Edgewell Personal Care Company [SHELTON, Conn.] (NYSE: EPC) announced that Daniel J. Sullivan will join the company as Chief Financial Officer, effective April 1, 2019. He will succeed Rod R. Little, who, as previously announced, was appointed President and Chief Executive Officer, effective March 1, 2019. Sullivan most recently served as Chief Financial Officer of Party City. Before that he served as Chief Financial Officer and Executive Vice President of Finance and as a Member of the Executive Board of Ahold USA, Inc., starting in 2010. Previously, Mr. Sullivan worked at Heineken for 12 years in executive finance positions both in the United States and Europe, including serving as Chief Financial Officer, Chief Operating Officer & Senior Vice President – Strategy for Heineken USA. Prior to that, Mr. Sullivan was a controller for Amscan Inc. Mr. Sullivan started his career at KPMG.
Tupperware Brands Corporation [ORLANDO, Fla.] (NYSE: TUP) announced the appointment of Cassandra “Sandra” Harris, formerly of VF Corporation, as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer effective April 1, 2019. Harris succeeds Michael “Mike” Poteshman, who recently announced his retirement after a 25-year career with the Company, and who will remain until March 31, 2019 and provide consulting services through September 30, 2019 to ensure an orderly transition. Throughout Harris’ tenure at VF Corporation she held various positions of increasing responsibility including global Vice President and Chief Information Officer. Prior to this role, she served as Chief Financial Officer in the Direct to Consumer and Global Supply Chain divisions. She previously spent more than 10 years at Wilsonart International, Inc., where following a series of accounting roles, she served as the company’s Group Controller. Harris began her career at Deloitte & Touche, LLP.
NASA [HUNTSVILLE, Ala.] announced the appointment of Rhega Gordon to the Senior Executive Service position of center chief financial officer for NASA’s Marshall Space Flight Center in Huntsville, Alabama. Prior to her appointment, Gordon served as deputy center CFO since July 2013 and as acting center CFO since the retirement of Marshall CFO William Hicks in January. Previously, Gordon was manager of the Planning and Control Office in Marshall’s Flight Programs and Partnerships Office and manager of the Science and Mission Systems Program Planning and Control Office. She managed the Instrument & Payload Systems Department Resources Group, part of Marshall’s Engineering Directorate; and she was also manager of the Engineering Directorate’s Payload and Technology Business Office and Space Systems Payloads and Project Offices. Gordon was appointed team lead in Marshall’s Flight Projects Directorate after beginning her NASA career in 1991 as an engineer in Marshall’s Ground Systems Department of the Mission Operations Laboratory.
Clear Channel Outdoor Holdings, Inc. [SAN ANTONIO & NEW YORK] (NYSE: CCO), a subsidiary of iHeartMedia, Inc. announced that Brian Coleman will become Chief Financial Officer of Clear Channel Outdoor Holdings, Inc. (CCOH) when the company becomes a standalone public company upon iHeartMedia’s emergence from its previously announced restructuring process. Coleman currently serves as Senior Vice President and Treasurer of iHeartMedia, Inc.
Sidecar [PHILADELPHIA] named Saroosh Ahmed the company’s Chief Financial Officer. Before joining Sidecar, Ahmed was Senior Vice President of Finance for Datapipe. Prior to Datapipe, Ahmed held senior finance positions at Time Warner Cable (later acquired by Spectrum). Ahmed also spent 10 years in finance, operations, and M&A leadership roles at RCN. His experience culminated in his position as Vice President and General Manager of the company’s largest business division.

Scott Graham
Israel Discount Bank of New York [New York] announced that Scott Graham has been named Chief Financial Officer. Most recently, he served as Head of Strategy at Barclays Private Bank and has held key leadership roles, including Chief Operating Officer, Chief Strategy Officer and Chief Financial Officer for Wealth and Private Banking. Prior to Barclays, he served as CFO and COO at JPMorgan & Chase US Private Bank and CFO at both Citi North America Private Bank and Citi EMEA Private Bank.
MeriCal, LLC [ANAHEIM, Calif.] announced the appointment of Michael Smith as their new Chief Financial Officer. Smith previously worked as the Chief Financial Officer at National Pasteurized Eggs, and led the sale of the company to Post Holdings, Inc. Smith has also worked at Smithbucklin Corporation, Thermo Fisher Scientific, Mesirow Financial and Deloitte.
Bristow Group Inc. [HOUSTON] (NYSE: BRS) announced that L. Don Miller has been promoted to President and Chief Executive Officer from his role as Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer. Brian Allman has been promoted and will replace Miller as Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer. Allman was previously Vice President and Chief Accounting Officer for Bristow, and will continue as Bristow’s Chief Accounting Officer. Allman joined Bristow in 2006 as Director of Financial Reporting.
Connection (PC Connection, Inc.) [MERRIMACK, N.H.] (NASDAQ: CNXN) announced that Thomas C. Baker has joined the Company as Senior Vice President, Chief Financial Officer, and Treasurer. Prior to joining Connection, Mr. Baker served as Corporate Vice President and Chief Financial Officer for the New Markets and Service Group at Applied Materials, Inc. since 2013. He previously served as Vice President of finance for Varian Semiconductor Equipment Associates from 2006 to 2013, and led the finance integration following the acquisition of Varian Semiconductor of Applied Materials in 2011. Mr. Baker launched his career as a public accountant with Price Waterhouse.
The Doe Run Company [ST. LOUIS] announced that Gary Mard has been promoted to vice president – finance and chief financial officer, succeeding Terry Fox who recently retired.
Genocea Biosciences, Inc. [CAMBRIDGE, Mass.] (NASDAQ: GNCA) announced the appointment of a new Chief Financial Officer, Diantha Duvall. Ms. Duvall joins Genocea from Bioverativ, Inc., where she served as Vice President, Controller and Chief Accounting Officer since the company’s spin out from Biogen, where she had served as U.S. and then Global Commercial Controller. Prior to Biogen, Ms. Duvall held a variety of financial and accounting positions at Merck and Co. and PricewaterhouseCoopers.
Verana Health [SAN FRANCISCO] announced the appointment of Marie-Eve Piche as Chief Financial Officer. Marie-Eve Piche is Chief Financial Officer at Verana Health. Prior to joining Verana, Piche was the CFO of Pymetrics. Prior to this, Piche spent five years at AppNexus as the Vice President of Financial Planning and Analysis. Piche started her professional career at General Electric where she spent 11 years holding several key financial roles. This included Head of Finance for NBC Sports and Senior Director for Telemundo. She was selected for the leadership program at GE Industrial and GE Capital.
Brighthouse Financial, Inc. [CHARLOTTE, N.C.] (NASDAQ: BHF) announced that the Company and Anant Bhalla, chief financial officer, have decided to part ways amicably, effective March 14, 2019. Conor Murphy, chief operating officer, was appointed to serve as interim chief financial officer. Prior to joining Brighthouse Financial in 2017, Murphy was the chief financial officer for MetLife, Inc.’s (“MetLife”) Latin America region. He also served as head of investor relations for MetLife, as chief financial officer for MetLife’s Europe, the Middle East and Africa (EMEA) region, and as chief financial officer for MetLife’s Investments organization. Murphy joined MetLife from PwC and began his career at Grant Thornton LLP.
Trinseo [BERWYN, Pa.] (NYSE: TSE) announced that Barry J. Niziolek, Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer, has announced his plans to retire around mid-year 2019.
Gateway Mortgage Group [JENKS, Okla.] announced Christopher Treece as Chief Financial Officer. Previously, Treece was the Chief Financial Officer for Guaranty Bancorp in Denver, Colo. which was sold to Independent Bank Group in 2018.
RecVue, Inc. [PALO ALTO, Calif.] announced that Steve Lance has joined the company as Chief Financial Officer. Previously, Steve was CFO at Cloud Lending Solutions, which was acquired by Q2ebanking, as well as Giga-tronics and SugarCRM.
Hylan [HOLMDEL, N.J.] announced the appointment of Scott Gindea as new Chief Financial Officer for Hylan. Gindea succeeds Luke McKinnon, who has served as Hylan’s CFO for the last two years.

Grant Newmyer
Vology [CLEARWATER, Fla.] announced the appointment of Grant Newmyer as Chief Financial Officer (CFO). Newmyer joins Vology from iQor, where he served as Senior Vice President–Global Controller since 2014. Previously, Newmyer was Group Financial Officer at First Advantage. Before then, he last served as Vice President of Finance at Sara Lee Corp. and formerly held several other finance management roles for a combined 11 years.
CBB Bancorp, Inc. [LOS ANGELES] (OTCQB: CBBI), the parent company of Commonwealth Business Bank, announced that Long T. Huynh has been hired as EVP and Chief Financial Officer. Huynh started his career in public accounting and went on to become the Chief Financial Officer of several community banks. He most recently served as Chief Financial Officer of Pacific Commerce Bancorp, which was acquired by First Choice Bancorp (NASDAQ – FCBP).
JND Legal Administration [SEATTLE] appointed Flora Bian as chief financial officer. Bian previously served as CFO at multinational creative and digital marketing agencies within the WPP and Omnicom global networks. Earlier in her career, she worked in various financial management positions within the insurance, telecommunication and banking industries.
CCRM (Colorado Center for Reproductive Medicine) [DENVER] announced the appointment of R.P. Dickerson as chief financial officer (CFO). Prior to joining CCRM, Dickerson was the CFO for MD Now Urgent Care.
Personal Genome Diagnostics Inc. [BALTIMORE] announced that Jack Crowley has joined the company as Chief Financial Officer. Crowley most recently served as CFO at Lantheus Medical Imaging Inc. Crowley’s prior roles at the company included Chief Accounting Offer, Vice President of Finance, and Global Corporate Controller. Before joining Lantheus, Mr. Crowley served as Director of Finance and Assistant Corporate Controller of Biogen Idec, the Director of Accounting at Thermo Fischer Scientific, and a Senior Manager in the Audit practice of PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP.
Spin Memory, Inc. [FREMONT, Calif.] announced the appointment of Antoine Bruyns as the company’s first chief financial officer. Previously, Antoine was a consultant at Bain & Co and an investment banker for J.P. Morgan.
Atreca, Inc. [REDWOOD CITY, Calif.] announced the retirement of Susan Berland, Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer (CFO), and the appointment of Herb Cross as her successor. Before joining Atreca, Cross was the first CFO at ARMO BioSciences. Prior to this, he was the CFO at Balance Therapeutics. Previously, Mr. Cross was CFO and interim Chief Executive Officer at KaloBios Pharmaceuticals. He also served as CFO at Affymax. Earlier in his career, Mr. Cross was Vice President, Finance at Facet Biotech Corporation, a spin-off of PDL BioPharma, where he was Executive Director, Finance and Corporate Controller. Mr. Cross was also the Vice President of Finance for Neoforma and began his career at Arthur Andersen, LLP.
Karyopharm Therapeutics Inc. [NEWTON, Mass.] (NASDSAQ: KPTI) announced the appointment of Michael P. Mason as Senior Vice President, Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer. Most recently, he served as Vice President of Finance and Treasurer at Alnylam Pharmaceuticals, Inc. Prior to spending over 13 years at Alnylam in a progression of finance roles, Mr. Mason was Corporate Controller at Praecis Pharmaceuticals and previously worked in the audit practice at KPMG LLP.
Iconix Brand Group, Inc. [NEW YORK] (NASDAQ: ICON) announced that John T. McClain has been appointed Chief Financial Officer. From 2007 until 2014, Mr. McClain was CFO at Jones Apparel Group. He has also held senior finance roles at Lindblad Expedition Holdings, Inc., Avis Budget Group, Inc., formerly Cendant Corporation, Sirius Satellite Radio Inc. and ITT Corporation. Mr. McClain is currently a member of the board of directors for Lands’ End, Inc. and Seritage Growth Properties.
Lumina [TAMPA, Fla.] announced that Albert Narvades has joined the company as chief financial officer. Narvades most recently served as chief financial officer at Jagged Peak. Prior to that he served as controller for BP’s alternative energy group/biofuels in Tampa. Before joining BP, Narvades held a variety of roles with Walter Energy, Inc. (formerly Walter Industries) and its spin-off Walter Investment, including serving as vice president of finance, capital markets focused on structured finance transactions related to securitizations. Narvades began his career with Ernst & Young in 1994 and served in various roles including Audit Manager.
Douglas Emmett, Inc. [SANTA MONICA, Calif.] (NYSE: DEI) announced that Peter Seymour is replacing Mona Gisler as the Chief Financial Officer of Douglas Emmett, Inc. Gisler will continue to serve as Douglas Emmett’s Chief Accounting Officer. Seymour joined Douglas Emmett in 2017 as its Chief Strategic Officer. Before joining Douglas Emmett, Mr. Seymour spent 20 years at The Walt Disney Company, where he had served as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of the Disney-ABC Television Group.
