GE (NYSE: GE) [Fairfield, CT] announced the appointment of Tim Donovan as vice president and chief financial officer of Power Generation Services – GE Power & Water. Donovan joined GE in 1993. While at GE Healthcare, he served as CFO for Life Support Solutions and Devices – EMEA. He joined PGS in 2011 as CFO.
Metro-Goldwyn-Mayer [Los Angeles, CA] has appointed Kenneth J. Kay to the post of Chief Financial Officer. Kay succeeds outgoing CFO, Dene Stratton. Most recently, in 2013, Kay co-founded Raven LLC. Prior to founding Raven, Kay served as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer for the Las Vegas Sands Corp. Kay previously served as Senior Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer for CB Richard Ellis Group, Inc. Kay has also held executive and CFO posts at several other corporations including the Dole Food Company, Universal Studios – Consumer Products Group, Playmates Inc. and Systemed Inc.
Airbnb [San Francisco, CA] announced that Laurence Tosi will join as Chief Financial Officer (CFO). Before joining Airbnb, Tosi was the CFO of the Blackstone Group.
Serta Simmons Bedding, LLC [Atlanta, GA] announced that D. Paul Dascoli has been appointed Chief Financial Officer. He most recently was CFO at Express, Inc. Prior to Express, Mr. Dascoli was CFO at VF Jeanswear Limited Partnership. He spent 10 years as an executive at Thomasville Furniture Industries, where he was CFO. In addition, Mr. Dascoli has been a member of the Board of Directors of Stanley Furniture Co., Inc. since December 2010.
Tempur Sealy International, Inc. (NYSE: TPX) [Lexington, KY] announced it has appointed Barry A. Hytinen to Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer, succeeding Dale E. Williams. Mr. Hytinen is currently Tempur Sealy’s Executive Vice President, Corporate Development and Finance. Since joining the Company in 2005, Mr. Hytinen has held positions of increasing responsibility, including leading large portions of the Company’s Finance organization, Global Financial Planning and Analysis, and Investor Relations.
Vexos [New York, NY] announced the appointment of Michael Pisch as their new Chief Financial Officer. Pisch most recently served as Chief Financial Officer for Davis-Standard. Prior to this, Pisch served as the Chief Financial Officer for Micross.
Kailos Genetics [Huntsville, AL] announced Cheri Walker as chief financial officer and senior vice president of corporate development. She worked as an equity analyst for Deutsche Bank and in senior level corporate development and operating roles at Invitrogen, QIAGEN and Charles River Labs. Dr. Walker also served on the board of directors of Diatherix Laboratories, Inc.
Sparta Systems, Inc. [Hamilton, NJ] announced the promotion of Steve Buonaiuto to Chief Operating Officer.
POZEN Inc. (NASDAQ: POZN) [Chapel Hill, NC] announced that Scott Charles will be appointed Senior Vice President of Finance of POZEN, with the intention of becoming Chief Financial Officer of Aralez Pharmaceuticals plc. upon completion of the pending merger of POZEN with Tribute Pharmaceuticals Canada Inc. Charles most recently served as the Vice President of Finance and Treasurer at Ikaria, Inc. Prior to that he was a Manager of Assurance and Business Advisory Services at Arthur Andersen, LLP.
Lincoln Financial Group (NYSE: LNC) [Radnor, PA] announced that Roger Martin joined its Group Protection business as Senior Vice President, Finance. Martin joins Lincoln from Unum, where most recently he served as Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer.

Unum Group (NYSE:UNM) [Chattanooga, TN] announced that Francis J. Shammo has been elected to serve as a director of the company. Prior to his current role as executive vice president and chief financial officer of Verizon Communications, Inc., he served as president and chief executive officer for Verizon Telecom and Business; senior vice president and chief financial officer for Verizon Business; and president of the west area for Verizon Wireless.
CommonBond [New York, NY] announced the appointment of Morgan Edwards as its Chief Financial Officer. Mr. Edwards spent the last seven years as a Managing Director at Macquarie Capital. Prior to Macquarie, Mr. Edwards spent nearly 20 years at Morgan Stanley.
FARO Technologies, Inc. (NASDAQ: FARO) [Lake Mary, FL] announced that Laura A. Murphy has been appointed Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer. Ms. Murphy previously served as Vice President Finance – Healthcare Compliance Solutions of Stericycle, Inc., where she also previously served as Vice President, International & Corporate Finance. Prior to Stericycle, Ms. Murphy was Vice President and CFO of Philips N.A. Lighting Electronics, following a long tenure through a number of advancing finance positions at Ford Motor Company.

MicroStrategy Incorporated (NASDAQ: MSTR) [Tysons Corner, VA] announced Phong Le as its Senior Executive Vice President & Chief Financial Officer. Mr. Le will succeed Douglas K. Thede, who has served as the Company’s Chief Financial Officer since 2009. Mr. Le has served as the chief financial officer of XO Communications since August 2014. From March 2010 to August 2014, Mr. Le held senior positions at NII Holdings. Prior to that, Mr. Le worked in the consulting practice at Deloitte from 1998 to 2010.
Keryx Biopharmaceuticals, Inc. (NASDAQ: KERX) [Boston, MA] announced that James Oliviero stepped down as the Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer. The Company also announced the appointment of Scott A. Holmes as Chief Financial Officer. From September 2011 to July 2015, Mr. Holmes was with AMAG Pharmaceuticals, where he served most recently as the Senior Vice President, Finance and Investor Relations. He also served as AMAG’s Chief Accounting Officer, Principal Financial Officer, its Controller and its Treasurer at various times. Prior to AMAG, Mr. Holmes served as Vice President of Finance and Treasurer of Molecular Biometrics, Inc. from June 2010 to September 2011. From August 2009 to May 2010, Mr. Holmes was Vice President of Finance and Administration at On-Q-ity Inc. He served as a consultant with Altman & Company from January 2009 to August 2009. From October 2003 to January 2009, Mr. Holmes served as Vice President of Finance and Administration and Treasurer at Dynogen Pharmaceuticals, Inc. He also served as the Controller at Keryx from November 2001 to October 2003.
Energy Focus, Inc. (NASDAQ: EFOI) [Solon, OH] announced the appointment of Marcia J. Miller to serve as its Chief Financial Officer. Ms. Miller had been acting as the interim CFO since February 5, 2015. Ms. Miller joined the Company in March 2012 as Assistant Controller, was promoted to Corporate Controller in July 2013, and interim Chief Financial Officer in February 2015. Prior to her role with the Company, Ms. Miller served as Manager Financial Planning and Analysis of Rockwell Automation from August 2011 to March 2012; and as Controller of Wingspan Care Group from October 2009 to August 2011. From 1989 to October 2009 Ms. Miller held progressive positions with Keithley Instruments. Ms. Miller began her career with Arthur Young LLP in 1985.

PURE Bioscience, Inc. (OTC: PURE) [San Diego, CA] announced the resignation of Peter C. Wulff as its Chief Financial Officer and Chief Operating Officer. With Wulff’s departure, Mark Elliott, PURE’s Controller, will become the Company’s Vice President, Finance and will serve as the Company’s principal financial and accounting officer.
American Axle & Manufacturing Holdings, Inc. (NYSE: AXL) [Detroit, MI] announced the appointment of Christopher J. May to Vice President and Chief Financial Officer. May served most recently as Treasurer and previously, Assistant Treasurer at AAM.
Precision [Rye Brook, NY] announced that Timothy Carlson has been appointed Chief Financial Officer. Prior to joining Precision, Mr. Carlson served as Executive Vice President, Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer of ATMI. Before joining ATMI, Mr. Carlson worked for nine years at Campbell Soup, across various financial roles.
