Sales Finance, Pricing and Strategy. Previously, she performed financial management roles at Goldman Sachs and Procter & Gamble.
Sears Hometown and Outlet Stores, Inc. [Hoffman Estates, Illinois] announced that Senior Vice President, Chief Administrative Officer, and Chief Financial Officer, Ryan D. Robinson, is resigning.

Catherine A. Suever
Parker Hannifin Corporation [CLEVELAND] (NYSE: PH) announced that Jon P. Marten, Executive Vice President – Finance and Administration and Chief Financial Officer, will retire after 30 years of dedicated service to the company. The Board of Directors has elected Catherine A. Suever, currently Vice President and Controller and acting Chief Financial Officer, to succeed Mr. Marten as Executive Vice President – Finance and Administration and Chief Financial Officer. Ms. Suever joined Parker in 1987 as the Assistant Manager of External Reporting and subsequently was promoted to Manager of External Reporting. She moved into operations as Division Controller of the Gas Turbine Fuel Systems Division and also served as a Business Unit Manager for the division. In 2006, she became Director, Finance and Investor Relations Support for the corporation and was promoted to Assistant Treasurer in 2007. In 2008, she was named Vice President and Controller for the Climate & Industrial Controls Group. She became Vice President and Corporate Controller in 2010.
Willis Towers Watson [ARLINGTON, VA, and LONDON] (NASDAQ: WLTW) announced that Roger Millay, Willis Towers Watson’s Chief Financial Officer, will be voluntarily retiring.
MYnd Analytics, Inc. [NEW YORK] (OTCQB: MYAN) announced that Donald D’Ambrosio has been named its new Chief Financial Officer. He replaces Paul Buck, who is retiring.
CIT Group Inc. [NEW YORK] (NYSE: CIT) announced that John Fawcett has been named executive vice president and chief financial officer. He will succeed CFO Carol Hayles who has decided to pursue other opportunities. Fawcett served as CFO of Citizens Financial Group (CFG) and Royal Bank of Scotland (RBS) Americas from 2007 through 2015. Prior to this he had a 20-year tenure at Citigroup with CFO roles in various areas including as CFO of Global Transaction Services, CFO of the Commercial Markets Business and head of Financial Planning and Analysis for the Global Corporate and Investment Bank, to name a few. Most recently, Fawcett served on the board of Rabobank North America.

Anita Adams
Black Bear Diner [REDDING, Calif.] announced the addition of Anita Adams as chief financial officer.
Advisor Group [PHOENIX] announced the appointment of Greg Stockett as Chief Financial Officer. Stockett joins Advisor Group from REDI Global Technologies, where he held dual roles as Chief Operations Officer and Chief Financial Officer. Prior to REDI, Greg held senior leadership positions with several financial firms, including BondDesk Group, Barra Inc., and Deloitte & Touche, LLP, among others.
Pluralsight [SILICON SLOPES, Utah] announced the appointment of James Budge as chief financial officer. He most recently served as CFO of Anaplan. Prior to Anaplan, Budge held the position of CFO and COO at Genesys. Before that, Budge served as CFO and COO at TiVo.
FATHOMTM Water Management, Inc. [PHOENIX] announced the hiring of Amanda Nevins as the company’s new chief financial officer. Nevins is joining FATHOM from CSID. Prior to CSID, she was the Chief Financial Officer – U.S. group of Rackspace. Prior to Rackspace, Nevins was with Zappos.com in a variety of roles, most recently as chief accounting officer.
Novoclem Therapeutics [DURHAM, N.C.] announced that Patrick K. Henderson has joined the company and will serve as Chief Financial Officer. Henderson joins Novoclem from LabCorp where he served as Vice President, Finance for the past 20 months. Prior to LabCorp, he served as Executive Director, Finance of Salix Pharmaceuticals. In 2005, Henderson joined Salix and helped build Salix’s finance organization, serving in various financial leadership roles of increasing responsibility over his 10-year tenure. He was appointed as Executive Director, Finance in 2012. He has also held several financial leadership roles at Cigna Healthcare.
Aimmune Therapeutics, Inc. [BRISBANE, Calif.] (NASDAQ: AIMT) announced the appointment of Eric Bjerkholt as Chief Financial Officer. Mr. Bjerkholt joins Aimmune from Sunesis Pharmaceuticals, Inc., where he was CFO. Prior to Sunesis, Mr. Bjerkholt was CFO at IntraBiotics Pharmaceuticals, Inc., and LifeSpring Nutrition, Inc. He began his healthcare career at J.P. Morgan & Co. as an investment banker.

NewVoiceMedia [SAN FRANCISCO, CA] announced the appointment of Fiona Talbot as SVP Finance & HR Administration. She is joining from Encore Tickets where she served as Chief Financial Officer. Prior to that, Fiona was VP Finance & Treasury at MACH, and a Director within PWC’s tax and structuring group.
Armstrong Flooring, Inc. [LANCASTER, Pa.] (NYSE: AFI) announced that John “Jay” W. Thompson, Chief Financial Officer (CFO), is leaving the Company. Kimberly Z. Boscan, the Company’s Vice President and Controller, has been appointed to serve as interim CFO upon Thompson’s departure. Boscan joined AWI in 2015, serving as Vice President and Controller of AWI’s Resilient and Wood Flooring businesses prior to the Company’s separation from AWI on April 1, 2016, at which time she became the Company’s Vice President and Controller. Prior to joining AWI, from 2012 to 2015 Boscan provided management consulting services through her firm, Zeiser Boscan Enterprises, LLC, and through Vaco Indianapolis, LLC. In 2008, she joined Mead John Nutrition in advance of its spin-off from Bristol-Myers Squibb to serve as Assistant Controller, a role she held until 2012. Additionally, from 1997 to 2007, Boscan held a variety of roles within the finance organization of Ford Motor Company.
Nations Equipment Finance [NORWALK, Conn.] announced the appointment of Susan O’Donovan as Chief Financial Officer. Susan was most recently with Castleton Commodities International as the Executive Director, Head of Controller Project Management and Strategic Initiatives. Susan’s past experience includes controllership and treasury roles with asset managers Plainfield Asset Management, Wexford Capital and Smith Management. She was also involved in ContiFinancial Corporation. Susan also served as the Manager of Financial Reporting for GE Capital. Susan began her career as an auditor for PriceWaterhouse.
LiveXLive [BEVERLY HILLS, Calif.] (OTC: LIVX) announced the appointment of Jerry Gold as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer. Mr. Gold joined LiveXLive in March of 2017 as Strategic Financial Advisor to the Chairman. Mr. Gold served as the Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Warner Music Group for nearly a decade. Mr. Gold also managed Warner Music’s investment in Columbia House, a joint venture with Sony Music, and was a member of the Board of Directors.

Burnham Benefits Insurance Services [IRVINE, CA] announced the appointment of Steve Vilas as chief financial officer and partner. Prior to joining Burnham, Vilas served as chief operating officer of employee benefits at Edgewood Partners Insurance Center, LLC, and as chief financial officer at both VRT Insurance Services, Inc. and Sitzmann Morris & Lavis.
Recondo Technology [GREENWOOD VILLAGE, Colo.] announced that Dan Grote has joined the firm as Chief Financial Officer. Most recently, Grote was CFO of ReadyTalk. Prior to ReadyTalk Grote held various leadership positions, including CFO of software provider netFactor, and senior finance roles at Market Force Information and Verio.
Pangaea Logistics Solutions Ltd. [NEWPORT, R.I.] (NASDAQ: PANL) announced the retirement of Chief Financial Officer Anthony “Tony” Laura. Mr. Laura has been involved with the Company in various roles since its inception in 1996. He will remain with the Company as a director and continues to be a major shareholder. Mr. Laura will be replaced by Gianni Del Signore, who had previously served as Controller. During his seven-year tenure at Pangaea, Del Signore has worked closely with Mr. Laura in managing Pangaea’s overall finance function. Prior to Pangaea, Del Signore worked with Ernst & Young for five years.
Diplomat Pharmacy, Inc. [FLINT, Mich.] (NYSE: DPLO) has appointed Atul Kavthekar as chief financial officer and treasurer. Prior to Diplomat, Mr. Kavthekar served as the CFO of LivingSocial, Inc., from June 2015 to December 2016. He previously held executive roles at Walgreens, from December 2009 to December 2013, and at Sears Holdings Corporation’s health & wellness division, which includes the Kmart Pharmacy chain, from December 2013 to May 2015. Mr. Kavthekar also has extensive mergers and acquisitions and capital markets experience as an investment banker.
Tricida, Inc. [SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO, Calif.] announced the hiring of Geoffrey Parker as Chief Financial Officer and Senior Vice President. Mr. Parker served as an industry consultant and as a board member for a number of public healthcare companies from 2015 to 2017. Previously, he was Chief Financial Officer of Anacor Pharmaceuticals, Inc. from 2010 to 2015. Prior to Anacor, Geoff spent approximately 20 years in the Investment Banking Division of Goldman Sachs.

Beaver-Visitec International [WALTHAM, Mass.] announced that Shervin Korangy has joined the company as Chief Financial Officer and Chief Strategy Officer. Korangy most recently served as a senior executive of Novartis Group AG. Prior to joining Novartis in 2010, Korangy served as a Managing Director at The Blackstone Group.
UGI Corporation [VALLEY FORGE, Pa.] (NYSE: UGI) announced that Kirk R. Oliver will leave his position as UGI’s chief financial officer.
Jack in the Box Inc. [SAN DIEGO] (NASDAQ: JACK) announced that Jerry Rebel plans to retire as the company’s Chief Financial Officer. The company will begin an external search for a new CFO, and Rebel will continue to serve as CFO until after the appointment of a successor.
NorthStar Realty Europe Corp. [NEW YORK] (NYSE: NRE) announced that Keith A. Feldman has been appointed to the position of Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer of NorthStar Realty Europe. Mr. Feldman will succeed Scott Berry, who previously announced his intention to resign from the company. Mr. Feldman serves as a managing director of Colony NorthStar, Inc., NorthStar Realty Europe’s external manager, a position he has held since January 2017 and served as a managing director of NorthStar Asset Management Group Inc., a predecessor company of Colony NorthStar, from July 2014 to January 2017, as a managing director of NorthStar Realty Finance Corp. from January 2014 to July 2014 and as a director of NorthStar Realty Finance Corp. from January 2012 to December 2013. Earlier in his career, Mr. Feldman held various financial positions at NorthStar Realty Finance Corp., Goldman Sachs, J.P. Morgan Chase and KPMG LLP.
Security On-Demand Inc. [SAN DIEGO] announced that William Lyman has joined the company as Chief Financial Officer. Prior to joining Security On-Demand, William was a Partner with Lyman Management Group, Corp (LMG). William was a General Partner with Alliance Technology Ventures before LMG. He also previously served as a sell-side technology industry associate analyst with Montgomery Securities and Solomon Smith Barney. His early career encompassed over ten years in operational roles with start-ups (Subscriber Computing, International Software Machines), Fortune 500 Companies (Motorola, Square D), and the intelligence community (National Security Agency).
Gibraltar Industries, Inc. [Buffalo, NY] (NASDAQ: ROCK) announced the appointment of Timothy Murphy as Chief Financial Officer. Mr. Murphy, who is currently Vice President, Treasurer and Secretary at Gibraltar, will succeed Kenneth Smith, who had previously announced his intention to retire. Mr. Murphy joined Gibraltar in 2004 as Director of Financial Reporting. He then held senior positions in the Treasury Operations department, and has been Vice President and Secretary of the Company since 2012, and Treasurer since 2013. Prior to joining Gibraltar, Mr. Murphy was Senior Manager at KPMG.
Global Eagle Entertainment Inc. [Los Angeles, California] appointed Paul Rainey to serve as the Company’s Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer. Jeffrey A. Leddy, the Company’s Chief Executive Officer, will no longer serve as the Company’s interim principal financial officer. Mr. Leddy will continue to serve as the Company’s Chief Executive Officer. Paul Rainey previously served as Chief Financial Officer of Harris CapRock Communications from May 2014 to April 2017. Prior to Harris CapRock, Mr. Rainey served as Chief Financial Officer of General Electric’s Lighting Professional Solutions business from March 2013 to April 2014 and as Chief Financial Officer of its Power Equipment business from March 2010 to February 2013. Prior to March 2010, Mr. Rainey served in two senior financial planning and analysis roles at General Electric from January 2007 to March 2010 and from October 2003 to October 2005. Between those appointments, Mr. Rainey served as a FamilyLife missionary from November 2005 to December 2006. Mr. Rainey currently serves on the boards of directors of Cutwell 4 Kids and America Responds with Love, and previously served on the boards of directors of Hesed Consulting, Georgia CASA and the Notre Dame Business Advisory Council.
Eagle Bancorp, Inc. [Bethesda, Maryland] announced the retirement of James H. Langmead, Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer. Charles D. Levingston succeeds Mr. Langmead as Chief Financial Officer. Mr. Levingston previously served as the Bank’s Executive Vice President — Finance, since January 2012, and previously worked at The Federal Reserve Banks of Atlanta and Philadelphia as a commissioned Bank Examiner, and at PriceWaterhouseCoopers as a Manager in the Advisory practice.
TriNet Group, Inc. [SAN LEANDRO, CA] (NYSE: TNET) announced that Richard Beckert has joined TriNet as senior vice president of finance. Beckert will be appointed as chief financial officer immediately following the filing of TriNet’s Quarterly Report. He replaces Bill Porter, who will continue as TriNet’s chief financial officer until Beckert’s appointment. Prior to TriNet, Beckert most recently served as executive vice president and chief financial officer at CA Technologies. Earlier at CA, Beckert served as senior vice president and corporate controller. Prior to that, he was senior vice president of strategic pricing for CA. Before joining CA, Beckert spent more than two decades at IBM in various leadership positions, including division controller of the Data Management division and of the Lotus division. At IBM, he also served as the director of financial operations for IBM Americas.

Michelle McComb
VTS [NEW YORK, NY] announced the appointment of Michelle McComb as Chief Financial Officer. Michelle McComb was formerly the CFO at Datto. Prior to her work at Datto, McComb served as CFO of Bloomberg’s Financial Products division, Managing Director at UBS Investment Bank, International CFO at Lucent Technologies and CFO of VitalSigns Software. McComb began her career at Ernst & Young in Silicon Valley.
American Gene Technologies International Inc. [ROCKVILLE, MD] announced the appointment of C. Neil Lyons as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer. Mr. Lyons previously served as CFO for Cleveland BioLabs, Inc. From 2005 to 2011 Mr. Lyons was CFO for RegeneRx Biopharmaceuticals, Inc.

Bret A. Conklin
Horace Mann Educators Corporation [SPRINGFIELD, IL] (NYSE: HMN) announced that Bret A. Conklin has been named Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer. Conklin has been serving as Acting Chief Financial Officer since January 30, 2017, due to the unexpected hospitalization and subsequent passing of the Company’s prior Chief Financial Officer, Dwayne D. Hallman. Conklin has been with Horace Mann for 15 years, as Senior Vice President, Controller and Chief Accounting Officer. Conklin joined the company as Senior Vice President and Controller in 2002. Conklin previously served as Vice President of Kemper Insurance from 2000 through 2002. Before that, he was Vice President and Controller of Horace Mann from 1998 through 2000, and Vice President and Controller of Pekin Insurance from 1992 through 1998. He has seven years of public accounting experience with KPMG Peat Marwick from 1985 to 1992.
