Michelle Clatterbuck

Intuit Inc. [MOUNTAIN VIEW, Calif.] (NASDAQ: INTU) announced its succession plan for Chief Financial Officer, Neil Williams who has served as CFO since January 2008 and plans to step down in January 2018. Michelle Clatterbuck, Senior Vice President of Finance for Intuit’s Consumer Tax Group and acting finance leader for Intuit’s Small Business Group, will assume the role of Chief Financial Officer Feb. 1, 2018. In 2006, she rose to vice president of Finance for the Professional Tax business and went on to lead finance for Intuit’s Consumer Tax Group where she was promoted to senior vice president.

J.Crew Group, Inc. [NEW YORK] (the “Company”) announced that Vincent Zanna, previously Senior Vice President of Finance and Treasurer, has been promoted to Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer. Zanna served as the Company’s Senior Vice President of Finance and Treasurer since October 2016 and Vice President and Treasurer from 2012. Prior to joining the Company in 2009, he served as the Treasurer of Footstar, Inc.

Willis Towers Watson [ARLINGTON, Va. and LONDON] (NASDAQ: WLTW) announced Michael Burwell as its new Chief Financial Officer. Burwell will replace current Chief Financial Officer, Roger Millay, as he voluntarily retires on October 2, 2017. Burwell brings 31 years of finance and professional services experience from PwC. He has served in senior leadership roles for the last decade, including Head of Global Transformation; Chief Operating Officer and Chief Financial Officer in the United States; and Head of Transaction Services in the United States. In addition, he brings 11 years of audit experience and 12 years of Transaction Services advisory experience.

Dean Foods Company [DALLAS] (NYSE: DF) announced that Chris Bellairs, Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer, will depart the company effective September 1. Bellairs will assist in transitioning to Scott Vopni, Senior Vice President and Chief Accounting Officer, who will assume the responsibilities in the interim. Vopni joined Dean Foods in May 2008 and has served multiple senior roles in the company’s finance organization.

T. Rowe Price Group [BALTIMORE] (NASDAQ-GS: TROW) announced that Céline Dufétel will join the firm as vice president by December of this year and assume the roles of chief financial officer (CFO) and treasurer in the first quarter of 2018. Céline, who will join T. Rowe Pricefrom Neuberger Berman, previously served as partner and head of the North American Asset Management practice at McKinsey & Company. She will succeed Ken Moreland, who will continue as CFO until no later than the filing of the Form 10-K for the 2017 fiscal year in February 2018. Ken will then retire after nearly 14 years of service to the firm. Céline began her professional career with McKinsey & Company in 2004 and served in a variety of operations, strategy, and consulting roles in their New Yorkand Paris offices. She was named a partner with the firm in 2010 and, as head of the North American Asset Management practice, led their engagement with C-suite leadership across the industry. In 2014, Céline joined Neuberger Berman, as global head of Client Service. She currently serves as a managing director and that firm’s global head of Marketing and Client Service.

Don Godwin

Huntington Ingalls Industries [NEWPORT NEWS, Va.] (NYSE: HII) announced today that Don Godwin has been named vice president of business management and chief financial officer for the company’s Newport News Shipbuilding division. He will assume his new role on Sept. 5. Godwin will succeed Mike Helpinstill, who is joining the HII corporate staff as vice president of strategic transactions. Godwin joins Newport News with more than 20 years of experience in finance and business operations management. He most recently served as CFO of Hitachi Data Systems Federal. He also served as CFO at Harris Corp. and its predecessor companies.

Deluxe Entertainment Services Group [NEW YORK] announced the appointment of Robert Julian as Chief Financial Officer. Robert has worked with globally respected companies such as Cisco Systems, Honeywell, Rockwell International, Lydall Inc., Legrand S.A. and Fisher Scientific. He most recently served as chief financial officer of Callaway Golf.

Tom Fuelling

Spokeo [PASADENA, Calif.] announced today the appointment of finance veteran Tom Fuelling as chief financial officer. Fuelling joins Spokeo most recently from Laurel & Wolf, where he was chief financial officer. Prior, he was chief financial officer at OpenX; ARTISTdirect; SegaGameworks; and Village Roadshow Pictures. Fuelling has helped scale many rapidly-growing technology organizations, most prominently at Hulu, where he was the twelfth employee and served more than six years as chief financial officer.

L.B. Foster Company [PITTSBURGH, Pa.] (NASDAQ: FSTR) announced that James P. Maloney will become L.B. Foster’s Senior Vice President, Chief Financial Officer, and Treasurer. Maloney joins L.B. Foster from First Insight, Inc., where he served as Chief Financial Officer. Prior to First Insight, he served as Vice President – Global Financial Planning and Supply Chain Finance at H.J. Heinz Company.  Prior to joining the Heinz North America team, he spent more than 10 years with Ernst & Young on various assignments in the U.S. and Europe.

CGE Energy [BRIGHTON, Mich.] (OTCPink: CGEI) announced that Harold Telners has joined the Company’s leadership team as Chief Financial Officer. Previously, in 1986 he formed Accounting & Tax Services, Inc. (ATS), one of Southeast Michigan’s most diversified accounting firms.

Gordy Brooks

FinancialForce [SAN FRANCISCO] announced the appointment of Gordy Brooks as Chief Financial Officer. Brooks was most recently as CFO of Citrix GetGo. He has leadership experience at notable companies, including as CFO of public company Blue Coat Systems, and in senior finance positions at VMWare and BEA Systems. Brooks has also held finance positions at other companies, including Microsoft and WebTV Networks.

Milestone Technologies [FREMONT, Calif.] announced Edward Reginelli as Chief Financial Officer (CFO). Prior to joining Milestone Technologies, Edward Reginelli was the CFO for RhythmOne. Reginelli has 20 years of experience managing all financial functions across various industries, both public and private. Before holding executive positions in the technology services, manufacturing, and new media sectors, Reginelli began his career at Nestle USA.

Douglas Dynamics, Inc. [MILWAUKEE] (NYSE: PLOW) announced that its current Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer, Robert (Bob) McCormick, has been promoted to Chief Operating Officer. Mr. McCormick’s current responsibilities will be transferred to Sarah Lauber, who joined the Company as Chief Financial Officer. Lauber joins the Company from Jason Industries, Inc. where she was Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer. Prior to her time at Jason Industries, Mrs. Lauber served as Vice President, Financial Planning and Analysis at Regal Beloit Corporation, from 2011 to 2015. Mrs. Lauber previously served as Chief Financial Officer of A.O. Smith Corporation’s Electrical Products Company (“EPC”), from 2002 until EPC was acquired by Regal Beloit in 2011. Mrs. Lauber began her career as an accountant at KPMG.

Brinker International, Inc. [DALLAS] (NYSE: EAT) announced that Joseph Taylor has been named senior vice president and chief financial officer of the company. With 17 years of experience at Brinker, Taylor has held multiple leadership roles in finance, communications and public policy. He joined the Brinker family in 1999 as vice president of finance, went on to lead corporate affairs, investors relations and most recently served as interim chief financial officer since April 2017. Prior to Brinker, Taylor served as vice president for Banc America Securities and Bank of America, Inc.

AppDirect [SAN FRANCISCO] announced the expansion of its leadership team with the addition of Michael DiFilippo as Chief Financial Officer (CFO). Prior to AppDirect, he most recently served as CFO of the SaaS Division at Citrix Systems. Prior to joining Citrix, DiFilippo held CFO/SVP Administration positions at MuleSoft Inc. and Intelleflex Corporation.

TriState Capital Holdings, Inc. [PITTSBURGH] (NASDAQ: TSC) announced that David J. Demas has joined the company as executive vice president of finance and, upon the completion of a four-month transition period, will succeed Mark L. Sullivan as chief financial officer on January 1, 2018. Sullivan will continue serving as vice chairman and a director of the company after transitioning out of the CFO role. Demas joins TriState Capital from Deloitte & Touche, LLP’s San Francisco office, where he was a senior partner in the financial services practice.

Energy XXI Gulf Coast, Inc. [HOUSTON] (NASDAQ: EXXI) announced that it has appointed Tiffany J. (“T.J.”) Thom as Chief Financial Officer of the Company.  Hugh Menown has resigned as Executive Vice President, Chief Accounting Officer and Interim Chief Financial Officer to pursue other interests. Most recently, Ms. Thom served as the Chief Financial Officer of KLR Energy Acquisition Corp. from January 2015 until April 2017, when it was combined with Tema Oil and Gas Company to form Rosehill Resources Inc.  Ms. Thom served in positions of increasing responsibility for EPL Oil & Gas, Inc. (“EPL”) from October 2000 until its June 2014 acquisition by the Company’s predecessor, Energy XXI Ltd.  Ms. Thom held the most senior financial position at EPL from July 2009 until the acquisition, serving as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer when EPL was acquired.  From 1992 to 2000, Ms. Thom served as Senior Reservoir Engineer for Exxon Production Company and ExxonMobil Company with operational roles, including reservoir engineering and subsurface completion engineering for numerous offshore Gulf of Mexico properties. Ms. Thom has served as a director of Patterson-UTI Energy Inc. since August 2014.  From October 2015 to October 2016, Ms. Thom served as a director of Yates Petroleum Corporation.

ScanSource, Inc. [GREENVILLE, S.C] (NASDAQ: SCSC) announced the appointment of Gerald (Gerry) Lyons as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer. Since November 2016, Lyons has served as ScanSource’s Senior Vice President and Interim Chief Financial Officer. Lyons joined ScanSource in 2007 and has worked in several financial management roles, including Principal Accounting Officer, Corporate Controller, and Vice President, Financial Business Systems. Prior to joining ScanSource, Lyons served as the Plant Controller, Global Group Controller, and Plant Manager for Moen Incorporated.

Innovest Global Inc. [CLEVELAND] (OTC PINK: IVST) announced that Mike Yukich will be joining the management team as the Chief Financial Officer for consolidated holding company operations. In the 1990s Mr. Yukich served as Chief Financial Officer and Controller for Eaton’s Truck Component Operations. After Eaton, Mr. Yukich served as Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer for Guide Corporation.

Misonix, Inc. [FARMINGDALE, N.Y.] (NASDAQ: MSON) announced that Joseph P. Dwyer has been appointed as Chief Financial Officer. Mr. Dwyer has been serving as Interim Chief Financial Officer of Misonix since September 2016.  From June 2015 he has provided financial consulting and advisory services to various companies through the firms Dwyer Holdings and TechCXO. Prior thereto, from November 2012 until June 2015, he was Chief Financial Officer of Virtual Piggy, Inc. Prior to joining Virtual Piggy, Mr. Dwyer served as chief financial officer of OpenLink Financial, Inc. During 2011 and 2012, Mr. Dwyer was a member of the board of directors and chairman of the audit committee and served as interim chief administrative officer of Energy Solutions International, Inc. From 2010 through 2011, Mr. Dwyer served as chief administrative officer of Capstone Advisory Group, LLC. Mr. Dwyer served as a consultant to Verint Systems, Inc., from 2009 through 2010, assisting with SEC reporting and compliance. From 2005 through 2009, Mr. Dwyer served as chief financial officer and executive vice president of AXS-One Inc. During 2004, Mr. Dwyer served as chief financial officer of Synergen, Inc. Prior to 2004, Mr. Dwyer also served as chief financial officer and executive vice president of Caminus Corporation, chief financial officer of ACTV, Inc., and senior vice president of finance for Winstar Communications, Inc.

Uneek Mehra

Proteus Digital Health™ [REDWOOD CITY, Calif.] announced that Uneek Mehra has joined the company as Chief Financial Officer. Mr. Mehra has deep experience across pharmaceuticals, technology and financial services, through senior roles at Novartis, IBM and Citibank.

Liquidmetal® Technologies, Inc. [LAKE FOREST, Calif.] (OTCQB: LQMT) elected Tony Chung as a director of the Company. In connection with his appointment to the Board of Directors, Mr. Chung resigned as Chief Financial Officer of the Company, and Bryce Van, former Corporate Controller, was appointed as Vice President of Finance and will serve as the Company’s principal financial and accounting officer. Bryce Van has been a key member of Liquidmetal’s leadership team, serving as Corporate Controller for the last four years. “

PRE® Brands [CHICAGO] announced Jason Pinter as Chief Financial Officer. In addition to his most recent role as head of finance at SpotHero, he was a part of the core finance team at Orbitz that sold its online travel group to Blackstone, and had a subsequent IPO of Orbitz Worldwide in 2007. He also has a six-year stint at DialogTech (formerly Ifbyphone). Jason began his career at Kraft Foods.

Livongo Health [MOUNTAIN VIEW, Calif.] announced that Andy Page has joined the company as its President and Chief Financial Officer. Most recently, Page served as President of 23andMe. Prior to 23andMe, Page has held several executive positions at other major consumer technology companies. He formerly served as President of Gilt Groupe and CFO at both PlayPhone and StubHub. Page also worked at investment banking leader Robertson Stephens.

Indigo Ag, Inc. [BOSTON] announced the appointment of Jeff Poulton as the company’s Chief Financial Officer. Joining Indigo from leading biotechnology company Shire plc, Mr. Poulton brings financial leadership experience from his roles as Chief Financial Officer and member of Shire’s Executive Committee and Board of Directors.

Bryce Chicoyne

SmartBear Software [SOMERVILLE, Mass.] appointed Bryce Chicoyne as Chief Financial Officer and Global Operations Lead. Prior to joining SmartBear, Chicoyne served as the CFO of HealthcareSource. Prior to HealthcareSource, he served as CFO of Salary.com and Harvard Bioscience.

Inseego Corp. [SAN DIEGO] (NASDAQ: INSG) announced that the Company has appointed Stephen Smith as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer. Since 2016, he served as a financial consultant serving multiple early and mid-stage SaaS, Networking, and 3D Imaging businesses, and has served as interim CFO of TetraVue Inc. since February 2017. From 2012 to 2016 he served as Chief Financial Officer and Head of Operations for Micropower Technologies. From 2005 to 2012 he ran his own consulting business and also served as President of XiTron Technologies. From 1999-2005, he served as Senior Vice President and Chief Finance and Accounting Officer of Applied Micro Circuits Corporation. Mr. Smith previously held senior finance and accounting positions with ST Microelectronics, Northern Telecom and Motorola. Tom Allen, who has served as the Company’s Interim Chief Financial Officer since May 16, 2017, will continue to provide consulting services to the Company, including transition assistance to Mr. Smith in his new role as CFO.
