Andrew Levy

United Continental Holdings, Inc. [CHICAGO] announced the appointment of Andrew Levy as executive vice president and chief financial officer. Levy comes to United following more than thirteen years of leadership at Allegiant Travel Company, having held the roles of president, chief operating officer and chief financial officer.

Unisys Corporation [BLUE BELL, Pa.] (NYSE: UIS) announced that Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer Janet Haugen will retire from the company, after 20 years of service with the company, including the last 16 years as CFO. Unisys also announced that it has named Inder M. Singh, who currently serves the company as Chief Strategy and Marketing Officer, to succeed Haugen as SVP and CFO. Haugen first joined Unisys in 1996 from Ernst & Young LLP, where she was a partner. Prior to being named CFO in 2000, Haugen served as a corporate vice president and Corporate Controller, as well as acting CFO from 1999-2000.

Cold Mountain Capital, LLC [ASHEVILLE, N.C.] announced the appointment of Anthony “Tony” Bergen as Chief Financial Officer. Before Cold Mountain Capital, Bergen spent several years working for Cold Mountain’s sister company, Stony Point Group, Inc. He also served as chief financial officer of TECT Power. Before his time at TECT Power, Bergen worked as a director at Glass & Associates, later Huron Consulting.

Kristin Sherman

VMS BioMarketing [INDIANAPOLIS] announced the appointment of Kristin Sherman as chief financial officer. Sherman comes to VMS BioMarketing from Calibrium, LLC, where she spent three years as the company’s chief financial officer. Immediately prior to Calibrium, Sherman held similar roles for two additional biotech start-ups – Marcadia Biotech and AgeneBio. In addition, Sherman served as the treasurer and vice president of finance for Guidant Corporation during the sale of Guidant to Abbott and Boston Scientific. She also held a variety of management positions including serving as Guidant’s first finance director for emerging markets. Sherman began her career in various finance positions with Eli Lilly and Company and was assistant treasurer during Guidant’s spin-off from Lilly.

Resources Global Professionals [IRVINE, Calif.] announced that current Executive Vice President & Chief Financial Officer, Nathan Franke, is retiring. Herb Mueller, Managing Director of RGP’s Atlanta practice, has been promoted internally and will replace Mr. Franke as Executive Vice President & Chief Financial Officer. Mr. Mueller has served in a leadership position with RGP over the past four years in the company’s Atlanta, Georgia practice. Prior to joining RGP, Mr. Mueller was the Chief Financial Officer, Vice President, Accounting & Administration, and Treasurer of Delta Apparel, Inc. He has also served as a Senior Vice President & Chief Financial Officer of TTA Partners, Inc., a holding company focused on investments in the advertising industry.

WAVE Life Sciences Ltd. [CAMBRIDGE, Mass.] (NASDAQ: WVE) announced that it has appointed Keith Regnante as the company’s Chief Financial Officer. Prior to joining WAVE, Mr. Regnante was a Vice President of Finance at Shire. Prior to Shire, Mr. Regnante held a number of positions of increasing responsibility at Biogen, including leading the finance teams for Corporate Finance, R&D, and Business Development. Earlier in his career, Mr. Regnante was a Consultant with The Boston Consulting Group.

CSS Industries, Inc. [PLYMOUTH MEETING, Pa.] (NYSE: CSS) announced the resignation of Vincent A. Paccapaniccia as Chief Financial Officer of the Company. David F. McHugh, Vice President – Finance of CSS, will serve as interim Chief Financial Officer until a permanent replacement is appointed. Mr. McHugh has served as Vice President – Finance of CSS since joining the company in 2011. Prior to joining CSS, Mr. McHugh served for approximately 13 years as Senior Vice President and Corporate Controller of ICT Group, Inc.

Christian A. Garcia

Visteon Corporation [VAN BUREN TOWNSHIP, Mich.] (NYSE: VC) announced that Christian A. Garcia has been appointed executive vice president and chief financial officer. William R. Robertson, who has served as Visteon’s interim CFO since March 31, will continue with the company as vice president and corporate controller. Garcia recently was senior vice president, finance, and acting chief financial officer for Halliburton Company. At Halliburton, Garcia progressed through leadership roles as senior director of corporate planning, vice president of operations finance, senior vice president of investor relations, treasurer, and chief accounting officer before being named acting CFO in 2015. He also held a series of senior financial positions with Landmark Graphics, a software and consulting provider that was acquired by Halliburton in 1996. Prior to joining Landmark Graphics, he worked at Bell and Howell and San Miguel Corp. in the Philippines in various roles.

BEARPAW [CITRUS HEIGHTS, Calif.] has appointed Jason J. Martini as its new Chief Financial Officer. Martini, joins BEARPAW after a successful ten-year tenure at VF, where he held various positions within the JanSport brand including Controller, Director of FP&A, and most recently Chief Financial Officer. Prior to his stint at VF, he worked at Unilever Ice Cream, General Mills, and W.W. Grainger, Inc.

Changepoint [SEATTLE] announced it has appointed Scott Mahan as Chief Financial Officer.

DEQ Systems Corp. [LAS VEGAS, NV] (TSX-V: DEQ) has named Libby Lamm as its new Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer. Before joining DEQ, Ms. Lamm served as CFO for Red Lake Ventures in Kingman, Arizona, since 2014. Prior to joining Red Lake Ventures Ms. Lamm held various and diversified roles as CFO for KTHLS Limited in Orlando Florida from 2011 – 2014 and CFO for TCS John Huxley – Americas in Las Vegas, Nevada from 2007-2011.

Marvell (NASDAQ: MRVL) [SANTA CLARA, Calif.] announced the appointment of Jean Hu as Chief Financial Officer. Ms. Hu joins Marvell from QLogic Corporation, where she was SVP and CFO; she also held the Acting CEO role at QLogic since August 2015. Previously, Ms. Hu held several senior positions at Conexant Systems, Inc. including CFO, Treasurer and SVP of Business Development from 2004 to 2011. Prior to 2004, Ms. Hu held various positions at Conexant and its predecessor company, Rockwell International Corporation.

AMREP Corporation [PRINCETON, N.J.] (NYSE: AXR) announced that Robert Wisniewski has been appointed as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of AMREP.  Clifford Martin, currently Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of AMREP, will become Treasurer of the Company and Chief Financial Officer of its Palm Coast Data LLC subsidiary. Prior to being appointed Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of the Company, Mr. Wisniewski held senior level accounting and finance positions at various Coperion entities, which are subsidiaries of Hillenbrand, Inc., and at K-Tron International, Inc.  Mr. Wisniewski served as the Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of K-Tron.  He spent 11 years at Ernst & Whinney (now Ernst & Young) earlier in his career.

Agios Pharmaceuticals, Inc. [CAMBRIDGE, MA] (NASDAQ: AGIO) announced that Andrew Hirsch is joining the company as chief financial officer. Prior to being named president and chief executive officer at BIND, Mr. Hirsch held several other leadership positions at the company, including chief operating officer and chief financial officer. Prior to joining BIND, he was chief financial officer at Avila Therapeutics and held roles of increasing responsibility during his nearly 10-year tenure at Biogen, including vice president of Corporate Strategy and M&A and program executive for the Tecfidera development team.

Lever [SAN FRANCISCO] announces Eileen Treanor as Chief Financial Officer. Before joining Lever, Treanor served as Vice President of Finance at entertainment fan site Wikia. She has also held high-level finance positions at Virgin America and Yahoo!

Isola [CHANDLER, Ariz] announced that it has appointed Ken Rizvi as Chief Financial Officer. Rizvi succeeds Interim CFO Donald Colvin. Rizvi joins Isola from Micron, where he served as vice president of finance and corporate treasurer. Prior to Micron, Rizvi was treasurer and vice president of finance at ON Semiconductor. He also served as an associate with Technology Crossover Ventures, and as an investment banker at Morgan Stanley in New York City and Menlo Park, California.

Valeritas Holdings, Inc. [BRIDGEWATER, N.J.] (OTCQB: VLRX) announced the appointment of Erick J. Lucera as the Company’s Chief Financial Officer. Mr. Lucera currently serves as Chief Financial Officer of Viventia Bio. Prior to that, he served as Vice President, Corporate Development at Aratana Therapeutics. Previously, Mr. Lucera was Vice President, Corporate Development at Sunshine Heart. Prior to this, Mr. Lucera spent over fifteen years in investment management. He began his career in the Philadelphia office of Price Waterhouse & Co.
