WWE [STAMFORD, CT] (NYSE: WWE) announced the appointment of Kristina Salen as Chief Financial Officer, effective August 3, 2020. Salen served as the first CFO of Etsy. Salen also held CFO/COO roles with Moda Operandi and Translation Enterprises/United Masters, and managed global media and telecom funds with Fidelity Investments. Earlier in her career, she served in financial analyst positions with Oppenheimer Capital, Merrill Lynch Investment Managers and Lazard Freres & Co. She sits on the Board of Directors and Audit Committee for both SiriusXM and Cornerstone OnDemand.

Natalie Derse

NortonLifeLock [TEMPE, AZ] (NASDAQ: NLOK) announced the appointment of Natalie Derse as its Chief Financial Officer. Derse joins NortonLifeLock from eBay, Inc., where from July 2011 through July 2020, she served in numerous financial capacities, most recently as its Vice President and Chief Financial Officer, Global Product, Platform, Payments, Risk and Trust. Prior to joining eBay, Derse served in a variety of capacities at Stanley Black & Decker, Inc., from February 2008 through July 2011. Before that, Derse spent over ten years in numerous financial roles with General Electric Company. Derse will succeed Matthew Brown, who has served as NortonLifeLock’s interim CFO through the transition.  Brown will return to his Chief Accounting Officer role.

STAAR Surgical Company [LAKE FOREST, CA] (NASDAQ: STAA) announced that Patrick F. Williams has joined the Company as Chief Financial Officer. His appointment is part of a planned transition following Deborah Andrews’ previously announced retirement. Williams was most recently at Sientra, Inc., where he initially served as the Chief Financial Officer before transitioning to the General Manager of the miraDry® business unit. Prior to Sientra, Williams was Chief Financial Officer of ZELTIQ Aesthetics, Inc. Williams has also served as Vice President at NuVasive, Inc.

Ortho Clinical Diagnostics [RARITAN, NJ] announced Joseph M. Busky has joined the Company as Chief Financial Officer. Busky previously served as Chief Financial Officer for Vyaire Medical, Inc. Prior to Vyaire, Busky was Chief Financial Officer of FDH Velocitel. From 2008 – 2015, Busky served as Chief Financial Officer of InnerWorkings, Inc. Busky previously held corporate and divisional finance roles for a combined 11 years at Siemens Medical Solutions Diagnostics / Dade Behring Holdings, Inc., Bayer Diagnostics and Diagnostic Products Corporation, including serving as Chief Accounting Officer at Dade Behring.

UNITY Biotechnology, Inc. [SAN FRANCISCO] (“UNITY”) [NASDAQ: UBX] announced that Bob Goeltz, chief financial officer, will leave the company at the end of July 2020 to pursue a new opportunity. Effective August 1, 2020, Lynne Sullivan, former senior vice president of Biogen, Inc., will become UNITY’s interim chief financial officer. Sullivan worked at Biogen for over 10 years, most recently serving as senior vice president of finance with global responsibility for corporate finance, financial planning and analysis and corporate tax. Sullivan is currently a member of the board of directors, as well as chair of the audit committees, of three publicly traded biopharmaceutical companies: Solid Biosciences, Inc., resTORbio, Inc. and BiomX Inc. Sullivan also serves on the board of Inozyme Pharma, Inc. Ms. Sullivan served as the chief financial officer for Compass Therapeutics.

Essential Properties Realty Trust, Inc.  [PRINCETON, NJ] (NYSE: EPRT) announced the appointment of Mark E. Patten as an Executive Vice President and the Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer of the Company, effective August 10, 2020. Patten has been a Senior Vice President and the Chief Financial Officer of CTO Realty Growth, Inc., previously known as Consolidated-Tomoka Land Co., since April 16, 2012. Since November 26, 2019, Patten has been a Senior Vice President and the Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer of Alpine Income Property Trust, Inc. Previously, from January 2004 until April 2007, Patten was a Senior Vice President and the Chief Accounting Officer of CNL Hotels & Resorts, Inc. In connection with Patten’s appointment, Anthony K. Dobkin will resign from his role as the Company’s Interim Chief Financial Officer, effective as of August 10, 2020.

Arcus Biosciences, Inc. [HAYWARD, CA] (NYSE: RCUS) announced that Bob Goeltz will join Arcus as Chief Financial Officer on August 1, 2020. Goeltz most recently served as Chief Financial Officer and Senior Vice President of UNITY Biotechnology and immediately before that as Chief Financial Officer of CytomX Therapeutics. Prior to these positions, Goeltz had an 11-year tenure at Amgen, holding positions including the Chief Financial Officer of Onyx Pharmaceuticals.

People’s Bank of Commerce [MEDFORD, OR] (OTCBB: PBCO) announced that Lindsey Trautman took over the position as the bank’s Chief Financial Officer in May following the retirement of the bank’s former CFO, Russ Milburn, who served since 2007. Trautman has held various positions at the financial institution including credit analyst, accounting specialist, accountant, and most recently controller before earning the position as Chief Financial Officer.

Anand Govind

o9 Solutions, Inc. [DALLAS] announced the promotion of Anand Govind to the role of Chief Financial Officer. Anand was previously EVP of Finance. Prior to joining o9 late last year, Anand spent over a decade in leadership roles in the technology investment banking groups of J.P. Morgan and, most recently as Managing Director at Morgan Stanley. Prior to his investment banking career, he held various senior operating and strategic roles in the technology industry.

INAP [RESTON, VA] announced the appointment of Lisa Mayr as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer. Mayr reports to President and CEO Michael Sicoli, who joined INAP as President and CFO in October 2019 and was appointed to his current role in May. Prior to INAP, Mayr served as CFO of MicroStrategy, and as CFO of two leading education technology firms, EVERFI and Blackboard.

Mark Lambert

FastSpring [SANTA BARBARA, CA] announced that Mark Lambert has joined as Chief Financial Officer (CFO). Lambert played a central role in helping Wrike. Prior to Wrike, Mark served as CFO of multiple high growth venture capital-backed companies. Earlier in his career, Lambert spent seven years at Yahoo.

H2O.ai [MOUNTAIN VIEW, CA] announced that Raman Kapur is joining the company’s leadership team as Chief Financial Officer (CFO). Kapur was previously CFO at Moogsoft. Prior to Moogsoft, he was VP of Finance at Splunk.

Tenneco Inc. [LAKE FOREST, IL] (NYSE: TEN) announced that it has appointed Matti Masanovich as chief financial officer, effective August 10, 2020.  He will succeed interim CFO Ken Trammell. Before joining Tenneco, Masanovich was chief financial officer of Superior Industries International, Inc. Prior to that, he was the senior vice president and chief financial officer at General Cable Corporation. Before joining General Cable Corporation, Masanovich served in various roles at IAC (International Automotive Components) as VP & controller, APTIV (formerly Delphi Automotive), an automotive technology company, including the global vice president of finance, Packard Electrical and Electronic Architecture Division in Shanghai, China.  His other automotive supplier experience includes roles at EMCON Technologies, Dura Automotive, Collins and Aikman and Federal-Mogul.

Mete Sahin

Zing Health [CHICAGO] announced Mete Sahin has been named Chief Financial Officer. Sahin previously served as CFO of Advance Health. Prior to his tenure with Advance Health, Sahin was CFO of XLHealth Corp. He was also vice president-finance and controller of Lifemark Corp. before it was absorbed into UnitedHealth.

Rexford Industrial Realty, Inc. [LOS ANGELES] (NYSE: REXR) announced the appointment of Laura Clark as Chief Financial Officer, effective September 1, 2020. Clark will succeed Adeel Khan as Chief Financial Officer. Clark most recently served as Senior Vice President, Capital Markets at Regency Centers. Clark has served in such role since 2017, after previously serving as Vice President, Financial Services at Regency Centers since 2012. Prior to that, she held roles in institutional sales and equity research at Green Street Advisors, served as Vice President, Capital Markets at Iron Tree Capital and as Vice President at Inland Capital Markets Group.

Superior Industries International, Inc. [SOUTHFIELD, MI] (NYSE: SUP) announced that Matti Masanovich has resigned from his role as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer, effective August 6, 2020, to accept a new position at Tenneco Inc.

HarbourVest Partners [BOSTON] announced the hiring of Rob MacGoey as the chief financial officer (CFO) for the Firm’s Management Company. MacGoey will work alongside Karin Lagerlund, current CFO, who will focus on client and fund accounting, treasury and capital markets. MacGoey was previously chief accounting officer and controller at Apollo Global Management. Prior to his time at Apollo, Rob held several senior positions at PricewaterhouseCoopers’ Financial Services Assurance and Advisory Practices.

Indigo Agriculture [BOSTON] announced that Jim Young will join the company as its Chief Financial Officer. Young is currently the CFO of Broadridge Financial Solutions, Inc., and will join Indigo in September.  Since 2014, Young has served as Chief Financial Officer at Broadridge. Prior to joining Broadridge, Young served in senior finance roles at Visa Inc., including as Senior Vice President, Finance leading global financial planning and analysis for Visa’s businesses in North America, Latin America, Asia Pacific, Central Europe, the Middle East, and Africa. Prior to joining Visa in 2006, Young was a finance executive at two early-stage technology companies.

Harley-Davidson, Inc. [Milwaukee] (NYSE: HOG) announced that Chief Financial Officer John Olin has left his role, with current VP Treasurer, Darrell Thomas assuming duties as interim CFO.

Nicholas Financial, Inc. [CLEARWATER, FL] (NASDAQ: NICK) announced the appointment of Irina Nashtatik as Chief Financial Officer. Nashtatik had been serving as Nicholas Financial’s Interim Chief Financial Officer since November of 2019. During her tenure with Nicholas, Irina Nashtatik has served as Controller, Vice President of Finance and Interim Chief Financial Officer.  Prior to joining Nicholas, Nashtatik held several leaderships positions in accounting, finance and treasury at Bankers Financial Corporate, USAmeriBank, and Jabil, Inc.

Broadridge Financial Solutions, Inc. [NEW YORK] (NYSE: BR) announced that Jim Young, Chief Financial Officer, will be stepping down from his role to pursue an opportunity with Indigo Ag, Inc. Young will continue as CFO through the release of the company’s fourth quarter fiscal year 2020 earnings and will leave Broadridge on August 31, 2020. Matt Connor, Chief Financial Officer of Broadridge’s Global Technology and Operations (“GTO”) business, will serve as Interim Chief Financial Officer. Connor has been CFO of Broadridge’s GTO business since 2015. He joined Broadridge in 2007 and has held a variety of roles in finance and business unit leadership, including leading Broadridge’s fixed income business. Prior to joining Broadridge, he held senior finance roles at Gartmore Global Investments, First USA and CoreStates Bank.

Oncologie, Inc. [WALTHAM, MA] announced the appointment of Matthew Osborne as Chief Financial Officer. Before joining the company in 2020, Osborne served as Chief Financial Officer at Unum Therapeutics, Inc. Prior to joining Unum Therapeutics, Osborne served as Head of Corporate Affairs, Communications and Investor Relations at Voyager Therapeutics, Inc., and through similar roles at Shire, Plc, Synageva BioPharma Corp. and Vertex Pharmaceuticals Incorporated. Osborne’s Wall Street experience includes serving as a sell-side analyst at Lazard Capital Markets and Leerink Swann.

Biotalys NV [GHENT, Belgium and RESEARCH TRIANGLE PARK, NC] announced the appointment of Wim Ottevaere as Chief Financial Officer. In addition to his new role at Biotalys, Ottevaere will continue to act as non-executive director for several biotech companies. Prior to joining Biotalys, until September 2018, he was Chief Financial Officer of Ablynx. Before that, he was Chief Financial Officer of Innogenetics. Ottevaere has held various positions in finance and administration prior to joining Innogenetics.

New Fed Mortgage [DANVERS, MA]  announced that Frank Plenskofski has joined as Chief Financial Officer. Plenskofski has been Chief Financial Officer at Rock Financial/Quicken Loans, Opteum Financial Services, Guaranteed Rate and Cross Country Mortgage to name a few. He has held senior executive positions at CIT Group and Trust Company of the West.

SkyWater Technology [BLOOMINGTON, MN] announced that Steve Manko has joined SkyWater as its new Chief Financial Officer (CFO) and Steve Wold, former CFO has been appointed as the company’s first Chief Administrative Officer (CAO). Manko joins SkyWater as CFO from Riveron Consulting, where he was a Managing Director and led the Financial Advisory Services practice in Minneapolis. Prior to Riveron Consulting, Manko was at Ernst & Young and specialized in the Banking & Capital Markets industries.

ImmunoMolecular Therapeutics, Inc. [WOBURN, MA] announced that Tom Shea has joined as Chief Financial Officer and Chief Operating Officer (CFO/COO). Most recently, Shea served as CFO of ImmusanT. He has served as CFO and has been involved in growth operations of a number of biotech companies, most notably Albireo Pharma, Tolerx, Inc., and Cubist Pharmaceuticals.

uLab Systems [SAN MATEO, CA] announced that Nicola Downes has been appointed as Chief Financial Officer. Downes served as VP Finance and then CFO of PneumRx, Inc. She was also the CFO of Autonomic Technologies Inc.

NS1 [NEW YORK] hired David Wilson as chief financial officer. Prior to joining NS1, Wilson held CFO roles with Symphony Communications; Ooyala Inc.; ACS; and DirecTV Broadband.

USA Technologies, Inc. [MALVERN, PA] (OTC: USAT) announced that Eugene C. Cavanaugh has been hired as interim Chief Financial Officer. Eugene Cavanaugh assumed the responsibility of interim CFO, taking the place vacated by the departure of former CFO, Michael Wasserfuhr. Most recently, Cavanaugh has worked as a private investor and consultant, providing CFO level financial management and process improvement for portfolio companies of Triple Tree Capital Partners in Minneapolis, and other independent companies. Previously, he was a member of the executive leadership team at UnitedHealth Group (UHG) and was the CFO of its Uniprise business segment. Prior to joining UnitedHealth Group, Cavanaugh managed Arthur Andersen’s finance and accounting outsourcing practice, in Metro Philadelphia.

Syndax Pharmaceuticals, Inc. [WALTHAM, MA] (NASDAQ: SNDX) announced the appointment of Daphne Karydas as Chief Financial Officer. Karydas most recently served as Senior Vice President of Corporate Financial Planning & Analysis and Strategy at Allergan. She will succeed Richard P. Shea, who will be retiring from his role as Syndax’s Chief Financial Officer. Karydas joined Allergan in 2017 as Senior Vice President of Global Investor Relations and Strategy. Prior to joining Allergan, she served as Executive Director and Senior Healthcare Analyst at J.P. Morgan Asset Management. Previously, she was a Portfolio Manager and Senior Healthcare Analyst at The Boston Company Asset Management, a BNY Mellon company. Earlier, Karydas was a Vice President at Goldman Sachs Asset Management focused on healthcare, as well as a member of Goldman Sachs’ healthcare investment banking team. Before joining Goldman Sachs, she was a Project Chemical Engineer at Merck & Co.

Nevada Copper Corp. [YERINGTON, NV] (TSX: NCU) announced the appointment of André van Niekerk as Chief Financial Officer. van Niekerk was previously the CFO of Golden Star Resources.

Rokt [NEW YORK] announced the appointment of Michael Gordon to the role of Chief Financial Officer. Gordon, was previously Group CFO and MD of Group Services for Greenlit Brands Pty Limited in Australia & New Zealand.
