Arun Shivdasani

Tangoe [PARSIPPANY, N.J.] announced the appointment of Arun Shivdasani as Chief Financial Officer. Prior to this, he has held leadership roles at Geller & Co, where he served as CFO of Bloomberg Government and CFO of Bloomberg Global Data. Before Geller & Co, he served as the VP of Finance at Laureate Online Education and CFO at Walden University. Early in his career, he also worked at Marriott International, E*Trade Financial, Progress Energy and HDFC Bank.

Keith Stauffer

TerrAscend Corp. [TORONTO & NEW YORK] (CSE: TER, OTCQX: TRSSF) announced the appointment of Keith Stauffer as Chief Financial Officer (“CFO”). Most recently, Stauffer served as Senior Vice President of Finance and Chief Financial Officer of the Global Consumer Beauty Division at Coty, Inc. Prior to his role at Coty, Stauffer spent 10 years at The Hershey Company holding various senior financial positions, including Vice President of Finance and Chief Financial Officer of the international business. Prior to Hershey, Stauffer held various positions at Dell Technologies and Procter & Gamble.

Blucora, Inc. [IRVING, Texas] (NASDAQ: BCOR) announced that Marc Mehlman joined Blucora as Chief Financial Officer and will succeed interim CFO Mimi Carsley who will remain with Blucora as Treasurer and SVP of FP&A and Procurement. Mehlman served in various leadership positions over the last 15 years at Thomson Reuters Corporation. Most recently he was General Manager. Prior to that he served as Managing Director of ONESOURCE Direct Tax; Vice President Finance/Operations of ONESOURCE; Vice President Investor Relations; Vice President Business Development; Head of Financial Strategy – Sales & Trading; and Director of Finance – Scientific Division. Before joining Thomson Reuters, Mehlman served as a portfolio manager at investment firm Sanford C. Bernstein.

Casper Sleep Inc. [NEW YORK] (NYSE: CSPR) announced that Greg Macfarlane, Chief Financial Officer and Chief Operating Officer, will depart the Company effective May 15, 2020 in order to assume a senior executive role outside of the Sleep industry. Stuart Brown is joining the Company to assume the role of Interim Chief Financial Officer, effective May 15. Previously, Brown served as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Iron Mountain Inc., from July 2016 to February 2020. Prior to that, Brown served as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Red Robin Gourmet Burgers, Inc., from September 2011 to July 2016.

Sunrun [SAN FRANCISCO] (NASDAQ: RUN) announced that Tom vonReichbauer will be joining the company as its new Chief Financial Officer. Most recently he was a Vice President at Google after serving as Chief Business Officer of Nest from 2015 to 2018. Prior to that, vonReichbauer served as the CFO of Nest from 2013 to 2015. vonReichbauer previously held management roles in the finance organization at Tesla from 2008 into 2013. Prior to Tesla, vonRiechbauer was in the finance organization at Ford Motor Company.

James R. Gordon

First Financial Bankshares, Inc. [ABILENE, Texas] (NASDAQ: FFIN) announced James R. Gordon as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer to replace J. Bruce Hildebrand upon his previously announced retirement in August 2020.  Gordon most recently served as Chief Financial Officer of FB Financial Corporation. Other banking experience includes Union Planters Corporation, National Commerce Financial Corporation and The South Financial Group. His public accounting experience includes serving as an assurance and advisory services partner with PricewaterhouseCoopers, BDO and HORNE.

Hub Group [OAK BROOK, Ill.] (NASDAQ: HUBG) announced that Terri Pizzuto, Executive Vice President, Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer, has decided to retire effective June 30, 2020. Pizzuto will remain an employee of the company until June 30, 2021 to assist with the transition of her duties. Hub Group also announced that Pizzuto will be succeeded by Geoff DeMartino as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer, effective as of July 1, 2020. DeMartino joined Hub Group in 2016 as Vice President, Corporate Development and Strategy, and has led the acquisitions of Estenson Logistics and CaseStack and the divestiture of Mode Transportation.  Prior to joining Hub, DeMartino spent over 15 years in a variety of financial roles including corporate development and investment banking.

Empire State Realty Trust, Inc. [NEW YORK] (NYSE: ESRT) announced the appointment of Christina Chiu as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer. Chiu will join Empire State Realty Trust following an 18-year career at Morgan Stanley, where she had been a Managing Director since 2014. She currently serves as Chief Operating Officer of the Global Listed Real Assets business at Morgan Stanley Investment Management. She began her career as a real estate investment banking analyst where she worked on both principal investing and strategic advisory transactions.

Daseke, Inc. [ADDISON, Texas] (NASDAQ: DSKE) announced that it has named Jason Bates as the Company’s Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer. Bates joins Daseke from USA Truck, where he served as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer since 2017. Prior to joining USA Truck, Bates served as Vice President of Finance and Investor Relations Officer at Swift Transportation Company, holding a variety of finance, treasury and accounting roles with increasing scope and responsibility since joining the company in 2003. Bates began his career in corporate finance at Honeywell International, in the Aerospace Division.

USA Truck Inc. [VAN BUREN, Ark.] (NASDAQ: USAK) announced that Zachary King has been appointed to Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer. King has served as the Company’s Vice President and Corporate Controller since 2017 and has been with the Company since 2015. He succeeds Jason Bates, who is leaving the Company to pursue other opportunities. Prior to joining USA Truck, King served in a variety of finance and accounting roles for ABB Ltd, Samson Resources Corporation, and Deloitte.

Applied Molecular Transport [SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO, Calif.] announced the appointment of Shawn Cross as the company’s chief financial officer. Prior to this appointment, Cross was at JMP Securities where he served as managing director and co-head of healthcare investment banking. Previously, Cross held various investment banking roles at top financial institutions in New York, London and San Francisco including managing director in healthcare investment banking at Deutsche Bank Securities, managing director and head of biopharmaceutical investment banking at Wells Fargo Securities, amongst others. Cross also brings operational experience from his time on the executive management team at GT Biopharma.

Bob Reich

Catalina [ST. PETERSBURG, Fla.] announced Robert “Bob” Reich joined as Chief Financial Officer. For the last five years, Reich served as EVP and CFO of Tampa-based Syniverse Holdings, Inc. Previously, he was SVP and CFO for Hawaiian Telcom Communications, Inc. from 2007-15. Before that, he served as VP, Controller and Treasurer for McLeodUSA from 2002-07, and as Assistant VP, Corporate Financial Planning and Assistant Controller at Wisconsin Central Transportation Corporation from 1993-2002.

CSW Industrials, Inc. [DALLAS] (NASDAQ: CSWI) announced that James E. Perry will become Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer following the issuance of the Company’s Annual Report on Form 10-K for the year ended March 31, 2020. To ensure a seamless transition, Perry will assist the Company in a consulting capacity until he assumes the CFO role.  Gregg Branning, the current CSW Industrials CFO, will depart the Company at the end of May 2020 after four years of dedicated service. Perry most recently served as CFO of Trinity Industries, from 2010 to 2019. Prior to his role as CFO, Perry held various roles of increasing responsibility at Trinity, including in Finance and Treasury. Prior to that, he was a senior financial executive at RMH Teleservices, including serving as CFO. Perry began his career at JP Morgan Chase & Co. in the investment banking division, spent time in a consulting group at Ernst & Young LLP.

American Eagle Outfitters, Inc. [PITTSBURGH] (NYSE: AEO) announced that Mike Mathias has been appointed Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer. Bob Madore, AEO’s current Chief Financial Officer, is leaving the company. He will remain with AEO in a senior advisory role reporting to Jay Schottenstein, Executive Chairman of the Board and Chief Executive Officer, through September 2020. Since 2017, Mathias has served as AEO’s Senior Vice President, Financial Planning & Analysis. Mike started his career with AEO in 1998 as Manager of Finance for stores and operations, rising through the organization with progressive leadership positions across finance and operational areas including e-commerce, store finance, Aerie planning, strategy and business development. From 2016 to 2017, he departed AEO to serve as VP, Financial Planning and Analysis at General Nutrition Centers, Inc. Mike began his career at the May Company.

Hayward Industries, Inc. [BERKELEY HEIGHTS, N.J.] announced that Eifion S. Jones has been named Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer, succeeding Anthony Colucci, who is departing to pursue other opportunities. Prior to joining Hayward, Jones was CFO of Cornerstone Chemical Company for 9 years. Prior to Cornerstone, he spent 21 years with Akzo Nobel, where he held financial and managerial leadership roles in the Americas and Europe, including EVP and General Manager for their Americas Oil & Gas protective coatings business and prior to that, EVP and CFO for their Americas industrial coatings business. He began his financial career with Courtaulds Plc in their European fibers businesses prior to its sale to Akzo Nobel.

Kevin Krupski

GTB [DEARBORN, Mich.] announced that Kevin Krupski has been named global chief financial officer. Prior to this appointment, Krupski’s role was SVP, client finance lead at Digitas for both the Boston and Detroit offices as well as group client finance lead for a top holding company assignment. Prior to that role, he was in operations at Boston Consulting Group.

John Lenga

Crenlo Engineered Cabs [ROCHESTER, Minn.] announced John Lenga has been named Chief Financial Officer. Before joining Crenlo, Lenga served as the North America CEO and CFO for Autoneum. Previously, Lenga served as the leader of Financial Planning & Operational Analysis at AGG Tower International, and began his career as a Financial Analyst at Ford Motor Company.

Curtis Dair

Sierra Pacific Mortgage [Folsom, CA] announced the hiring of Curtis Dair as Chief Financial Officer (CFO). For the past seven years, Dair held that title of CFO for Opes Advisors, Inc./ Opes Advisors, a Division of Flagstar Bank. Dair also served as Director of Operational Risk Management and Controller for Rabobank, N.A., serving the food and agriculture industry. Prior to Rabobank, Dair spent seven years at Golden 1 Credit Union, first as Controller and later as Chief Lending Officer. In addition, Curtis was CFO for Bancorp Financial Services. Curtis spent four years in various positions with IndyMac Bank and seven years with KPMG Peat Marwick.

Trex Company, Inc. [WINCHESTER, Va.] (NYSE: TREX) announced that it has named Dennis Schemm to the position of Vice President and Chief Financial Officer. Schemm succeeds Bryan H. Fairbanks, Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer, who will assume the position of President and Chief Executive Officer on April 29, 2020. Most recently, Schemm served as the Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Continental Building Products from 2015 until its acquisition by CertainTeed, a subsidiary of Saint-Gobain, in early 2020. Previously, he held senior financial roles at Armstrong Flooring and Danaher Corporation, following a 15-year career at Monsanto Company.

CareFirst BlueCross BlueShield [Baltimore] hired Jenny Smith as the organization’s new Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer. Prior to joining CareFirst, Smith spent 20 years at Kaiser Permanente, with her latest role as CFO for Kaiser Foundation Health Plan for the Northwest United States.

Trulieve Cannabis Corp. [TALLAHASSEE, FL] (CSE: TRUL, OTC: TCNNF) announced that it has appointed Alex D’Amico as its Chief Financial Officer, effective June 1, 2020.  The Company’s Controller and Director of Financial Reporting, Ryan Blust, has been appointed Interim CFO effective April 24, 2020, and will lead the finance department and activities until D’Amico joins Trulieve. Most recently, D’Amico was the VP Finance/Controller for Telaria. Previously, he held a senior finance role at Cognizant, a NASDAQ-listed global IT services company, as well as several publicly traded technology and healthcare firms such as Quest Diagnostics, and Synvista Therapeutics. Blust joined Trulieve in September 2018. Prior to that Blust served as the Controller at Vector Solutions. Blust previously served as CFO for Honeycomb Company of America, and as Assistant Controller for Marinemax. The Company also announced that it has accepted the resignation of Mohan Srinivasan, the Company’s Chief Financial Officer.
