Badger Meter, Inc. [MILWAUKEE] (NYSE: BMI) announced that Richard E. Johnson will retire effective early April 2019. Johnson will be succeeded as the company’s Vice President-Finance, Chief Financial Officer (CFO) and Treasurer by Robert A. Wrocklage effective January 1, 2019. Johnson will stay on as Senior Vice President-Administration, continuing to assist in the transition before retiring. Wrocklage joined Badger Meter in August 2018 as Vice President-Finance and has been working alongside Johnson and the entire leadership team. Prior to joining Badger Meter, Wrocklage spent 10 years with Actuant Corporation, holding various corporate and business unit financial leadership roles, most recently as Vice President-Corporate Controller and Chief Accounting Officer.
Halfaker and Associates, LLC [ARLINGTON, Va.] announced the appointment of Ron LeClere as Chief Financial Officer. Prior to joining Halfaker, Ron served as the Vice President of Finance for Vangent Inc. After Vangent’s acquisition in 2011 by General Dynamics Information Technology (GDIT) – Ron went on to oversee FP&A, as a Vice President of Finance, for GDIT’s largest services division, the Health and Civilian Solutions Division (HCSD).
Southcross Energy Partners, L.P. [DALLAS, Texas] (NYSE: SXE) announced the appointment of Michael B. Howe as Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Southcross Energy Partners GP, LLC, the general partner of Southcross, effective January 4, 2019. Mr. Howe succeeds Bret M. Allan, who notified the Partnership that he had accepted a position with another company on December 14, 2018, and accordingly, was resigning from Southcross effective January 4, 2019. Mr. Howe joins Southcross having served most recently as Chief Financial Officer of the Medical Benevolence Foundation. Prior to this, Mr. Howe was vice-president of several departments at Ensco PLC. Prior to joining Ensco, Mr. Howe served as Assistant Treasurer for Devon Energy Corporation and as a Commercial Director at Enron Corporation.
Flotek Industries, Inc. [HOUSTON] (NYSE: FTK) announced Elizabeth T. Wilkinson has been appointed as Chief Financial Officer (CFO) of Flotek Industries. Wilkinson joins the Company from RGP, a publicly traded, global consulting firm, where she served as managing consultant, where she served as interim CFO, interim treasurer and in key financial reporting roles leading companies through significant accounting and finance transitions. Prior to her role at RGP, Wilkinson was CFO of Xtreme Drilling and Coil. Additionally, she has served in financial and treasury leadership roles at Kerr-McGee Corporation, Eagle Rock Energy Partners, LP and GlobalSantaFe Corporation.
iCAD, Inc. [NASHUA, N.H.] (NASDAQ: ICAD) announced that Richard Christopher, Executive Vice President, Chief Financial Officer, is resigning from the Company to pursue another career opportunity, effective January 11, 2019. The company also announced the appointment of R. Scott Areglado, Vice President and Corporate Controller, to the position of interim Chief Financial Officer. Mr. Areglado has served as Vice President and Corporate Controller since May 2011, and previously held the role of interim Chief Financial Officer from September 2016 to November 2016, prior to the appointment of Mr. Christopher in November 2016. From 2005 to 2010, Mr. Areglado served as Vice President and Controller at AMICAS, Inc.
Public Storage [GLENDALE, Calif.] (NYSE: PSA) announced that Tom Boyle will commence serving as Chief Financial Officer of the company on January 1, 2019. Mr. Boyle has served as Chief Financial Officer, Operations since 2016 after working with Public Storage as an investment banker at Morgan Stanley for over a decade. John Reyes, the company’s Chief Financial Officer since 1996 and officer since 1990, will join the Board.
Jade Global [SAN JOSE, Calif.] announced that Rama Karanam has joined Jade Global as Chief Financial Officer (CFO). Rama has experience working for Big Four Accounting firms and as CFO for publicly traded companies.
