Ananth Avva
Lastline Inc. [REDWOOD CITY, CA] announced Ananth Avva as the company’s new Chief Financial Officer (CFO) and Head of Business Operations. Prior to joining Lastline he served as COO and CFO for Wrike. Previously he held senior positions at LiveOps, Google, Voyant Advisors, and KPMG.
Matheson Trucking, Inc. [SACRAMENTO, Calif.] appointed Tamrya Ford as its Chief Financial Officer. Ford came to Matheson after serving as CFO of Technical Sales International, Inc. Prior to that, she was Controller at Lumens Light+Living.
Advanced Energy Industries, Inc. [FORT COLLINS, Colo.] (NASDAQ: AEIS) announced that Paul R Oldham, former senior vice president of administration, chief financial officer and corporate secretary of Electro Scientific Industries, Inc. (ESI) will join the company as its executive vice president and chief financial officer on May 2, 2018. Prior to joining ESI, Paul held several senior leadership positions, including vice president finance and corporate controller, vice president treasurer and investor relations and European operations controller at Tektronix, Inc.
PC Connection, Inc. [MERRIMACK, N.H.] (NASDAQ: CNXN) announced that Stephen P. Sarno has joined the Company as Senior Vice President, Chief Financial Officer, and Treasurer. Prior to joining Connection, Mr. Sarno served as Chief Financial Officer of Wyless, Inc. Previously he has served as Chief Accounting Officer of several other public companies including Sapient Corporation, and Exa Corporation and was a Senior Manager for 10 years at PricewaterhouseCoopers.

Scott Campbell
DuChâteau [SAN DIEGO] appointed Scott Campbell as the company’s new chief financial officer. Campbell previously served as CFO of Road Runner Sports. He held the position from 1997-2003 and again from 2008 until leaving to join DuChâteau. Campbell was also corporate controller at Patagonia.
Adams Resources & Energy, Inc. [HOUSTON] (NYSE AMERICAN: AE) announced that its Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer, Josh C. Anders, has notified the Company of his decision to resign, effective in mid-April 2018. Sharon C. Davis, the Company’s current Executive Vice President, Chief Operating Officer and Chief Accounting Officer will assume the duties of Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer on an interim basis.
Manning & Napier, Inc. [FAIRPORT, N.Y.] (NYSE: MN) announced the appointment of Paul J. Battaglia, Jr. as Chief Financial Officer effective March 26, 2018. Mr. Battaglia most recently served as Manning & Napier’s Vice President of Finance, having joined the Company in 2004. Prior to joining Manning & Napier, Mr. Battaglia served as an Audit Associate at PricewaterhouseCoopers in Boston, MA and Rochester, NY.

Brad Wear
Compassus [BRENTWOOD, Tenn.] announced the addition of Brad Wear to the organization’s executive team as chief financial officer. Prior to joining Compassus, Wear served as chief financial officer for several healthcare companies including US Anesthesia Partners; Carewise Health, Inc.; I-trax/CHD Meridian (now Walgreens); Qualifacts Systems; Breathe America/DigiChart, Inc.; and The Gambro Group.
Vascular Insights [QUINCY, Mass.] announced that Lisa Gruttadauria has been appointed Chief Financial Officer. Her most recent position at the company were Controller and Director of Finance. Prior to joining Vascular Insights® in 2013, Lisa implemented and executed accounting systems, human resource processes, and procedures for early stage medical device companies in the start-up phase.
Goalz Restaurant Group [CHEYENNE, Wyo.] announced the appointment of Steve Piascik as partner and chief financial officer. Steve founded PIASCIK, a boutique tax and financial firm. Prior to founding his firm, Steve served as a senior tax manager for international accounting firm KPMG LLP.

Alexander Pease
CommScope [HICKORY, N.C.] announced that Alexander W. Pease has been named executive vice president and chief financial officer. Pease succeeds Mark Olson, who, as previously announced, is retiring from the company. Pease most recently served as executive vice president and CFO of Snyder’s-Lance. Prior to that, Pease was a principal in McKinsey & Company’s global corporate finance and business functions practice, after serving as senior vice president and CFO at EnPro Industries. Pease served in the United States Navy as a SEAL Platoon Commander of SEAL Team Four for six years.
DollarDays [PHOENIX] (OTC: AASL) announced the appointment of Jim Jacobs as Chief Financial Officer. Previously, Jacobs served as the Chief Financial Officer of JUST Goods, Inc. Prior to joining JUST Goods, Mr. Jacobs served in senior finance roles for several companies, including Studio One Media, Inc., the Arizona Cardinals Football Club, and Texas Pacific Group.

Jan Erik Back
Investcorp [NEW YORK] announced the appointment of Jan Erik Back as Group Chief Financial Officer. Jan Erik will join Investcorp in the summer. Jan Erik most recently served as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of SEB. Prior to that, he was Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer at Vattenfall and Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Skandia Group. He started his career with Swedish bank, Handelsbanken, in their international finance and accounting operations.
The Medicines Company [PARSIPPANY, N.J.] (NASDAQ: MDCO) announced the appointment of Christopher Visioli as Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer of the Company. Mr. Visioli succeeds William B. O’Connor, who is retiring from the Company after serving as Chief Accounting Officer and then Chief Financial Officer for a total of 13 years. Mr. O’Connor will remain with the Company as an advisor through 2018. Visioli previously served as Senior Vice President, Financial Strategy, of the Company from January 2015 to March 2018, and Vice President, Cardiovascular Care, from January 2013 to December 2014. Mr. Visioli joined the Company in June 2003 and has served in a variety of leadership roles in the organization, including finance, business development, investor relations, strategy, planning, and business leadership of the Cardiovascular Care business unit. Prior to joining the Company, Mr. Visioli was a management consultant at Ernst & Young.
Papa Murphy’s Holdings, Inc. [VANCOUVER, Wash.] (NASDAQ: FRSH) announced that Nik Rupp has been named Chief Financial Officer, effective April 9, 2018. As previously announced, Mark Hutchens, the incumbent Chief Financial Officer, will remain as Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer of the Company. Rupp joins Papa Murphy’s from Specialized Bicycle Components, Inc. where he served as the Chief Financial Officer from March 2016 to February 2018, and as global controller from January 2015 to March 2016. Prior to Specialized Bicycle Components, Inc., Mr. Rupp held several positions at Nike, Inc., including Global Controller of Nike Golf, and at Converse, Inc. in the Netherlands.
iStar [NEW YORK] (NYSE: STAR) announced that Geoff Jervis will step down as CFO to pursue other opportunities and Andrew Richardson will take on the additional role of interim CFO of both iStar and Safety, Income and Growth (NYSE: SAFE). Richardson most recently served as CFO of The Howard Hughes Corporation (NYSE: HHC) and previously served as CFO of Northstar Realty Finance Corp. Prior to Northstar, Mr. Richardson served as an executive vice president and head of capital markets at iStar.
Herc Holdings Inc. [BONITA SPRINGS, Fla.] (NYSE: HRI) announced that Barbara L. Brasier, senior vice president and chief financial officer, has informed the Company of her retirement for personal reasons, effective April 30, 2018. Mark Humphrey, vice president, controller and chief accounting officer, will serve as the Company’s interim chief financial officer. Humphrey has served as the Company’s vice president, controller and chief accounting officer since April 2017 and will continue to serve in those roles in addition to assuming the duties of interim chief financial officer. Prior to joining the Company, Humphrey was employed by Alico, Inc. He served as chief financial officer of Alico from June 2011 through June 2015, as well as Alico’s chief accounting officer prior to joining Herc Holdings. Humphrey’s previous experience included roles as the chief financial officer for The Compass Management Group, LLC, from 2009 until June 2011 and in senior financial roles with Source Interlink Companies, a publishing and fulfillment company, from 2004 until 2009.
MB2 Dental Solutions [CARROLLTON, Texas] announced the addition of Jackson Hildebrand as the new chief financial officer. Hildebrand previously served as Finance Director at TPG Capital.
BeyondSpring Inc. [NEW YORK] (NASDAQ: BYSI) announced the appointment of Edward Dongheng Liu as Chief Financial Officer of the Company. Mr. Liu has more than a decade of senior banking experience, having served in roles of increasing responsibility at J.P. Morgan and Jefferies. Prior to joining BeyondSpring, he served as partner and executive director at Epiphron Capital, an early investor in BeyondSpring.
Mid-Con Energy Partners, LP [TULSA] (NASDAQ: MCEP) announced the appointment of Philip R. Houchin as Chief Financial Officer of Mid-Con Energy GP, LLC, the general partner (“General Partner”) of the Partnership. Most recently, Mr. Houchin was Executive Vice President and Chief Lending Officer of Patriot Bank. Prior to Patriot Bank, Mr. Houchin held various positions with Summit Bank and Bank of Oklahoma.
LakePharma, Inc. [SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO, Calif.] announced the appointment of David Boyle as Chief Financial Officer of the company. Prior to LakePharma, David Boyle served as Chief Financial Officer at Direct Flow Medical, AVI BioPharma, and XOMA, Ltd., and was Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer at Salix Pharmaceuticals. Boyle also served in various finance, administration, and development leadership roles at Serono, Intel, and Polycom, Inc.
Emergent BioSolutions Inc. [GAITHERSBURG, Md.] (NYSE: EBS) promoted Robert G. Kramer Sr., most recently, executive vice president, administration and chief financial officer. to the newly-created position of president and chief operating officer, and appointed Richard S. Lindahl as the company’s new executive vice president and chief financial officer. Lindahl most recently served as CFO at CEB Inc. Viamedia [NEW YORK and LEXINGTON, Ky.] announced that Frank Connolly is joining the company as Chief Financial Officer (CFO). Connolly served as CFO for industry leaders such as Water Cooler Group/Media Storm, Focus Vision Worldwide, Harris Interactive, Modem Media, and was an investment banker at AdMedia Partners, started his career at Dun & Bradstreet and Accenture.

Grace Cheng
The Community Development Trust (CDT) [New York] announced Grace Cheng as its new Chief Financial Officer. Before joining CDT, Ms. Cheng spent eight years as the CFO at Cain International and GTIS Partners. Cheng replaces former CFO John Divers, who is retiring after serving CDT for almost 20 years. Ms. Cheng also previously worked at Morgan Stanley for eight years in the Investment Management practice. She began her professional career as an auditor at Ernst & Young.

Michael Sheils
Canopy Health [EMERYVILLE, Calif.] announced Michael Sheils as Chief Financial Officer. Most recently, Shelis served as Blue Shield of California’s vice president of financial shared services. Prior to that position, Sheils was Blue Shield of California’s vice president of business intelligence. Earlier in his career, he held executive positions at UnitedHealthcare, Cigna, Anthem, Inc., and Aetna Health, Inc.
