Honeywell International Inc. [MORRIS PLAINS, NEW JERSEY] appointed Greg Lewis, as Tom Szlosek’s successor as Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of the Company. Since May 2018, Mr. Lewis has served as the Company’s Vice President, Corporate Finance. From October 2016 to May 2018, Mr. Lewis served as Vice President, Enterprise Information Management. Prior to that, Mr. Lewis served as Vice President and Chief Financial Officer for the Company’s former Automation and Control Solutions business group. Before that, Mr. Lewis served as Chief Financial Officer of Honeywell Process Solutions. Prior to that, Mr. Lewis served as the Company’s Vice President, Business Analysis and Planning. Mr. Lewis began his career at the Company in 2006 as Chief Financial Officer of the former Performance Products business unit. Before joining the Company, Mr. Lewis spent three years in the plastics industry at Tyco International, where he was Vice President of Finance and Chief Financial Officer for the A&E Products division. Prior to that, Mr. Lewis held a number of finance leadership roles at The Stanley Works, including Finance Manager and Global FP&A Manager. Mr. Lewis began his career at Kraft Foods, where he held various operations finance roles, including Plant Controller.
Moody’s Corporation [NEW YORK] (NYSE: MCO) announced that Mark Kaye will join the company on August 20th as Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer. He succeeds Jeffrey Hare as the company’s Principal Financial Officer. Mr. Kaye joins Moody’s from Massachusetts Mutual Life Insurance Company (MassMutual), where he served as Senior Vice President and Head of Financial Planning and Analysis, as well as Chief Financial Officer of MassMutual U.S., the company’s domestic insurance and retirement plan operation. Prior to joining MassMutual in 2015, he held a range of senior finance leadership roles at Voya Financial (formerly ING U.S.) and began his career in the investment banking division of Credit Suisse First Boston. In addition to working in the U.S., Mr. Kaye has had extensive prior work experience in the Asia Pacific region.
Seagate Technology plc [CUPERTINO, Calif.] (NASDAQ: STX) announced that David H. Morton, Jr., executive vice president and chief financial officer at Seagate, will leave the company for a senior finance executive role at another company. Seagate has named Kathryn R. Scolnick interim CFO. Kathryn has been a senior finance executive at Seagate for six years leading the company’s investor relations and treasury operations.

James Anderson
CNA [CHICAGO] announced that James Anderson has assumed the role of Executive Vice President & Chief Financial Officer. Anderson, who most recently served as Senior Vice President and Head of Financial Planning & Analysis and Corporate Development, succeeds D. Craig Mense, who announced his retirement earlier this year. Anderson joined CNA in 2012 and has been a key member of the Finance leadership team since that time. Before joining CNA, Anderson spent nearly a decade in investment banking focused on the insurance industry, ultimately as a Managing Director at Macquarie Capital. That experience followed five years of consulting at Accenture.
Reveneer [WOBURN, MASS.] welcomed Steven Hill as the company’s first Chief Financial Officer. Prior to joining Reveneer, Hill served as the CFO of Zoom Information, Inc. Prior to his tenure with Zoominfo, he served as CFO of three other technology companies.
Lifeway Foods, Inc. [MORTON GROVE, Ill.] (NASDAQ: LWAY) announced that it has appointed Neha Clark as its Chief Financial Officer. Ms. Clark succeeds our interim Chief Financial Officer, Eric Hanson, who will remain with us as our Chief Accounting Officer and Corporate Controller. From 2016 until her appointment as Lifeway’s CFO, Neha was employed by Coveris (recently acquired by TC Transcontinental) as the Chief Transformation Officer of Coveris Americas and, previously, as Chief Financial Officer of Coveris’ North American food and consumer flexible packaging business. Prior to joining Coveris, Neha held increasingly senior positions at Kraft Heinz. From 2011 through 2015, Neha was the Director of Finance for Kraft Heinz’s grocery business unit. From 1999 through 2011, she held senior finance positions in Kraft Heinz’s North American commodities business, its marketing services division, its corporate business analysis group, and other grocery categories.

Michael Heald
IZEA, Inc. [ORLANDO, Fla.] (NASDAQ: IZEA) announced the appointment of Michael Heald as Chief Financial Officer, effective August 15, 2018. Mr. Heald will fill the vacancy left by current CFO LeAnn Hitchcock, who will be resigning from the role as of August 15, 2018. Mr. Heald was with BDO from 1997 to 2017. In 2017, Mr. Heald founded MRH Accounting & Consulting, LLC to provide financial consulting and temporary CFO services to both private and public companies.
Synacor, Inc. [BUFFALO, N.Y.] (NASDAQ: SYNC) announced the appointment of Tim Heasley as Chief Financial Officer. He succeeds Bill Stuart, who will be available to Synacor as a senior advisor. Heasley, who joined Synacor as senior vice president of finance in May 2018, has been chief financial officer of three mid-market companies during his 30-plus-year career as a financial executive. Prior to joining Synacor, Heasley served as CFO of National Oak Distributors, a national wholesale distributor. From 2015 to 2016, he was CFO of Motus Integrated Technologies, a global manufacturer for the automotive industry. He previously was CFO of Kaydon Corp. and served in senior finance roles with Gibraltar Industries, MRC Industrial Group and SPS Technologies. Heasley has also served in progressive financial management positions with a diverse group of leading organizations, including Johnson Controls, TRW and the Carborundum Company.
ClinOne [DENVER] appointed R. Michael Carruthers as chief financial officer. Most recently, Mr. Carruthers served as interim president of Nivalis Therapeutics beginning in January 2017 and CFO and secretary since February 2015. Prior to this, Mr. Carruthers served on Array BioPharma Inc.’s executive team as the CFO. Prior to joining Array, Mr. Carruthers served as CFO of Sievers Instrument Inc. and, before joining Sievers, was the treasurer and controller for the Waukesha division of Dover Corporation.

Seth Molod
Lightstone [NEW YORK] announced the appointment of Seth Molod as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer. Prior to joining Lightstone, Mr. Molod was Chair of Real Estate Services and a member of the Executive Committee at Berdon LLP, where he worked for more than 25 years.
FirstEnergy Corp. [AKRON, Ohio] (NYSE: FE) announced that James Pearson, executive vice president, Finance, have accepted FirstEnergy’s Executive Early Retirement Program. Pearson’s retirement date is not expected to be later than April 1, 2019.
aTyr Pharma, Inc. [SAN DIEGO] (NASDAQ: LIFE) announced that Jill Broadfoot has joined aTyr as Chief Financial Officer. Prior to joining aTyr, from January 2017 to July 2018, Ms. Broadfoot served as Chief Financial Officer of Emerald Health Pharmaceuticals Inc. and Emerald Health Bioceuticals Inc. Prior to Emerald Health, Ms. Broadfoot served as Vice President, U.S. Corporate Controller at GW Pharmaceuticals plc, from May 2016 to January 2017. Prior to joining GW Pharmaceuticals, Ms. Broadfoot served as Chief Financial Officer of Vical Inc., from October 2004 to March 2013. Before joining Vical, Ms. Broadfoot held various positions at DJO Global, Inc., most recently as Vice President of Finance. Ms. Broadfoot also served as an audit manager at Ernst & Young LLP.

Scott Johnson
defi SOLUTIONS [GRAPEVINE, Texas] announced that Scott Johnson has joined as chief financial officer. Johnson held executive positions most recently at CARite and Compuware Corporation.
Ark Restaurants Corp. [NEW YORK] (NASDAQ: ARKR) reported the passing of the Company’s President and Chief Financial Officer, Robert J. Stewart. Bob was elected as Chief Financial Officer in June 2002 and joined the Board of Directors in March 2012. In 2013 he was elected President. Prior to joining Ark, Bob was a Chief Financial Officer and Executive Vice President at Fortis Capital Holdings and held senior financial and audit positions in Skandinaviska Enskilda Banken in their New York, London and Stockholm offices.
Centrexion Therapeutics Corporation [BOSTON] announced that Nick Harvey has been appointed Chief Financial Officer of the company. Mr. Harvey joins Centrexion Therapeutics most recently from Radius Health, where he served as chief financial officer and senior vice president. Prior to that, Mr. Harvey was managing director at Shiprock Capital, and remains a member of the Board. Previously, he held various senior financial management positions with a number of venture-backed companies, including LifetecNet, Transfusion Technologies, Transcend Therapeutics, and Computer Power Group.

Shaunda Clark
AmeriNat® [LAS VEGAS] announced the appointment of Shaunda Clark as its Chief Financial Officer (CFO). Prior to joining AmeriNat, Clark served as CFO of Solarity Credit Union. She also previously served as CFO of Plus Credit Union and as Vice President/Controller at First Security Bank of Nevada.
Roostify [SAN FRANCISCO] announced that Eric Amblard has joined the company as Chief Financial Officer. Amblard comes to Roostify from EverString Technologies, where he also served as CFO. Prior to his role at EverString, Amblard held CFO and finance executive positions with NetBoost, Intel, Ensim, and KXEN.

Robert Fiore
PlusMedia, LLC [DANBURY, Conn.] hired Robert J. Fiore as Chief Financial and Operations Officer. Fiore most recently was CEO and CFO of Private Client Resources.
Agilent Technologies Inc. [SANTA CLARA, Calif.] (NYSE: A) announced that Didier Hirsch, senior vice president and chief financial officer, has decided to retire on Oct 31, 2018. The company has appointed Robert W. McMahon, currently chief financial officer, Hologic, Inc., as his successor. McMahon will join Agilent on August 3, as senior vice president, and will become CFO on Sept. 1, 2018, when Hirsch will step down as CFO. McMahon has been chief financial officer since 2014 for Hologic, Inc. Prior to Hologic, McMahon spent 20 years with Johnson & Johnson, most recently as worldwide vice president of finance and business development for Ortho Clinical Diagnostics, a division of Johnson & Johnson’s Medical Device and Diagnostics Group. Prior to that he held a variety of financial leadership positions within Johnson & Johnson after joining the company in 1993. McMahon began his career with Harris Corporation in Florida.
Hologic, Inc. [MARLBOROUGH, Mass.] (NASDAQ: HOLX) announced that Chief Financial Officer (CFO) Bob McMahon is leaving the Company to become the CFO of Agilent. Company veteran Karleen Oberton, who currently serves as Hologic’s Chief Accounting Officer, has been promoted to CFO. Ms. Oberton joined Hologic in 2006 as Corporate Controller and was promoted to Chief Accounting Officer in 2015. She was appointed to the Company’s new Global Leadership Team in 2017. Before joining Hologic, she served as Senior Corporate Controller of Immunogen from 2004 to 2006. Prior to that, she was a Senior Audit Manager in Ernst & Young’s life science practice and in Arthur Andersen’s high technology practice.
Sapience Analytics [PLANO, Texas] announced that Greg Salcido has been appointed executive vice president and chief financial officer. Prior to Sapience, Salcido spearheaded a management consulting firm. He started his career as an auditor with Arthur Andersen and then moved into strategic finance, focusing on mergers and acquisitions. Salcido has held financial leadership roles with growth-oriented companies, including Dr Pepper Snapple Group, NCH Corporation and J. Hilburn.
FMS Solutions Holdings LLC [BALTIMORE] announced the addition of Matt Short as CFO. He replaces current CFO David Goggin, who is retiring. Mr. Short was most recently with Weight Watchers Australia/New Zealand, which he joined after his time with E&Y in Sydney. Prior to his time in Australia, Matt earned his degree from the University of Florida and was in the Marine Corp Reserves before getting his CPA License and Joining Deloitte in the US.
XPO Logistics [Greenwich, Conn.] (NYSE: XPO) announced that John Hardig will step down as chief financial officer on August 15, 2018. He will remain available to the company in an advisory capacity through September 15, 2018. Sarah Glickman, senior vice president, corporate finance, will assume the role of acting chief financial officer. Glickman’s more than 25 years of senior finance experience include her position as chief financial officer of business services for Novartis, and executive roles with Honeywell International and Bristol-Myers Squibb.

Ben Seto
Ankura [WASHINGTON] announced the appointment of Ben Seto as Chief Financial Officer. Mr. Seto joins Ankura from Avendra, North America’s leading procurement services provider serving hospitality-related industries. With his appointment, Christopher Balsley will be appointed Ankura’s Chief Accounting Officer. Prior to serving as Chief Financial Officer of Avendra, Mr. Seto oversaw country and regional finances for AES Corporation, in a series of senior executive positions. He began his finance career in the consumer products industry, with Haagen-Dazs Company and Philip Morris USA.
TransDigm Group Incorporated [CLEVELAND] (NYSE: TDG) announced the appointment of Mike Lisman as Chief Financial Officer. Mike was most recently Vice President of the TransDigm Mergers and Acquisitions team. Prior to this role, he managed the Air & Fuel Valves business unit at AeroFluid Products, a TransDigm operating company. Before joining TransDigm in 2015, Mike worked in private equity and held positions of increasing responsibility in the New York and London offices of Warburg Pincus and the Washington D.C. office of The Carlyle Group. Prior to that he worked in Morgan Stanley’s investment banking division.
Kura Oncology, Inc. [SAN DIEGO] (NASDAQ: KURA) announced the appointment of Marc Grasso, M.D., as Chief Financial Officer and Chief Business Officer, effective August 21, 2018. Dr. Grasso succeeds Heidi Henson, who served as Kura’s Chief Financial Officer since the company’s inception in August 2014. Dr. Grasso joins Kura from Stifel, where he was Managing Director responsible for building and managing Stifel’s west coast life sciences and biotechnology investment banking business. Before joining Stifel in 2013, Dr. Grasso was Managing Director of Investment Banking in the Global Healthcare Group at UBS, focused on the biotechnology sector. Previously, he was Managing Director of Investment Banking at Leerink Swann, where he was instrumental in the west coast expansion of their franchise. Dr. Grasso joined Leerink from Morgan Stanley, where he served as an Executive Director of Investment Banking in the Global Healthcare Group. Prior to joining Morgan Stanley, he was Vice President of Investment Banking in the Global Healthcare Group of Credit Suisse First Boston. He began his career in investment banking at Deutsche Banc Alex. Brown. Dr. Grasso received his M.D. from The Johns Hopkins University School of Medicine, where he also performed research in molecular oncology.
Aldeyra Therapeutics, Inc. [LEXINGTON, Mass.] (NASDAQ: ALDX) announced the appointment of Joshua Reed as Chief Financial Officer. Mr. Reed will succeed Stephen Tulipano, the Company’s outgoing Chief Financial Officer. Prior to joining Aldeyra, Mr. Reed served as Vice President and Head of Finance for Bristol-Myers Squibb’s (BMS) United States and Puerto Rico operations. Prior to that, Mr. Reed held roles of increasing responsibility at BMS, including positions in financial planning and analysis, supply chain finance, operations finance, and mergers and acquisitions. Prior to that, Mr. Reed was the Vice President, Strategic Business Development at JPMorgan Chase, and held investment banking positions at Credit Suisse First Boston.
Celsius Holdings, Inc. [BOCA RATON, Fla.] (NASDAQ: CELH) announced the hiring of Edwin F. Negron-Carballo as Chief Financial Officer. This addition to the leadership relieves CEO John Fieldly of his additional duties as Chief Financial Officer; a position which he held for his first six years with Celsius Holdings, Inc. Negron-Carballo’s career spans decades of senior financial management experience in major companies such as: Concurrent Manufacturing Solutions, Sodexo, S.A., Tyco Healthcare-Latin America, Energizer Battery, Frito-Lay and KPMG.
Lee Enterprises [DAVENPORT, Iowa] (NYSE: LEE) has selected Corporate Controller Timothy R. Millage as vice president, chief financial officer and treasurer. Millage succeeds Ron Mayo, who resigned in June of this year. Millage joined Lee in 2010 as assistant corporate controller. He was named the company‘s corporate controller in 2012.
EyePoint Pharmaceuticals, Inc. [WATERTOWN, Mass.] (NASDAQ: EYPT) announced the appointment of David Price as Chief Financial Officer. Price most recently served as Chief Financial Officer of Concordia International Corporation. Prior to Concordia, he was the Chief Financial Officer at Bioventus. In addition, Mr. Price served as Chief Financial Officer of Cornerstone Therapeutics Inc. Mr. Price also served as Chief Financial Officer of EDGAR Online, Inc.
Freshworks [SAN BRUNO, Calif.] hired former AppDynamics Vice President of Finance & Treasury Suresh Seshadri as its chief financial officer.
