Perry Wiggins

APQC [HOUSTON, TEXAS] announced that Perry Wiggins has joined the organization as chief financial officer (CFO). Additionally, he has been named to APQC’s board of directors as Secretary and Treasurer. Wiggins brings with him more than a decade of experience in healthcare and nonprofit finance and accounting. Prior to joining APQC, Wiggins served as CFO for NOVA Recovery; ALTUS Healthcare Management Services; and Mentis Neuro Rehabilitation. Earlier in his career he served in various finance, accounting, and auditing roles with TRS Behavioral Care (Right Step); CHRISTUS Health; and Hospital Corporation of America (HCA).

Concert Pharmaceuticals, Inc. [LEXINGTON, Mass.] (NASDAQ: CNCE) announced the appointment of Marc Becker as Chief Financial Officer. Prior to joining Concert, he was Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer at CRISPR Therapeutics from February 2016 to September 2017. Prior to joining CRISPR Therapeutics, Mr. Becker served as Chief Financial Officer and Senior Vice President of rEVO Biologics, from January 2012 to February 2016. Prior to rEVO, Mr. Becker spent 10 years at Genzyme, most recently serving as Finance Director for the UK and Ireland before returning to the United States to become the Vice President of Finance for Genzyme’s Renal and Endocrine business. Mr. Becker began his career in auditing and commercial lending for financial services firms, KPMG and BankBoston.

Aytu BioScience, Inc. [ENGLEWOOD, Colo.] (NASDAQ: AYTU) announced the appointment of David A. Green as Chief Financial Officer. Prior to joining Aytu BioScience, Mr. Green served as Chief Accounting Officer at Intarcia Therapeutics. Prior to that, he was Chief Financial Officer of Catheter Connections. Preceding Catheter Connections, Mr. Green was CFO at Specialized Health Products International. Prior to his time serving in senior financial leadership roles at commercial-stage specialty life sciences companies, Mr. Green was a Managing Director at Duff & Phelps, for nearly a decade. Mr. Green was also a founding member of Ernst & Young’s Palo Alto Center for Strategic Transactions.

Qumu [MINNEAPOLIS] (NASDAQ: QUMU) has named David Ristow as the Company’s Chief Financial Officer. Ristow has been Qumu’s Interim Chief Financial Officer since November 7, 2017. Ristow served as CFO for multiple technology businesses.

Atlassian Corporation Plc [SAN FRANCISCO] (NASDAQ: TEAM) announced that James Beer, executive vice president and chief financial officer at McKesson Corporation, will join the company as chief financial officer. He replaces Atlassian’s current chief financial officer Murray Demo, who is retiring. Prior to his tenure at McKesson, James spent eight years as the executive vice president and chief financial officer of Symantec Corporation. Previous to his work at Symantec, James was chief financial officer of AMR Corp. and American Airlines, AMR’s principal subsidiary. He currently serves on the board of directors for Alaska Air Group, parent company of Alaska Airlines and Virgin America, and ForeScout Technologies, Inc. He is also a member of the Federal Reserve Bank of San Francisco’s Economic Advisory Council.

McKesson Corporation [SAN FRANCISCO] (NYSE: MCK) announced James Beer, executive vice president and chief financial officer, will be leaving the company to pursue a new opportunity. Britt Vitalone, senior vice president and chief financial officer, U.S. Pharmaceutical and McKesson Specialty Health, will be appointed executive vice president and chief financial officer of McKesson. Vitalone has been with McKesson since 2006. Prior to his current role, Vitalone served as senior vice president, corporate financial planning and analysis and M&A finance, and senior vice president and chief financial officer, McKesson Medical-Surgical. Prior to McKesson, Vitalone held a variety of financial leadership positions with companies that include GE Financial Assurance, CarMax and Bausch & Lomb.

Cherokee Global Brands [SHERMAN OAKS, Calif.] (NASDAQ: CHKE) announced the resignation of Jason Boling as chief financial officer, and the appointment of Steven Brink. Mr. Brink has held CFO roles at leading public and private global apparel companies, including Quiksilver, Inc. and NYDJ Apparel, LLC.

Ensurge, Inc. [GREEN BAY, Wis.] (OTC: ESGI) announced that the Company has hired Bruce M. Smith as Chief Financial Officer. Bruce Smith has held the positions of CFO, controller, and audit manager for both private and public companies. Most recently, Mr. Smith has been an Attest Partner for BBRS, LLP.

Timothy Sullivan

Apellis Pharmaceuticals, Inc. [CRESTWOOD, Ky. and CAMBRIDGE, Mass.] (NASDAQ: APLS) announced the appointment of Timothy Sullivan as Chief Financial Officer. Prior to joining as CFO, Sullivan was an observer on Apellis’ board of directors for nearly three years while he was a Partner at AJU IB Investment. Prior to his career as a venture capitalist, Sullivan was an investment banker and served as Managing Director, head of life sciences banking at RBS Citizens, Senior Vice President at Jefferies & Company and Vice President at Bear Stearns. He has also held board positions for companies G1 Therapeutics, Inc. and Molecular Templates, Inc.

Joseph Reppert

Adventist Health [ROSEVILLE, Calif.] announced the recent promotion of Joe Reppert to chief financial officer of the health system. He replaces outgoing CFO Jack Wagner. Reppert previously served as CFO for Adventist Health’s Northern California region. Previously, he served as the CFO for North Mississippi Health Services.

Ivalua [REDWOOD CITY, Calif.] announced that John McAdoo is joining its executive team as Chief Financial Officer (CFO). McAdoo brings with him many years of experience working in fast growth, high-tech companies including almost a decade at ARM Holdings.

Chembio Diagnostics, Inc. [MEDFORD, N.Y.] (NASDAQ: CEMI) announced the appointment of Neil A. Goldman as Chembio’s Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer (CFO). Mr. Goldman succeeds Richard J. Larkin, who has served as Chembio’s Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer since 2003. Mr. Larkin announced his intent to retire in August 2017. Mr. Goldman comes to Chembio from J.S. Held LLC. At J.S. Held, Mr. Goldman served as Executive Vice President-Corporate Development and CFO from 2015 to 2017. From 2005 to 2015, Mr. Goldman held senior level positions at Unwired Technology LLC and then Delphi Corp. Mr. Goldman’s positions at Unwired included Executive Vice President-Corporate Development and CFO, and Senior Vice President-Chief Operating & Financial Officer. Prior to Unwired, Mr. Goldman served as CFO of EPPCO Enterprises from 2003 to 2005, and worked from 1989 to 2002 at Ernst & Young and Cap Gemini Ernst & Young.

Craig Niemiec

Recondo Technology [GREENWOOD VILLAGE, Colo.] has brought in Craig Niemiec as the company’s new chief financial officer. Niemiec brings decades of accomplishments acquired from financial leadership positions at companies like McKesson Technology, ALLTEL, and Electronic Data Services. For the past six years, Niemiec has also been a sought after financial executive for private equity entities, lending his strategic expertise to CFO roles at AxisPoint Health and IMD-Soft.

Vermillion, Inc. [AUSTIN, Texas] (NASDAQ: VRML) announced it has appointed Bob Beechey to the newly created post of Chief Financial Officer. Bob Beechey has served in numerous financial and operational leadership roles. Most recently, he was Vice President and General Manager of Q Squared Solutions Bioanalytical and ADME Laboratory Operations, and previously he served as Chief Financial Officer for Q Squared Solutions. Prior to the formation of the Q Squared Solutions joint venture, Mr. Beechey served as Quintiles Transnational’s Vice President of Internal Audit and Vice President Finance Global Laboratories. Prior to joining Quintiles, Mr. Beechey was Divisional Vice President Finance at ThermoFisher Scientific. He also held various financial leadership roles at Eastman Kodak Company.

Cinnafilm [ALBUQUERQUE, N.M.] announced the addition of Kelly Baker as Chief Financial Officer. Baker brings a vast range of executive financial experience to Cinnafilm, including development of multi-year financial/operational plans for companies such as XM Satellite Radio, Anteon, and most recently, MIOX.

Quanergy Systems, Inc. [SUNNYVALE, Calif.] announced the appointment of Mike Healy as the company’s Chief Financial Officer. Healy has spent more than three decades in high technology corporate finance positions, including 14 years as a Silicon Valley CFO. Healy most recently served as senior vice president and CFO of ShoreTel, Inc. for 10 years. Healy also previously served as CFO at Genesis Microchip and JamCracker Inc., and held senior finance positions at Exodus Communications and Apple. Healy started his career in public accounting at Deloitte.

The First Bancorp [DAMARISCOTTA, Maine] (NASDAQ: FNLC) announced the retirement of F. Stephen Ward, Chief Financial Officer of the Company and its wholly-owned banking subsidiary, First National Bank (the “Bank”). Mr. Ward will be succeeded as Chief Financial Officer by Richard M. Elder, currently Executive Vice President and Treasurer of the Bank.

RigNet, Inc. [HOUSTON] (NASDAQ: RNET) announced that Charles E. (Chip) Schneider, senior vice president and chief financial officer (CFO), will leave the company to pursue other opportunities.

Sonendo, Inc. [LAGUNA HILLS, Calif.] announced the appointment of Michael Watts as Chief Financial Officer. Before joining Sonendo, Michael most recently served as Chief Financial Officer for The HydraFacial company. Michael has held senior financial leadership positions with Johnson & Johnson, Zimmer Holdings, and Danaher Corporation. Early in his career, he spent five years as an auditor in public accounting.

The Midas Companies [CAPITOL HEIGHTS, Md.] announced that Amanda Raman has joined its senior executive team as the Chief Financial Officer. Raman most recently served as the CFO for Shapiro & Duncan. Previous roles include financial management roles within Amtrak, as well as Al Hayat Polyclinic.

CommerceHub, Inc. [ALBANY, N.Y.] (NASDAQ: CHUBA) announced that Mark Greenquist has notified the Company of his decision to resign from his position as the Company’s Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer. Michael Trimarchi, the Company’s current Chief Commercial Officer and former Chief Accounting Officer, has been named Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer. He will continue to serve as Chief Commercial Officer.

MTGE Investment Corp. [BETHESDA, Md.] (NASDAQ: MTGE) announced that Donald W. Holley, who currently serves as Senior Vice President and Chief Accounting Officer, will be promoted to Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer. This, following the promotion of previous CFO, Peter J. Federico, to President and Chief Operating Officer. Mr. Holley began working with MTGE in 2011 and has served as the Company’s Senior Vice President and Chief Accounting Officer since January 2016.  Mr. Holley was previously the Company’s Vice President and Controller.

Znergy Inc. [TAMPA, FL] (OTC PINK: ZNRG) announced the appointment of William McMahon as Interim Chief Financial Officer. Since early 2017, Mr. McMahon has been a principal in Nperspective CFO & Strategic Services. Since 2012, Mr. McMahon has been providing part-time CFO services to Neptune Minerals, Inc. From August 2015 to September 2016, Mr. McMahon was Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer for Rock Creek Pharmaceuticals, Inc.

Roop K. Lakkaraju

Benchmark Electronics, Inc. [SCOTTSDALE, Ariz.] (NYSE: BHE) announced the appointment of Roop K. Lakkaraju as executive vice president and chief financial officer. Mr. Lakkaraju replaces Don Adam, who will be retiring from the company at the end of the year. Mr. Lakkaraju was most recently CFO at Maana. Prior to that, he has been chief operating officer or chief financial officer for private and public high-technology companies. Mr. Lakkaraju spent more than five years at Solectron Corporation including being their interim chief financial officer. Mr. Lakkaraju was an audit and business advisory manager at PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP.
