Eventbrite [SAN FRANCISCO] (NYSE: EB) announced the appointment of Lanny Baker as Chief Financial Officer, effective September 3, 2019. Baker will succeed Randy Befumo, who has held key executive roles with Eventbrite since 2013 and served as Eventbrite’s Chief Financial Officer since 2016. Befumo will move into the role of Chief Strategy Officer for the company. Baker joins Eventbrite from Yelp, where he was Chief Financial Officer. Prior to joining Yelp, he served as Chief Executive Officer of ZipRealty and Chief Financial Officer for Monster Worldwide. Baker has also served as a Board director for public companies including HomeAway, XO Group and Leaf Group.

Yelp Inc. [SAN FRANCISCO] (NYSE: YELP) announced that Charles “Lanny” Baker will step down as Chief Financial Officer of Yelp, effective September 2, 2019, in order to accept an executive position at another company. Finance Vice President James Miln will become interim Chief Financial Officer upon Baker’s departure. Miln currently leads Financial Planning and Analysis at Yelp, brings to the role more than a decade of leadership experience spanning companies including eBay, Yahoo!, and Unilever.

Don Eldert

SG360° [WHEELING, Ill.] announced that Don Eldert is joining the company and its Board of Directors as executive vice president and chief financial officer. Prior to joining SG360°, Eldert held a dual role as EVP, COO-CFO of Frontline Tooling Solutions. Eldert’s previous roles also include president and co-CEO of Micronics Industrial Filtration, EVP and CFO of ASG, CFO of Atlas Materials Testing, and other senior-level financial and operational leadership positions in Fortune 200 companies such as Bayer AG and FMC.

Leggett & Platt [CARTHAGE, Mo.] announced that Jeffrey L. Tate will join the Company as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer effective September 3, 2019. Jeff brings 27 years of senior-level finance, operating, and general management experience with The Dow Chemical Company. In his most recent role, Jeff served as Vice President and Business CFO for Dow’s largest operating segment, Packaging & Specialty Plastics. In prior roles, Jeff served as Chief Audit Executive leading Dow’s global Internal Audit/Investigation activities and was also Director of Investor Relations.

Amy Seibel

CrossCountry Consulting [MCLEAN, VA.] announced that Amy Seibel has been appointed Chief Financial Officer. Seibel most recently served as the Chief Financial Officer of Knowland. Prior to her role at Knowland, Ms. Seibel served as CFO at BIA Digital Partners, and for many years as business unit CFO at JPMorgan Chase Vastera. Ms. Seibel began her career in the technology audit practice at Arthur Andersen LLP.

GigCapital, Inc. [PALO ALTO, Calif.] (NYSE: GIG, GIG.U, GIG.RT, and GIG.WS) announced that Brad Weightman has been appointed to the position of Chief Financial Officer. Weightman replaces Tara McDonough who is departing the company at her personal choice to pursue other interests. Most recently, Weightman was Senior Business Controller at Integrated Device Technology, Inc. (IDT), prior to IDT being acquired by Renesas Electronics Corp. Previously, Weightman was Corporate Controller at GigPeak Inc., formerly GigOptix, prior to GigPeak being acquired by IDT. Additionally, Brad has held various finance and accounting positions at Echelon Corporation, as well as large corporations such as AMD and Xerox.

Veridocs Inc. [MINNEAPOLIS] announced that Andrea Oprosko has been promoted to Chief Financial Officer (CFO). Andrea has been with the company for nine years.

Enfusion [CHICAGO] announced the appointment of Steve Dorton as Chief Financial Officer. Most recently, he served as CFO at Quinnox and held leadership roles prior at Invision Capital, NAVTEQ and the Walt Disney Company.

Standex International Corporation [SALEM, N.H.] (NYSE: SXI) announced that Chief Financial Officer Thomas DeByle is being promoted to Chief Operating Officer, a newly created position in the Company.  DeByle will be succeeded by Ademir Sarcevic. Sarcevic will be joining Standex from Pentair plc where he has been serving as its Senior Vice President and Chief Accounting Officer. These appointments are effective September 9, 2019. Previously, Mr. Sarcevic held several senior financial roles at Pentair plc including Chief Accounting Officer and Chief Financial Officer for the Pentair Valves and Controls segment.  Prior to that, he worked in several finance, controllership and audit roles at Eisai Inc. and Tyco International.

SQZ Biotechnologies [WATERTOWN, Mass.] announced the appointment of Teri Loxam as chief financial officer. Loxam most recently served as senior vice president of investor relations and global communications at Merck & Co. Prior to Merck, Ms. Loxam served as vice president of investor relations at IMAX Corporation. Ms. Loxam also spent eleven years at Bristol-Myers Squibb, where she held positions of increasing responsibility across strategic planning and portfolio management, treasury and investor relations.

Rite-Solutions [MIDDLETOWN, R.I.] promoted Chad Seelig to the position of Chief Financial Officer (CFO). Seelig most recently as the company’s Corporate Finance and Administration Manager. Before joining Rite-Solutions, Mr. Seelig was a Financial Officer at the Naval Undersea Warfare Center (NUWC). He was also a Senior Financial Analyst at SAIC for eight years prior to NUWC.

Codexis, Inc. [REDWOOD CITY, Calif.] (NASDAQ: CDXS) announced the appointment of Ross Taylor as Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer. Codexis CFO Gordon Sangster will remain with the company through the end of August, at which time he will retire. Taylor served as CFO at Abaxis, Inc. from 2015 through the sale of the company to Zoetis in July 2018. Prior to his position as CFO, Mr. Taylor was Vice President of Business Development and Investor Relations at Abaxis. Previously, Mr. Taylor served for more than 20 years in equity research at various Wall Street firms including CL King & Associates, UBS, and Smith Barney.

ShootProof [ATLANTA] announced the appointment of Lisa Hyde as its chief financial officer. Hyde joins ShootProof from Bluefin. During nearly four years with the company, she held roles of SVP of Operations and VP of Financial Planning and Control. Prior to Bluefin, Hyde served as SVP of Finance and Accounting at Veracity Payment Solutions and previously held executive finance and operations positions at Elavon.

Kelly Savoca

Sheppard Pratt Health System [BALTIMORE] announced the appointment of Kelly Savoca as its new vice president and chief financial officer. Savoca has developed her career at Sheppard Pratt over the last 16 years, serving as a controller and financial analyst before taking the role of CFO. Previously, Savoca worked in wealth management and accounting at Legg Mason.

insitro [SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO] announced Mary M. Rozenman, Ph.D., has joined as the company’s chief financial officer and chief business officer. Prior to joining the insitro team, she served as the senior vice president of corporate development and strategy at Aimmune Therapeutics. Before Aimmune, Dr. Rozenman was a vice president at Longitude Capital, where she focused on biotechnology investments and participated in multiple therapeutics investments and boards of directors, including observing on Aimmune’s board. Dr. Rozenman was also previously a junior partner at McKinsey & Company, focused on pharmaceuticals and corporate finance. Her scientific work has been published in premier scientific journals, and she is a named inventor on several patents.

American Oncology Network, LLC (AON) [Fort Myers, FLA.] has named Nathan H. Walcker as Chief Financial Officer. Prior to joining AON, Walcker was a member of Bank of America Merrill Lynch’s healthcare investment banking group.

Rodin Therapeutics [BOSTON] announced the appointment of Ajim Tamboli as chief financial officer. Tamboli comes to Rodin from Asymmetry Capital Management where he was focused on life sciences investing. He previously was a partner at Endurant Capital Management, which he co-founded and spun out from Columbia Management. Earlier in his career, Tamboli led coverage of multiple biopharma companies and executed dozens of IPOs and follow-on offerings as an equity analyst at Lehman Brothers. He also worked as a biotech and healthcare analyst at Credit Suisse and Lazard Freres.

BioVentrix, Inc. [SAN RAMON, Calif.] announced the appointment of William Abbott as Chief Financial Officer. Abbott has been a CFO for 15 years for companies such as Hancock Jaffe, Apollo Medical, and Cardiogenesis, and prior to that served in various VP of Finance/Accounting roles for another 15 years.

ZOOM+Care [PORTLAND, Ore.] announced that Kyle Dean has joined the company as Chief Financial Officer. Dean previously held the position of Chief Financial Officer at the Portland Bottling Company.

Vectrus, Inc. [COLORADO SPRINGS, Colo.] (NYSE: VEC) announced that Susan Lynch has been appointed senior vice president and chief financial officer.  Lynch was most recently executive vice president and chief financial officer for Sungard Availability Services (Sungard AS). Before joining Sungard AS, Lynch was executive vice president and chief financial officer for Hitachi Data Systems (now Hitachi Vantara). Prior to Hitachi Data Systems, Lynch served as vice president and chief financial officer for Raytheon Technical Services Company. Prior to Raytheon, she held a broad range of senior management roles at Honeywell International including Assistant Corporate Controller, Global Business Services; Director of Business, Analysis and Planning; and CFO for the Latin American region.

Allegheny Technologies Incorporated [PITTSBURGH] (NYSE: ATI) announced that Patrick J. DeCourcy, who has served as the Company’s Senior Vice President, Finance and Chief Financial Officer since 2013, intends to retire on March 31, 2020.

DiamondRock Hospitality Company [BETHESDA, Md.] (NYSE: DRH) announced the appointment of Jeffrey J. Donnelly as Executive Vice President & Chief Financial Officer effective August 19, 2019. Prior to joining the Company, Mr. Donnelly was the Managing Director of Equity Research at Wells Fargo Securities. Prior to Wells Fargo, Mr. Donnelly was Assistant Vice President at AEW Capital Management.

Aprea Therapeutics [BOSTON and STOCKHOLM] announced the appointment of Scott Coiante as Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer. Scott Coiante joins Aprea from Agile Therapeutics, where he was Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer.  Prior to joining Agile, he was from 2002 Vice President of Finance and Treasurer at Medarex, Inc.

Sonic Foundry [MADISON, Wisconsin] announced Chief Financial Officer Ken Minor will retire effective Oct. 1 after 22 years with the company. Minor will continue to serve as a consultant for Sonic Foundry as Interim Chief Financial Officer until a transition of his duties are complete and will continue as a Senior Financial Advisor through Sept. 30, 2020.

ReShape Lifesciences Inc. [SAN CLEMENTE, CA] (OTCQB: RSLS) announced Scott Youngstrom will resign as Chief Financial Officer effective October 1, 2019.

John P. Hart

Promises Behavioral Health [NASHVILLE, Tenn.] announced that John P. Hart has joined the Company as Chief Financial Officer. Hart has more than 25 years of experience as a senior financial executive including more than 15 years in the healthcare industry. His previous positions include Senior Vice President, CFO and Treasurer at National Surgical Healthcare and Senior Vice President of Finance at Surgery Partners as well as Corporate Controller and Chief Accounting Officer at NovaMed.

Heavenly Rx Ltd. [FORT LAUDERDALE, FL] announced Bill Wolz as Chief Financial Officer. Prior to joining HeavenlyRx, Bill served as the CFO of Vision Group Holdings, the CFO and Chief Operating Officer of Shoes for Crews, and CFO of Pabst Brewing Company. Bill has also held senior leadership roles with Aon Hewitt, RR Donnelley and AT&T.
