Partnerize [SAN FRANCISCO] announced that it hired Mike Lemberg as Chief Financial Officer. Lemberg joined Partnerize after four years at ServiceSource International. Before ServiceSource, Mike’s experience included being the CFO of EcoSmart Technologies, and the VP Corporate Development and Treasurer at Arbinet. He has held numerous other CFO and senior finance positions at growth stage and technology companies.
AmerisourceBergen Corporation [Chesterbrook, PA] announced that Tim G. Guttman retired as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer and the appointment of James F. Cleary, Jr. as his successor became effective. Mr. Cleary has served as an Executive Vice President since joining the Company in March 2015. Prior to becoming Chief Financial Officer on November 9, 2018, he served as Group President, Global Commercialization Services & Animal Health from June 2017 to November 2018, and as President, MWI Veterinary Supply from March 2015 to June 2017. Prior to joining the Company, Mr. Cleary was President and Chief Executive Officer of MWI Veterinary Supply, Inc. from June 2002.
Halliburton Company [HOUSTON] (NYSE: HAL) announced that Lance Loeffler, previously vice president of Investor Relations, has been promoted to Chief Financial Officer. Chris Weber is leaving the company to pursue other opportunities. Mr. Loeffler joined Halliburton in 2014. He served as vice president of Corporate Development for two years before assuming leadership of Investor Relations. Before joining Halliburton, he held director positions at Deutsche Bank Securities, Inc. and UBS Investment Bank where he focused on the firms’ oil and gas clients.

Christopher J. Eperjesy
Cooper Tire & Rubber Company [FINDLAY, Ohio] (NYSE: CTB) announced that Christopher J. Eperjesy will join the company as Senior Vice President & Chief Financial Officer effective Dec. 10. Eperjesy will succeed Ginger M. Jones, who as previously announced, is retiring. Eperjesy joins Cooper from The IMAGINE Group (formerly Imagine! Print Solutions), where he served as Chief Financial Officer. Prior to that role, Eperjesy was Chief Financial Officer for Arctic Cat, Inc., and served as Chief Financial Officer for more than a decade with Twin Disc, Inc. Earlier in his career, Eperjesy held finance leadership positions with Kmart Corporation and Chrysler Corporation/DaimlerChrysler AG. He began his career in public accounting with Coopers & Lybrand, LLP.
Actian [PALO ALTO, Calif.] announced the appointment of Lewis Black as Chief Financial Officer (CFO). Prior to joining Actian, Black was the General Manager of Nexmo. He has finance and operational leadership experience working with past companies such as AT&T, Lucent Technologies, Avaya and Citrix.
Tidewater Inc. [HOUSTON] (NYSE: TDW) announced that Quinn P. Fanning has stepped down from his position as Tidewater’s Chief Financial Officer. Tidewater’s board of directors has appointed Quintin V. Kneen, who served as President and Chief Executive Officer of GulfMark prior to the recent business combination, as Tidewater’s Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer.

Sydney Carey
Sumo Logic [REDWOOD CITY, Calif.] announced that Sydney Carey, most recently chief financial officer (CFO) of Duo Security, joined Sumo Logic as CFO. Prior to Duo Security, Carey served as CFO of Apttus, Zscaler, MongoDB and TIBCO.
Schrödinger [NEW YORK] announced the appointment of Joel Lebowitz as chief financial officer. Before joining Schrödinger, Mr. Lebowitz spent much of his career at Merck, serving most recently as global finance lead, project management.
Cactus, Inc. [HOUSTON] (NYSE: WHD) announced that the Company has appointed Stephen Tadlock, who has served as the Company’s Vice President and Chief Administrative Officer, to the position of Vice President and Chief Financial Officer, effective March 15, 2019. Brian Small, the current Chief Financial Officer, will remain with the Company and transition full-time to a new role as Senior Finance Director. Mr. Tadlock was appointed Vice President and Chief Administrative Officer of Cactus in March 2018. He joined the Company in June 2017 as Vice President of Corporate Services. He worked with Cactus Wellhead, LLC, the operating subsidiary of Cactus, since its founding in 2011 as a Board observer on behalf of Cadent Energy Partners. Mr. Tadlock previously worked at Cadent Energy Partners LLC from 2007 to 2017, where he most recently served as a Partner from 2014 to 2017. Prior to joining Cadent Energy Partners LLC, Mr. Tadlock was a consultant to Cairn Capital. Previously he was Associate to the CEO of SoundView. Mr. Tadlock began his career as an analyst at UBS Investment Bank in New York, New York.
Cancer Genetics [RUTHERFORD, N.J.] (NASDAQ: CGIX) announced the appointment of Glenn Miles as Chief Financial Officer, effective November 26, 2018. Miles has been a contractor with Cancer Genetics since July 13, 2018. Prior to joining Cancer Genetics, Glenn served as President and CFO of Catalytic Consulting LLC. Previously, he was Biopharma Controller for Europe, Latin America and U.S. oncology at Pfizer. Prior to joining Pfizer, he held various senior-level finance positions at Lehman Brothers and AT&T Mobility. He began his career as a public accountant at Grant Thornton.

Christine Komola
Vets First Choice [PORTLAND, Maine] announced the appointment of Christine Komola as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer. Komola joined the company from Staples after approximately two decades of service, where she most recently served as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer.
EQUITYMULTIPLE [NEW YORK] announced the hiring of Brett Klein as Chief Financial Officer. Prior to EQUITYMULTIPLE, Mr. Klein was a key senior member of Colony Northstar. He served as Managing Director and Head of Alternative Products, as well as Chief Operating Officer for four public, non-traded companies and as a member of the investment committee for seven public, non-traded companies.
Cybereason [BOSTON] hired Russell Stein as Chief Financial Officer. Stein was most recently at Intellectual Ventures where he worked for more than eight years as Executive Vice President, Corporate Development & Investments and Chief Financial Officer. Previously, he spent 15 years at Merrill Lynch in a variety of roles, including CEO of Merrill Lynch Bank, Managing Director, Head of Global Corporate Finance (Investment Banking Division) and Global Treasurer.
Lifesize [AUSTIN, Texas] announced the appointment of Matt Hibbard as chief financial officer. Hibbard brings experience in financial leadership roles from companies such as Distil Networks, Xoom, OpenTable and Ernst & Young.
Millendo Therapeutics, Inc. [ANN ARBOR, Mich.] announced the appointment of Louis Arcudi III as Chief Financial Officer. Until recently, he served as Senior Vice President of Operations and Chief Financial Officer at Idera Pharmaceuticals. Prior to Idera, he served as Vice President of Finance and Administration for Peptimmune, Inc. Before his time at Peptimmune, Mr. Arcudi served as Senior Director of Finance and Administration at Genzyme Molecular Oncology Corporation, after serving as Director of International Finance and Commercial Operations at Genzyme Corporation from 1998–2000. Earlier in his career, he held finance positions with increasing levels of responsibility at Cognex Corporation, Millipore Corporation and General Motors Corporation.
CURE Pharmaceutical [OXNARD, Calif.] (OTC: CURR) announced it has tapped Alex Katz to be the company’s Chief Financial Officer. Recently, he served as a managing partner for ff Venture Capital and Differential Venture Partners.

Dain Parkinson
Nexus [MINNEAPOLIS] selected Dain Parkinson as Chief Financial Officer (CFO). Parkinson’s former experience includes CVS, United Health Group, Honeywell, and Morgan Stanley. Before joining Nexus, he served as CFO of Merwin Long Term Care.
Frederick Wildman and Sons [NEW YORK] hired Zaarath Prokop as its new Chief Financial Officer. Ms. Prokop served as director of revenue management at William Grant & Sons, finance director for Disaronno USA and in several commercial finance positions with Remy Cointreau USA. She has held multiple professional finance roles before joining the wine and spirits industry, including with Ford Motor Company.
Flexport [SAN FRANCISCO] announced the addition of Sudhanshu Priyadarshi as Chief Financial Officer. Most recently, he was Vice President of Finance for Walmart U.S. eCommerce, driving all retail finance operations for Walmart.com, Hayneedle.com, Shoes.com, Moosejaw.com, Vudu.com, Store No. 8, and Walmart’s partnership with Google. Before Walmart, he was the Global Chief Operating Officer of Cipla and Chief Financial Officer of PepsiCo’s Global Nutrition Platforms and Global R&D.
Recall Studios, Inc. [New York, NY] (OTCQB: BTOP) announced it appointed Anand Gupta, as Recall’s Chief Financial Officer. During his career within the media and entertainment industry, Mr. Gupta has served as the Executive Vice President, Finance and Business Operations at Al Jazeera America; as Vice-President, Business Planning and Operations at HBO; as Vice-President, Financial Planning at Warner Bros.; and as the Head of Finance and Business Development at Eidos Interactive.
Bonanza Creek Energy, Inc. [DENVER] (NYSE: BCEI) announced the hiring of Brant H. DeMuth as Chief Financial Officer. He will be assuming the role of principal financial officer from Scott A. Fenoglio, who has served as the Company’s principal financial officer since August 2017. Mr. DeMuth previously served as Vice President of Finance and Treasurer at SRC Energy Inc. from October 2014 until November 2018. Prior to joining SRC Energy, Mr. DeMuth served as Interim Chief Financial Officer of DJ Resources, LLC from August 2013 to September 2014 and as Executive Vice President of Strategy and Corporate Development of Gevo, Inc. from June 2011 to May 2013.
Procare Software [MEDFORD, Ore.] announced the appointment of Marc Arseneau as Chief Financial Officer. Most recently he was the Chief Financial Officer for Oildex, culminating in the successful sale of the company to DrillingInfo, LLC. Prior to Oildex, Marc has held a variety of senior financial positions at industry leading companies like TeleTech, TriZetto, Microsoft and Cap Gemini.
Bovie Medical Corporation [CLEARWATER, Fla.] (NYSE: BVX) announced that Jay D. Ewers, Chief Financial Officer, Treasurer and Secretary, intends to retire.

Andrew Vollero
Allied Universal [SANTA ANA, Calif.] named Andrew Vollero its new Chief Financial Officer. Vollero will replace Bill Torzolini, who will retire in 2019, after serving 15 years in the role. Most notably, Vollero spent 15 years at Mattel, where he was a division CFO and later Senior Vice President of Corporate Development, Strategy, and Investor Relations. Following his tenure at Mattel, Vollero became the first CFO of Snap (formerly Snapchat). In the early stages of his career, he held senior posts at PepsiCo and later Yum Brand’s Taco Bell division, including Controller.
SPINS [CHICAGO] announced Bill Razzino has been appointed Chief Financial Officer. Prior to joining SPINS, Razzino was most recently the Chief Financial Officer of Cheetah Digital. Previously, Razzino has also held a variety of senior finance leadership roles at companies such as CareerBuilder, Tribune Company, Leo Burnett and PricewaterhouseCoopers.
Madwire LLC [FORT COLLINS, Colo.] announced that Matt Bryson joined as Chief Financial Officer. Matt Bryson assumes the Chief Financial Officer role from Joe Kellogg, Madwire’s Co-Founder, Co-Chief Executive Officer, and previous Chief Financial Officer. Joe will continue to serve as Madwire’s Co-Chief Executive Officer, the position he has held since founding the company with son, JB Kellogg, in 2009. Bryson joins Madwire from Copley Equity Partners, a private investment firm, where he served as a Principal since 2017 and Vice President since 2013. Prior to his career with Copley Equity Partners, Bryson held various positions in finance and leadership at WilmerHale LLP and Fidelity Investments.
PCTEL, Inc. [BLOOMINGDALE, Ill.] (NASDAQ: PCTI) announced the appointment of Kevin McGowan as Vice President and Chief Financial Officer effective December 1, 2018. McGowan joined the Company in 2005, and has served as Vice President, Finance and Corporate Controller since 2010. Prior to joining the Company, Mr. McGowan commenced his career as an auditor for Arthur Anderson for four years and served in various finance and controller roles for a manufacturer of communications network hardware for twelve years.
Tenneco Inc. [LAKE FOREST, Ill.] (NYSE: TEN) announced the appointment of Ron Hundzinski as Executive Vice President of Finance, effective January 1, 2019. Upon completion of all required steps and related board approvals to spin off the new aftermarket ride performance company (the “SpinCo”) in 2019, it is expected that Hundzinski will serve as the Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Tenneco. Hundzinski recently announced his retirement as Chief Financial Officer for BorgWarner Inc. effective December 31, 2018. Hundzinski has served as Chief Financial Officer and Executive Vice President of BorgWarner Inc. since 2012. During his 13-year career with BorgWarner, he held a range of finance leadership positions including treasurer, principal accounting officer, and vice president of finance for the BorgWarner Turbo Systems business. Prior to joining BorgWarner, Hundzinski held leadership positions in finance at Emerson Electric, GKN and Meridian Automotive. He has been an Independent Director of Gentherm Incorporated since 2016. Jason Hollar will continue to serve as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Tenneco until the spinoff and is expected to serve as the Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of the SpinCo.
MediXall Group Inc. [Fort Lauderdale, FL] (OTCQB: MDXL) announced the appointment of Kuldeep Hajela as CFO of MediXall.com. Most recently, Mr. Hajela was Chief Financial Officer of NationsHearing. Prior to his role at NationsHearing, Mr. Hajela served as Chief Financial Officer of MDLive. Previously, Mr. Hajela served as CFO & COO of MTI America. In addition, Mr. Hajela previously served as CFO and Senior Vice-President of Liberty Medical Supply.
MedMen Enterprises Inc. [LOS ANGELES] (CSE: MMEN, OTCQX: MMNFF) announced that Chief Financial Officer James Parker resigned, and that Jim Miller, the Company’s vice president of accounting, has been appointed interim chief financial officer until Parker’s successor is named. Steven Coniglio
Harbor Compliance [LANCASTER, PA.] announced the appointment of Steven J. Coniglio as Chief Financial Officer. Coniglio began his career with PricewaterhouseCoopers, followed by more than two decades with Administrators for the Professions (AFP).
The Children’s Place, Inc. [Secaucus, New Jersey] appointed Michael Scarpa, Chief Operating Officer and Chief Financial Officer of the Company, as the Company’s Principal Financial Officer. Mr. Scarpa joined the Company in November 2012 as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer and has served as the Company’s Chief Operating Officer and/or Chief Financial Officer for the last six years, most recently as Chief Operating Officer. In November 2018, Mr. Scarpa reassumed his former duties as the Company’s Chief Financial Officer, in addition to his responsibilities as Chief Operating Officer. Prior to joining the Company, Mr. Scarpa was Chief Operating Officer and Chief Financial Officer of The Talbots, Inc. Previously, Mr. Scarpa spent 25 years with Liz Claiborne, Inc. where he held positions of increasing responsibility, culminating in his appointment as Chief Operating Officer. Mr. Scarpa began his career in financial positions with Maidenform, Inc. and Krementz and Company.
Anadarko Petroleum Corporation [HOUSTON] (NYSE: APC) announced that Benjamin M. Fink, formerly Sr. Vice President, and President and CEO of the general partners of Western Gas Partners, LP and Western Gas Equity Partners, LP (collectively the “Partnerships”), will succeed Bob Gwin in the role of EVP, Finance & CFO. Gwin has been named President. Fink joined Anadarko in 2007 as Vice President of Finance for Anadarko Algeria Company LLC. He most recently served as Sr. Vice President of Finance of Anadarko since February of 2017, as well as President and CEO of the Partnerships. He previously served as Vice President, Finance of Anadarko, as well as Sr. Vice President and CFO of the Partnerships. Prior to joining Anadarko, Fink served as an independent financial consultant to the company in its former Beijing, China, and Rio de Janeiro, Brazil, offices.
ContraFect Corporation [YONKERS, N.Y.] (NASDAQ: CFRX) announced the appointment of Michael Messinger as the Company’s Chief Financial Officer. Mr. Messinger previously served as the Company’s Senior Vice President of Finance. Prior to joining the Company in 2012, Mr. Messinger was Director of Finance at Lexicon Pharmaceuticals. Before that, Mr. Messinger was Controller at Coelacanth Corporation. Previously, he was an auditor at Ernst & Young.
The Parking REIT, Inc. [LAS VEGAS] announced that it appointed J. Kevin Bland to serve as the company’s chief financial officer. Bland previously served in a series of strategic financial roles in the real estate industry, including as chief financial officer of UMTH General Services L.P. and vice president, controller and principal accounting officer for Pizza Inn, Inc.

Mariam Iskandarani
Tweddle Group [CLINTON TOWNSHIP, Mich.] announced the appointment of Mariam Iskandarani as new Chief Financial Officer (CFO). Iskandarani has worked for many leading organizations in several industries—including Tier 1 automotive—such as Johnson Controls, TRW Automotive, Dana Corporation and Aramark. Iskandarani succeeds Dan Titus, who served as Tweddle Group’s CFO for 24 years.
CloudBolt Software, Inc. [ROCKVILLE, Md.] announced the appointment of Steve Scribner as CFO. Over his career, Scribner held key leadership roles including CFO at Force 3, VP Finance and Controller at Metastorm and Sequoia Software.
